The building is relatively old and been occupied by AutoZone for decades, but still always clean and well organized and stocked. I can usually find whatever I need there, but occasionally they will be out of stock on some pretty common parts. The staff is friendly, and usually knowledgeable, some more than others as can be expected. OVER-ALL, good parts store. Keep up the good-park

I can't believe what just happened at this place the worst customer service ever so rude I just don't know how to describe what just happened but the lady with tattoos needs some serious advice or retraining sorry Auto Zone never coming back

I was a little disappointed that the item I needed was not in stock. The website said it was but it wasn't. The employee did look but she said it was out of stock but there was one at the store in Tilton. I did find the other item I needed so it wasn't a total loss. Employee was quite nice and very polite so no complaint with her at all.

Staff is usually very helpful. Have had some that wasn't so friendly. But over all no bad experience.

Staff is always there and helpful. Always have your parts on hand except some specialty parts, but they can have them the next morning.

I am very pleased with this particular transaction at AutoZone. It was nearly closing time and I really needed a part that I have to install overnight due to emergency circumstances. I dont know the exact specs to determine which part I need and as I said the circumstances are extreme so I ask if I can buy both choices and return the one I dont need later. She replies yes thats fine, so I do. As I exit the store I remember I also need to change my oil so I set my first purchase at the sales counter and search for the additional things I need for the routine maintenance as well and make the second purchase. As I get back to my garage I'm overcome with dread as I realize I've only got one bag from my trip and it was beyond the time I would need to return and pick it up. So I huff and puff and grab the drain pan with bag and do realize it's a but heavy for only an oil filter. Then I notice the courtesy of a job well done as she had rebagged my first purchase along with my second purchase as well and I was so grateful that she had the attention to be sure I left with everything I bought. I called to personally thank her and while I'm terrible with names I do believe it was Jamie and again I would like to thank her for seeing that I got everything I paid for even tho I did leave the most important parts on the counter. Thanks again

I went in for replacement headlights. Ohhhh mannnn... they're OUTRAGEOUS! I'm not talking about the whole headlight..just the bulbs. I'll be ordering on line for sure!!!

Good selection of parts, manuals, and other products. Battery testing, engine codes, and loaner tools available. Friendly staff always deal with customers with a smile on their faces and put a smile on your face.

I visited this store today around noon (and say this because one of the employees was coming in with fast food )3 to 4 employees standing around BSing as I waited for someone to ask if I needed help it never happened.In the 30 to 40 minutes I was in there not one of the employees asked if I needed help.That s the last time I ll step foot in that auto zone on vermilion Street in Danville Illinois

I called in to ask a simple question about whether should I mix coolants of different colors together, I waited for ten minutes and the answer I got is that there is no blue colored coolant.

Auto zone has very good parts i have been buying parts from them since they came to indep., mo. About 25 years ago now moved to Danville, il. 2 years ago now started going to my new store here.

They can never seem to get the right correct part just speaking my opinion my freedom of speech it's never right when you go to AutoZone the part usually fails within a week two weeks tops you have to take it off bring it back time to go somewhere else

none of the employees and very few customers were wearing masks except our cashier, Teresa/Theresa(?) despite the sign on the door saying masks are required. both times I've been here recently, none of the employees had masks on.

While on vacation to Helena MT, my alternator went out as I was driving on the Interstate close to Danville. I received directions to the Auto Zone on Vermillion. It was beyond 7PM and no shop was open to do the repair. I thought I would have to wait until the next morning. The store manager, Scott Coffey, happened to walk by and over heard my conversation with the associate helping me. Understanding my situation, Mr. Coffey offered to replace my alternator so that I could continue my journey. After installing the new alternator, the engine was not cooled down, I wanted to pay for this service but Mr. Coffey would not have it. I want to thank everyone involved. I appreciate the extra effort put forth to help me get back on the road!
