Had my car fixed here a few times. I paid well like I should have. John says he would call back to give appointment and never did this been more than a couple times before.They will never get my service again. They are racist and I don't fool with down right dirty folks. I didn't want to give the star I did but needed to to voice my thoughts. My money is good elsewhere I won't every recommend them to anyone. PERIOD!!!!

I brought my car in for a much needed 4 wheel alignment yesterday 2/18/22. They honored the coupon I printed directly from their website. Creekmur went above and beyond by not only identifying and correcting previous work completed by another mechanic, but giving me a fair and honest price for the extra labor. I arrived in time to prevent my tires from falling off while operating. They even cleaned all the snow off my car. I'm so grateful for their service. REDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!! Charged me(a workin man) over $400 just to change the rear brake drums! They didn t even change the front pads!!! Then after all that, I had to bring it back!!! It wasn t even fixed correctly!!!Couldn t be more dissatisfied

I called John to get my daughter's vehicle towed there for a costly older vehicle. In our conversation, he mentioned he had a shop car in good shape he was wanting to sell. He told me about all the new things they did to it. The deal went through and two days later the service engine light came on. Took it back and they supposedly fixed it, light came on again. we took it to the dealer and now is going to cost another $1000 to fix it correctly. Creekmur has lost our business! I'd rate a zero if option was given. If they couldn't repair their own shop car...well.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Creekmur saved me today. Literally saved my day.I travel for work and I was 3.5 hours away from home. I called at least 5 other shops in the surrounding area. There wasn't a single opening until later next week.I had called Creekmur expected the same answer. Instead a friendly voice answered the phone and told me he had an opening for today. Quoted me that he might be able to get it done today if I arrived soon enough. I arrived and met John. Friendly, professional service. Right away I felt I could trust that he was not trying to rip me off and sell me services I didn't need. We agreed on a price for the parts and labor for front end rotors and pads as well as passenger side wheel bearing. It was about 230 in the afternoon when I arrived. I was honestly not expecting the work to be done before they closed up shop for the day. I was already making plans to find a place to stay the night to pick up my vehicle in the morning. But after some friendly conversation a few hours later, his team had pulled my vehicle around. I was thoroughly impressed with the quickness in which my vehicle was fixed on such short notice. I highly recommend Creekmur for your automotive repairs. They are a honest hard working shop. And I will make sure to schedule a visit anytime I am near by if I need a repair.Thank you John and thank you Creekmur Car Care Center crew.

I have been trying to get my van fixed for months going to different repair shops.None of them could fix it. It took creekmura couple of hours to figure it out and fix it!!!! They are the best!!!!!

I needed a quick rent of a uHaul due to having an open bed on my truck and some unexpected rain. It was surprisingly hard to get a hold of anyone but the guys at Creekmur not only had what I needed but great service to boot. I can't tell you about their mechanic skills but I can say, if it's anything like their positive attitude and helpful demeanor, I wouldn't have any hesitation in bringing my car in.

Had them tow my vehicle and was told it would be checked over and completed by next morning. But they would call me and let me forsure know if my suspicions about the issue were correct. Didnt hear anything called next morning and they said they hadn't looked at it yet and would have it done by end of the day. Called the evening after work and they said they had to get a bigger vehicle from somewhere else to move my vehicle into the shop so it wouldn't be done till the following evening. Their communication was terrible. I had to keep calling them for information when they said they would call me over and over. Otherwise once they actually started working on it service was great and staff was very friendly. Would recommend if they fix their communication!

Charged for an alignment for front and back when they could only do front. ... Said they needed shims to do the back. ... Well if your place on the side of the building in bold letters says u do alignments , you think you'd b prepared for that.... I came in my suv was pulling hard to the right. Still pulls to the right just not as bad. Then i have a question about a light being on in my suv and you tell me its in the brakes. Well in bold letters on the side of your building it also says brakes. You'd think you could tell me something about it. 1 STAR is generous

Worst customer service ever, called multiple times and the gentleman I needed to speak just stepped out each time I'd call.. Danny's muffler was the right choice, thanks Creekmur for helping me find that place

Wish I could say much about them, called to try and get scheduled and they said they'd call back. Never received a call and tried calling them back over the course of the next few days and never received a response.

I've never found a better car care place. Owner and mechanics know all makes and fix most anything at reasonable rates. I'll take my car there from now on.
