These guys were able to accommodate my modified vehicle to the best of their ability, and I'm very satisfied. They called me into the shop when "issues" arose to get my final say on what to do/to let me know what they couldn't do based on failed parts or the fact that my vehicle was just too low to fit the jack attached to their alignment rack. They couldn't correct my camber due to being too low and having seized upper control arms in the rear(neither thing being their fault of course), but they still adjusted the front/rear toe, thrust angle, and fixed my off center steering wheel and the car handles better already. Will definitely return/recommend to others. If you take a heavily lowered vehicle there be sure to let them know and ask if "tom's rack" is available for your appointment time.

Once the work was actually started it took a little longer than average for a flat repair (in the past I've had it done in like 30 minutes - Discount Tire, Beaumont Alignment +) and the cost wasn't too bad. That's why this is getting 2 stars. Set up an appointment and if I hadn't gone up to see what was taking so long (45 mins at this point) I would have still been waiting - and - I had to ask twice. Plus they seemed really annoyed when I asked about it.

I was passing through town and unfortunately got a flat tire as I pulled into my hotel. The next morning I called Watson General Tire, they had what I needed, I drove over on my spare, and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new tire. What a wonderful experience. I can't recommend them enough.

I did not have an appointment - but had a tire repair that needed done. I was communicated with clearly and directly - given an honest accurate estimate of the time that would be involved. A very pleasant waiting area with tables and chais. I really appreciated having a table to work at.

Very friendly staff, excellent work. This is my 2nd time here, I would call in advance to see how long the wait is as they can get very busy midday

Been there a few times and was happy with the repairs that were done to my car. Wasn t happy when they made a 2 pm appointment for a repair, knowing I was going to wait to turn around and tell me it was a 4 hour job and I d have to leave my car overnight. That s my only transportation and I m not from this area so I know nobody to get a ride back home. Took it elsewhere and they drove me home and picked me up after repairs were finished.

Great service and very polite to work with when traveling. Reasonable priced and got us in and out in a few hours when our oil pressure sensing warning came on. We were about 90 min from home and 4 hours from our destination they got it right in and had us on the road in less than 3 hours

Watson is usually a very busy place which would be why they perform such excellent service. Wait times are actually minimal and if appt is scheduled you usually have no wait time. Employees are super with courteous and informed attitudes that rank high in my opinion. Great place and reasonable rates.

Went there for a test to determine why I was getting a error code for one of the systems on my car. The test was inconclusive and I was charged a nominal fee for the time required to run the test. The service I have received from this establishment has ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH if you want to be treated right, respectfully, and get what you are paying for, start here don't wait until you have been disappointed EVERYWHERE ELSE.

I've been using these folks for tires, brakes, alignments and such for years. They're fair, honest and pretty fast. Always courteous, always polite. They always deliver quality service you can trust.

I work in Danville but live in Champaign and I got a flat tire right after I left work. This business was recommended by all my coworkers and I can see why. The staff was amazing and they had me in and out in no time. Thank you for the great experience and service. But best of all the great prices.

I have no issues with the work that they do, but I made an appointment and it was 2 1/2 hours past the time they told me it would be done. No apology and no discount on the bill. Appt at 9:30 and didnt get out until 4:15! Not sure I will go back

I forgot abt my appt. they were still able to get me in. Repair and rotate my tires in a timely manner!! Highly recommended

I've been going to Watson general tire for many years.I learned many years ago that it's just not worth it shopping around.About 15 years ago I got tires at Walmart and honestly didn't save that much but in the front end and quickly discovered lack of Walmart service.Watson general tire is a good local owned company and they give you service the big box places can't or won't offer.When I need tires I go there and get them without wasting my time shopping other places.

Services ok, prices competitive but waiting area was VERY VERY HOT vending machines were more empty than full. Restroom clean and they had a tv on. How ever I wouldnt want to wait in line a minute , let alone spend an hour there absolute torture! !!!

Family owned business, have dealt with the Watsons for many years and we keep coming back. They do a great job finding the best solution for your problem with your vehicle, and if there is ever a mistake made (rare, but they are human) the staff correct it immediately & cheerfully

Dropped vehicle off after being told it would b worked on same day only to be stuck without a vehicle for almost a wk bc they wouldnt get it in to work on it. Not sure if we will ever bring anything else to them

Purchased tires there. Price includes tire rotations (so it is an extra charge). I marked my tires and found they only moved the front to the back and visa-versa, kept them on the same side. I called around and NOBODY does it that way, they all criss-cross them.I will never buy from them again... Lazy rip-offs
