I ve pretty much purchased everyone of the cars I ve owned from them! They are always friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to work with me. Keep in mind just as with every used car lot they are used cars. I haven t had many issues with the cars that I ve had and whenever I do they always make it work for the both of us. I will continue to do business with them and I always recommend people to go there as well! I ve been going to them for well over 10 years!

Purchased a vehicle here for 6500 ive had it for less than a month. Started makin nouses mecanic states repair cost is 3000 for whole front end. Never goin back there

I can t say enough about this place I have been dealing with them since 2013 and they have always helped me out no matter what the situation was. They are like my extended family!!!!!! That s why I will always have good things to say about them. I absolutely love Matt and Laura

I've always had a great experience with them and they have been honest with me about anything they have there I had to add to my review I honestly would not go buy a vehicle from nowhere els I had a bad experience with an insurance and they helped me deal with my insurance company from my vehicle getting hit from a drunk driver you couldn't ask for better people that actually care about their customers I would give them 100 Stars if I could

Smaller lot, loads of options and verity on the cars and Trucks on site. Staff is very friendly and family oriented. They have two bays they use to check over the cars they brought in, clean them up and be sure they are fully road safe. I have been here for several of my cars and trucks, and will not go anywhere else when I am in the market for a different vehicle.

i went to buy a car and only had money on PayPal they worked with me and created a PayPal for there business. it was the best service, all of them were very friendly and understanding i would give them a 10 star if possible for there accommodations and there ability to understand a situation. this is the only car lot in decatur il i will go to i've bought two great cars and ive had no issues i highly recommend c and L. and would like to think c and L for all there help ^^

We purchased a 1999 Se Bring from this place. Before I signed on the dotted line I asked if the car was highway ready. I was ASSURED it was. This was the best car on the lot they said. They knew for a FACT it was highway ready. I purchased the car this past Friday. By Friday evening the car was grinding and crunching when you turn. I called just now on Monday morning they told me well I need to go find a shop maybe Firestone can look at it, and fix it. I ask if there was anything they were going to do for me considering I said I needed highway ready, and they guaranteed it was. He told me no. I was planning on purchasing more vehicles from them as well as having many people I know do the same until they refused to fix the car considering they guaranteed me it was able to immediately go out on the highway. They are liars do not go to their place to get anything! They will tell you anything to get you to purchase a vehicle, and you will purchase a piece of junk. I am very disappointed in them because I truly thought they were good people, but they are like the rest of them greedy liars. This was literally all the money my family and I had. This place is a joke! I will NEVER return or allow anyone I know to purchase there again! Stay away from their company!

I purchased an astro van from these guys and asked if there was any major issues to know about before i drive the 200 miles to pick up the van. they said just some strut noise. this was a bold faced lie. the van is only good for salvage. i got hoodwinked by these crooks. after taking the van to 3 different mechanics each of them told me it's not worth fixing the van and it's time for the salvage yard. when i talked to Matt at c and l auto sales he told me that i drove it and should have know what i was buying. Live and learn. these guys are crooks. if you're not a mechanic don't buy from these Holes!

Bought a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer from here. Was not happy at all with my purchase. Ended up having to spend 3200 bucks to make the vehicle safe to drive because I was not made aware of all the issues with the front end.

Matt and Adam are awesome people to work with when it comes to getting a car from here. Sometimes it's hard to get around on the lot because of all the cars, but still a great company to work with

I bought a 2008 Chrysler Pacificia from them , I test drive it and took it to my mechanic and he looked it over and told me what was wrong with the vehicle so I took a list up to C&L and gave the list to Kevin , he said to me I will fix everything on the list if you want this vehicle I said yes , was that a mistake he called me a week and 3 days later and said the vehicle was fixed so I took their word , wrong they only fixed a few things on the list so I called Kevin and he is a big liar , I wouldn't recommend C & L to my worst enemy , I will never buy another vehicle from them crooked people again, go somewhere else and get a vehicle they are liars and crooks , all they want is your money .

Why would anyone buy an auto from them. They take advantage of low income people with bad credit scores. I've known too many.people they have shafted thank God I wasnt ever one

Do not buy from here they cars they have are lemons and are not highway ready you have to put extra money in a car that supposed to be good but they cheat you out of your money and try to get you to buy a bucket would not recommend going there
