I basically bought my car over the phone from Crown Point Ind. Jesse was my sales guy and was wonderful. He returned phone calls immediately and was extremely helpful. I needed all ducks in a row before I traveled 2.5 hours to pick up my car. When I arrived, he was welcoming, kind and efficient . He was busy with other clients as well. I was impressed on how he juggled 2 clients at the same time being very courteous yet trying to complete both transactions in a timely matter trying to get us all home late on a friday night. He also has been very helpful answering text messages after the sale has closed. I would highly recommend Jesse to my family and friends, hard worker and just a great guy.

From the time I walked in the front door and introduced to Bill Lucas he was by my side and on my side. I was interested in new and used cars and one particular one that he later told me was not for me. The typical car salesman he is not. My entire experience was refreshing not exhausting. The finance department manager and the two managers I met were knowledgeable and fair. They all really went the extra mile for me. And It was always nice that Bill had my back.

Bill Lucas was courteous, competent, and completely knowledgeable when we met with him to purchase our vehicle. We appreciate his attention to every detail and his setting up all features. He is highly knowledgeable; takes time to listen and find the car that we desired. We would highly recommend him to friends, family and anyone who needs a vehicle.

Oil change cost me literally an arm and a leg..$127!? I was charged $60+ in labor alone for the oil change. Told price raised slightly since new ownership and then got told that amount when I was trying to check out. I ve never been charged so much for such a routine service. Not planning on returning, which is terrible since I ve been a customer since I bought my vehicle from there in 2021.

Jesse Flores was amazing. Sold me a car three years ago. That was an amazing car, great gas, mileage and everything told me to bring it back in three years if I wanted to trade it in well three years later here I am trading it in for a brand new car thank you for all your hard work Jesse.

5 stars for the service center. Their staff is always incredibly polite and helpful. I have never had a single issue with their work. I had to replace a tire today and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.There's no where else in Danville I'd trust with my car maintenance.EDIT: I thought I might be able to leave a separate review for the dealership, but I was not able to. My rating for the dealership itself is a resounding 1 star . Jake was incredibly dismissive to my girlfriend when she attempted to inquire about purchasing a car. He made a claim that their system was down (which may have been true due to the ownership change) and said we'd have to wait about 5 minutes. After 45 minutes with no word from Jake (other salesman were providing coffee and water to their clients) he finally comes back and says the system is down and we'd have to come back another day. He claimed he'd contact her the following Monday, he never did. Jake cares more about smoking his cigarettes than he does about selling cars. If we ever buy a car here it will most definitely be from Bill Lucas who I would give 5 stars.

Today 03/15/2024 I worked with Jake Fleming in sales and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of professionalism and courtesy that I was treated with. Every accommodation was meet. Having two kids in a car buying scenario is difficult but Jake was great to work with.

We traded our car in for a bigger SUV that fit our needs and Lyle was so helpful in our search. He answered questions quickly, he was honest, and worked with us to get a deal that everyone was happy with. We really appreciated him working with us to make this decision as easy as possible. If you're searching for a friendly car salesman I would definitely recommend Lyle Gallez at Carmack.

Terrible customer service. My card transmission went out and my appointment was set for two weeks later. I talked to an employee and told them I was having it towed and he told me to call if I was canceling my appointment. I never canceled it and had my car towed back to carmack/patriot for my appointment, and a week later they are telling my mom that they are switching companies and was supposed be looked at the beginning of the week. I then went in there to ask them what s going on myself and they told me that our appointment was canceled. My car has yet still not been looked at three weeks later. Rediculous. Never going back.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Accent today. Bill Lucas helped me through everything. Before I left he sat with me in the car and showed about the radio, heater/AC, and all the other functions I needed to know. His warm and caring manner made me feel at ease. Wonderful experience!

Last year we bought a 2014 Chevy equinox from them at a rate of financing that I could only describe as predatory. We needed a new car because of an engine defect in my wife s 2015 Hyundai Tucson. We were forced to purchase an extended warranty that didn t even cover the issues that we ended up having with the equinox. The rear main seal blew a couple months ago after we had been having problems With the car and had it in their service center. They Supposedly looked it over and couldn t find out what was wrong with it and a month after they closed the warranty, the rear main seal blew. They told us they have no way of knowing the issues that are going on with certain engines from manufacturers, and I m not buying it. They sold us a lemon, and I would exercise caution when buying from them. They were really friendly up until we purchased the vehicle. After that, they didn t care that we were paying customers and did almost nothing to help us.Edit: So come to find out, there is actually a class action law suit in place against GM for the engine in the car the sold us. I have spoken to 5 different dealerships and mechanics, and they all knew about the issue these cars have, and won t sell them because of it. When I talked to the Carmack service department, they told me they have no way of knowing about things like that because GM doesn t release that info. These people are PREDATORS. All the five star reviews are from people who posted before they tried to get help from them or fake accounts mad by employees to boost their ratings. They will keep taking advantage of people until someone gives them a reason to stop. Please be carful with them. They don t care about you and they think they re untouchable.

Jesse helped me buy a car we were in an out. Jesse also helped me work around some of the problems that I had he helped a lot and I would say if you were looking for a car at Patriot motors look for Jesse he is one of a kind and a hell of a worker thank you Jesse.
