I had to have repairs done by this shop because I hit a deer. My insurance sent me here. This is the first time dealing with this company. They was respectful and very helpful. They kept me updated on any changes. The repair work they did was fantastic, it looks band new.

Did not repair my vehicle correctly per what was charged to my insurance. They had my vehicle for weeks. Had to take it back because my window lock button wouldn t work after they fixed my door. They had it for a week and when I picked it up, it still doesn t work. Also failed to properly inspect and report all damages to insurance. Reported alignment was off and they failed to fix that. Extremely disappointed in Calliber Collision. Will never take another vehicle there again.

We had pretty extensive damage to our new truck and caliber got it looking like it did when we got it off the lot. They kept us in the loop every week it was in the shop letting us know their progress. Kind, fast and courteous service. Will definitely go back if i need any other body work done.

Caliber Collision in Decatur Il got my vehicle on Dec 5th. as they scheduled it for the repair. Absolutely nothing was done on it for 5 weeks. After my insurance company verified to me nothing had been done nor had they contacted them. I retrieved and took my vehicle to another shop.This 5 weeks of their inexcusable inaction cost me approx. 750 in rental, fuel, plus my sanity dealing with the situation that was inexcusable. Another note is , "No Sorry" was even offered. I will never use them again ! If there was zero stars, that's what they would get. UPDATE : Below is a response and I tried contacting the email but it was undeliverable. Basically , like the shop the email and owners response is useless. Therefore my review with 1 star still stands as accurate.

Someone tore through the parking lot at work and messed my car up pretty good in the front. These guys did excellent work repairing it, as always. The other persons' insurance paid for it all, but after seeing the ticket I felt like Caliber was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they did on my car. I will keep using them as I have off and on over the years as things happen to my vehicles

They did an absolutely fantastic job on the repair, were very informative and kind throughout the whole process, answered and addressed all my questions and concerns, and had the general manager look over the repair work to make sure I was 100% happy with the job and made any adjustments I requested. Not to mention they got my repair done 7 days ahead of schedule!!I will definitely be back if I ever need any body work done and will refer my friends and family without a question.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my first experience with using Caliber Collision earlier this year. I was a little hesitant as I have always used another well known auto body shop in Decatur. They did not disappoint and did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed as to status of the job. Recently, I had a tree limb fall on my SUV and did not hesitate to call them again. They were consistent in their service and I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My driver side mirror was damaged and caliber collision got my car in quick for the repair. Also they worked around my schedule and even saved me money in the end. My mirror came out to be more then they told me but they didnt charge me the additional cost. I highly recommend them!!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

After our wreck we didn't know what our next move was. Caliber really helped guide us through. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They got our estimate done and turned into our insurance quickly. Highly recommend.

It was my first time ever taking my car to a body shop and I was very pleased with my experience they took the time to explain everything to me from when I should plan to pick up my rental to the fact they'll handle the insurance for more money if needed it took em little over a week to get my car fixed but I dropped it off December 21st so with the holiday coming up and the new year it was understable I will be definitely taking any future business if line back to them when I picked up my cat it looked great and they washed it I would recommend them to anyone

Dropped my car off to caliber collision after a small accident to my headlight. The employees here were so kind and friendly and went above and beyond on my car! They not only fixed what was broken but they cleaned it up and looked almost brand new when I picked it up! They also dealt independently with my insurance and saved me so much headache - will definitely be a repeat customer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best experience with Caliber Collision! They got my car serviced in a timely manner and constantly updated me on the status of my vehicle. I am overly pleased with the repairing of my Buick Encore. Greg was awesome! McKenzie was wonderful! Definitely recommend!!!

We had front end damage to our Ford flex and they did so much work on it! We were amazed when we picked it up!! It looked better than we even imagined it could!! The staff is awesome they kept us updated and worked hard on making sure everything was fixed!! Greg and his team at Caliber performed a great job bringing my 2019 Veloster N back to her glory. The turn around was almost as impressive as the finished work. The folks at Caliber collision were very helpful in squeezing me in to look at my car after a weekend run-in with a possum. I'm moving soon, so time was of the essence. They won't be able to get me in before I move, but they got me an estimate and clamped everything in place so I'm good to drive in the meantime

These guys were amazing to me today! I had some roof damage from a tree limb and water was getting in. I went in there and explained and they happily sealed the area for me at no cost!!! And in a timely manner! Thank you so much for the friendly service!

Got sideswiped and needed both passenger side doors replaced along with some other minor work from the accident. Repairs were done well, I was informed throughout the process, they worked great with the insurance involved, and customer service was great. Hope I won't need them again, but will absolutely use them again if needed.

I took my 2022 Buick Envision to Caliber & received a comprehensive and timely estimate estimate for a key scratch repair by Greg McLain. We brought it back on the scheduled date and it was done before the expected date. My comment was that it looked better than it did when we brought it in! The knowledge and professionality was second to none. Caliber is a top of the line body shop. Although I was not acquainted with their work, I am giving them the highest marks I can. I will highly recommend Caliber to anyone who asks.Service: Painting

Broke my fuel cover for my car. Hyundai replacement doesn't come painted. Brought it here and they had it painted before the end of the day. Color match was awesome. On top of that, after I had it painted, I found out that it wasn't even a perfect fit. Bob Brady wanted $160 to have a tech look at it. Brought it back here and they grinded the tabs that was stopping it from going in, put it on for me and didn't even charge me extra for the additional work. Thanks guys.
