Excellent service. I have purchased several pieces of equipment over the years at B&D. They are very knowledgeable about all they sale and can provide excellent after sale service. B&D provide excellent customer support.

I would like for the owner to please contact me immediately!!! Please leave an email address I can send my contact info to so we can discuss the issue at hand....Update: I now understand why the manager spoke the way he did, because the owner is the same way. They dont have any customer service and they definitely dont have my business anymore! Hopefully from this experience they will take a step back and realize they need to sharpen their pencil and grow in that aspect so they dont continue to lose more business like they lost with me! Remember B&D its not about being right or wrong its about your customers NOT YOU!!!!

Very prompt and professional staff, helped me weigh the options on several models and brands of equipment. Purchased a new mower from them based on price, customer service, and that their service department is on site.

I bought a Toro super recycler mower about two weeks ago and did not even start it up but never the less I called yesterday as my needs unexpectedly changed amd they let me exchange for one that better suited my need and for that I will be a loyal customer.
