We had such a great experience last weekend! Our sales associate Patti was very helpful and took her time with us. Our closer was absolutely fabulous in explaining, he made us feel very welcomed they both even engaged conversation with my seven year old son which made our time spend easier. Thank you!

As an individual with a sales background, I was extremely impressed with Crown Toyota. Caleb is a phenomenal salesman excelling in communication skills. As an out of town buyer, Caleb worked tirelessly to ensure my questions were responded to and information related to the vehicle was communicated. Caleb worked after hours to ensure that we wouldn t drive out of our way to find the car of interest had been sold. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and commend its commitment to communication.

I ve dealt with a few Toyota dealerships over the last 20 years. This makes my 10th Toyota purchased in that time. I ve owned 4Runners, Sienna, RAV4, Camry, Highlanders and now a Tundra. My salesperson Chris was knowledgeable about the products and when it came time to do the deal was great to work with. I recommend stopping by Crown for your Toyota needs

We just purchased our second Prius from Crown, and both times we have worked with Clyde Chapman. We chose to work with Clyde for the second time because we trust him, and sense that he will treat us fairly. Each time he made the process very doable, and I would be very happy to work with him again in the future!

In the summer of 2022 we discovered Crown when we refused to pay a 5% up-charge for not having a trade in at our local dealership and bought a new Corolla in Decatur. Since then we have had our two Toyotas serviced with a good experience. Yesterday we found out that when you buy used from Crown you get a 6 month, 6,000 mile power train warranty that is included in the price of the car. Really impressed with them treating customers right!

Chris, our sells person was helpful and friendly. However, he lacked in administration skills. Lots of administration errors several times on our paper work. Was not a subject matter expert in the new Highlander technology. Our finance guy E was helpful, honest, and pretty awesome.

The whole process of purchasing a vehicle went smooth. Patti, our sales lady, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was satisfied with the trade-in allowance. Mike in finance, was very efficient with all the paperwork. I would recommend Crown Toyota.

One of the only Toyota dealerships in the area that does not have a dealer markup on their new cars! As a first time new car buyer, this is something that will have me coming back to them to buy any more new cars in the future. Chris Davis helped us find our perfect car that matched our spec wishlist & he kept us up-to-date during the waiting period. We are so happy to have our brand new 2023 Toyota Camry Hybrid!!

Edit: Went back to trade again due to family situation change. Salesman Chris Davis was great once again. Finance was great once again. New sales manager, not so much. I can't put his name because he never left his office to introduce himself or talk to me once and I was the only customer there. I have spent some time in the car business, and it is a pretty good idea for the one calling the shots to come out and talk to the customer.

It was a great experience working with Joe H. at Crown Toyota. Joe went over all the details of my new car very thoroughly with me. My first service appointment was made and sent to my phone without me having to schedule it. The finance manager was great to work with. I m glad I went to Crown Toyota .

Wanted $100 to update my radio in my 2018 Camry when they offer it for free at other dealerships. Went to bloomington and got it done for free. $100 in labor to plug a usb in is a joke!

I had a good experience purchasing my first car at Crown Toyota. I knew what I wanted - a 2020 or newer Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE - and I visited other dealerships to see similar cars, but I came back to Crown for several reasons.1. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and didn't put any pressure on me.2. The dealership does NOT engage in dishonest advertising like several others I visited do where there's a reasonable advertised price only to find out once you're in the door that there's thousands of dollars worth of extra nonnegotiable fees for things you don't want.3. I was given detailed, honest information on the history of my vehicle and the extended warranty I chose to purchase which gave me more peace of mind since the vehicle I bought is higher mileage and this is my first car.All in all, I had probably the best, smoothest experience buying my first car that I could've had with Crown.

Tyler can sense each individuals personality and adjust working with them in a way that makes sense to them. I really appreciated that.I wanted to write things on paper to compare vehicles and rapid fire questions at him to weigh the differences.He fired back with answers. He stays on topic and didn t talk a lot of fluff about things I was not inquiring about. #refreshing
