Tried to steal from me. Paid for a rotation with new tires. Took 2.5 hours told me it was ready. Then, went out to see they had yet to rotate the tires. Waited again for another 20-30 minutes to do the work I paid for and they claimed to have done. They gave me a rebate. Not enough to cover what I had already paid for the rotation. At least the tires were cheap.

They used an impact on my lug bolts and said they were stripped so they couldn't change my tire they weren't stripped until my guess is after they were done when I got home I was able to use a 17mm to take the lug bolts off so I think they were using the wrong socket wouldn't go back that's for sure

Went in last Friday and the worker took good care of my oil change, and 2 changed tires. The customer service was great, polite, smiled, good character, and explained details.

They didn't have my tires so no service was done i would've ordered some if she asked me but her poor attitude and lack of customer service, it probably never crossed her mind to ask. Or maybe it did and she just didn't feel like doing it. Either way my four tires were changed few days later after they ordered the tires for me.

I went to Walmart to purchase a new tire and have them put it on. The company advertises that they are open until 6:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 1:40 PM and was advised that they were closing early due to being short handed. The worker stated that there were five cars waiting to be serviced and they would not be able to do mine today. Why advertise that you are open until six when you have pretty much shut down five hours early? And why does it take so long to change a tire? There were two workers there and each were working on a car. Did not want to go to Walmart in the first place, but that was our only choice on a Sunday. Never again.

Ordered 4 tires from walmart.com had them delivered to the store to be put on. Only 3 got delivered. Waited over a week still no tires. Store kept saying it's a Walmart.com issue. They couldn't help me. Have asked for a refund.

Checking in my car was quick and easy. The guys back there pulled in my car and had my oil changed and new windshield wipers on in no time flat literally 10 to 15 minutes my car was ready. Now paying for it was not so great the wait in line was not hot at all. Should have given three stars but I didn't want too take away from the guys back there working really hard, cause their company doesn't know have to staff departments.

Don't know about the tire center but the employees in the store have no personality. They don't even acknowledge you when you are checking out. No, have a nice day, no, did you find everything OK, not even a hi or hello. You don't even know when they are done ringing up your total because they say nothing, they just stand there. They seem very good at talking and joking around with thier fellow employees though. If I could give this place a negative rating I would and only because of the employees or at least the majority of them. I think Walmart should clean house in the store from management on down.

Walmart auto care would be better. If you had more people trained at the register. There was 6 people in line. Three associates behind the counter and only one seemed to know what they was doing. The others just kept interrupting her to asking her questions .You need training or hire service desk associates. And there is only one person working out in the shop. Hire more people

Was trying to buy a tire to have someone else put on and took way to long and mechanic flirting with minors and a man wait for hours then decide to say he's been done and didn't even tell him. Terrible service in auto part of store

Lucky if you don't have to wait hours just to have your car serviced. No appointments unless you are buying new tires.

My battery died in the Walmart parking lot today and the automotive department was wonderful. They jumped my car, I pulled around to a bay, they installed my battery and set the clock in my car. The service was amazing!

Quick and friendly. Found out that they can restore your headlight lenses for around $25 in about half an hour.

They fit us in even though they were closing down because we ended up with a flat and was going to be stuck in Danville Illinois had they not done. We both are grateful thank you

Take over a day to mount and balance tires. Would not recommend.

Unbelievable ! 2 checkouts open with a semi full store. I refuse to use self checkout. No discounts for doing it myself so why bother? Utter garbage it is.

Customer service sucks, the lady at the counter is very rude, I will advice you to take you vehicle else where, the lady there will not do anything that will take any effort, I went there for the food reviews but after that customer attention i went somewhere else, it wasn't worth for me to be treated like she was doing me a big favor and deal with her attitude.

The lady Nikki that writes you up in the tire center is very rude and talks to you very disrespectful.I came in the store to purchase 2 brand new tires for the front of my car and she said she can't put them on the front so I asked what would we do if I bought 4 then she said she could put them on the front if I purchase 4 so I stated I was confused and she walked off and called me a smartass.I guess she doesn't want you to question anything.Anyways if I had it to do over again I'd risk driving on the tires I had before coming here

Drove 20 minutes to eat here door says opens at 6 as does the website 610 and no cars in the parking lot and doors are locked.

Worst oil change ever, put wrong oil in and tightened the pan so tight it is cracked and stripped they hung up on me multiple times and are not willing to fix their wrong!
