5-star service all the way around. Rick Smith went above and beyond to help me get into my dream vehicle! A beautiful cactus gray 22 Ford Bronco!!! He always made sure my concerns were addressed and that my time there was comfortable. Jerry was also amazing to work with in getting my financing completed and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Then, to my surprise Rick gave me a Vintage looking Bronco license plate the he had purchased for his office just because I had mentioned how much I loved it. Great salesman Bill Dugas to work with. Always does his best to get the price we are good with. Great trade in prices as well. You rock Bill !!!Rick Smith also helped close the deal. They worked this as a team !! We know he does not have say in bottom price but he did everything he could to get us close to a price. Was disappointed in the general sales manager with first offer based off of MRSP. To be honest was insulted by it.

This is by far one of the most unique car purchases I have ever made. From the beginning to end, my salesman was pleasant, polite, and professional. Joe thoroughly communicated with my husband and I via call and text. He instantly adapted to being our eyes and ears for this deal, considering I live in Chicago. YEP- I purchased a car without seeing it up close or even test driving. Joe addressed every inquiry I had quite rapidly and for that I am grateful. The best part was seeing my car being delivered and everything Joe mentioned about the car was exact. Thank you Courtesy Ford Joe is fantastic!

AWESOME CUSTOMER. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR I WANTED ON THE LOT. IT TOOK THEM 2-3 TO GET THE VEHICLE. 2/29/24. I AM ADDING A UPDATE, I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THIS COURTESY FORD. I HAVE YET RECIEVED THE 2ND KEY TO THE NEW VEHICLE I BOUGHT. AND INSTEAD OF THEM STATING THEY DONT HAVE ANY IDEAL WHERE THE 2ND KEY TO THE CAR IS THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND.
