Took my truck in for multiple issues. Had to have new brakes and a speed sensor installed. The truck felt great after all repairs were finished. Runs great! Very happy with service I received, highly recommend them to fix your truck or car.

Went in for routine maintenance and headlight replacement, also had a tire issue resolved and a couple recall items taken care of. Excellent service as always, more like family than just being a customer. Sales to service, top notch. Very satisfied as usual. Heard the owner is retiring. Hopefully they'll close the doors to this dealership soon. Bad management and horrible customer service makes this place not worth doing business with. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble, go somewhere else.

My civic brakes started to grind while driving. I had them inspected 3 months prior so I figured it had to be some debris or a caliper went bad. I called Carmack of Danville IL. They told me to drop it off and they would try and work it in. About 2-3 hours later I got a call and they said come get it. Ended up being a rock or something with no damage. There was also no charge for the inspection. I couldn't be more pleased. Very professional staff! Jim, Rebecca and the service manager, all deserve 10 stars!!!! A+ dealership!!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible trying to sell you parts u don't need. Not bleeding breaks like they said they did. What they said was wrong wasn't and trying to sell us an $700.00 part we didn't need.said we had a bad radiator cap which we actually had a crack in the side of the plastic of it. Said they replaced the master cylinder, but if there did and would have bleed breaks there would have worked.THEY NEED TO GIVE OUR MONEY BACK AND NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED,but Crooks are everywhere they shouldn't be in business and they should be made to REFUND our MONEY and be FINED!

The service department has been nothing but issues since I purchased my car. Supposed to get free oil changes and tire rotation, which has been questioned several times. They rotated my tires then lost my lug nut key and tried to charge me $300! I'm really over it. Paid almost $300 for 1 tire, now im being told that is very high. I feel like they always try to charge me, but are willing to "deal" when my husband calls.

Carmack has a reliable service department with a friendly and helpful staff. I received fast service on my oil change and tire rotation for a fair price. Tom in service was great and they performed my oil change, tire rotation and recall service quick! Bill Lucas was our salesman when we bought our Honda and he is great to work with and even gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait during the service. I've always had a good experience at Carmack Service Center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the Mechanic's are well qualified, they'll never sell you something you don't need and the price is always right. Why go anywhere else?

I have used Carmack Service Center for more than 8 years. They have always handled all the repairs and service in a timely and professional manner. They take care of my vehicles with the utmost care, and always let me know of any concerns they find so I can decide before proceeding with the necessary repairs. They are knowlegdable and honest, and treat me with respect. Tony and Tanya are an asset to your business.

I have leased 2 cars from Carmack and have had each of them serviced both here and elsewhere. The price has been competitive for minor things like oil changes and tire rotations every time. They always let me know of any coupons that might exist to save me money and some services have been rendered free! So what I'm telling you is that you will probably do well getting any Honda/Hyundai from Carmack serviced here. They have ALWAYS been polite and gone that extra mile. Over the years we've bought six Hondas from Carmack, including this 2018 Honda Pilot that broke in February. It's ridiculous that it took over four months to get the needed part.Although the vehicle would run during this four months, when the engine was off the car alarm would sound at all hours of the day and night unless I disconnected the battery, which I did repeatedly over four months.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Had an issue where a repair did not go as expected. Service manager apologized and told me he would make it right. In today's world where profit is over ethics. I was sold by his honesty and the way I was treated. They have serviced my cars several times since with great service and no issues. Price is competitive.

Happy with the turn out at CCC, brought car in thinking I had something wrong with my back windshield wiper, but, they checked it out and said nothing was wrong. They took awhile checking things out, (approx. 45 min. to an hr.) assured me my car was safe to drive. They wouldn't even accept any pay for their time. Now that is what I call awesome service, especially in this day. I appreciated the way they took care of me and my car. Thanks again CCC. Great service.

I can t say enough good things about this company. We were traveling from Ohio to Iowa and blew a tire. One of the Lugnuts was rounded off and wouldn t come off to replace the tire. Long story but after a couple tows and lots of issues we got it to Carmack right at closing. They gave us shuttle service to a hotel got it fixed after 2 other places weren t able to do so and gave us shuttle service back all at an extremely affordable price. I can t thank Rob, Corey & Kenny enough! They were life savers!Service: Tires

We only bring our car to your service area. We now have had another problem. Regarding todays tire rotation- they did last rotation....and now this time, when we looked at kit for tire rotation...THEY HAD LOST our lock for our tires to be rotated. Now we expect them to replace this item as it was safely in our car when the last rotation was done. My husband asked the service man about the missing item and he said...well we dont need that....BUT WE want it to be replaced and put back in our car..My husband wanted to talk to our salesman but he was busy. So we are responding in writing. Sadly the servicing we have gotten this past year has come with serveral problems. It all started when they moved our servicing to the south building group.We should not have to double check our servicing each time, and leave with a feeling of question IF they did the work or not. We had no problems when our servicing was in the NORTH building.
