We've been taking our vehicles to Hometown Motors since moving to the area, the staff is friendly, easy to communicate with, scheduling is always quick to get us in and the work has been great. Their honesty and attention to detail is greatly appreciated, good job guys!

I have finally found the shop, that I can take my car to and trust that it is in good hands. I messaged Hometown Motors about my daughter needing front brakes. I received a message back, within minutes. With what their diagnosis could be and an estimate. Dropped my daughters car off within an hour after. David the service manager, was very courteous and thorough. No run arounds here. They got to the issue, sent their pictures and findings to me and had my daughters car done by the following afternoon. Reasonable. Prompt. Explained everything. And had it done when they said they would. Small town shop will be my only go to from now on.

I thought I'd give this business a try since it is new to the area. Great choice, as they are amazing. David took the time to understand my vehicle needs and also my budget. After the initial inspection...which I love since it gives me access to an online printout...he worked with me to get both vehicles winter ready. The mechanic did a wonderful job and got both my 15 year old vehicles running better than they have in years. Very nice small town auto repair shop! They communicate very well through texts and calls. They send pictures with descriptions of all the repairs needed rated on a system of how emergent the fixes are. They have a convenient drop box for keys to leave the car overnight. Would recommend.

I'm so thankful for David, Tom and company. They have worked on my Honda for various things and always do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Great service, excellent communication, thorough, and upfront. I received estimates and updates, as wells as a follow up in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and will definitely be back in the future!

Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I got my car in the day after calling. Had a leak in my tire, they advised me it wasn't fixable because it was sli and not a puncture. They then worked with tire manufacturer and replaced tire next day. Great service and personel. I'd recommend you to them for car repairs.

I went here for a flat tire repair. The tire was not repairable. My car did not come equipped with a spare tire. They found and installed a spare tire to fit my car and let me borrow it so I was able to take to get the tire replaced and did not charge me a dime for their time. Great people and service! Thanks Cars-R-Us!

Living near Lake Summerset and the Durand/Davis area in Winnebago county I was looking online at the options for car repair and maintenance. This one had 2 reviews. 1 was good and 1 one star. I called and talked to Candy. She was helpful and we set and appt. She followed up with me each step through the issues diagnosed by the mechanic and offered from my research a very fair estimate. Once I agreed to the estimate they were prompt in getting my trucks issues resolved and followed up for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised that once the estimate was set there was no funny business or surprises that came up once work was started. On picking up Candy went through my invoice with great detail and asked if there wasamy questions for the mechanic. Nice touch. Also briefly had a friendly exchange with the owner and went out to drive home. Upon inspections all looks and operates well. Definitely recommending to family and friends in LK Summerset.
