Good communication from the owner. Was straight forward with me and gave honest, descriptive answers to many questions I had regarding my vehicle. Reasonably priced. I will definitely bring my vehicle back the next time I am having issues with it.

Definitely would not recommend unless you need something incredibly simple done. These clowns charged me $160 to tell me what I already knew, now I still have to take my vehicle to the dealership and get a proper diagnosis. 1st an 2nd time was great. 3rd time, the mechanic was dismissive and degrading. He argued with me about what car I have. Really??? I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot. He told me it was a 2013, and of course I corrected him. I let him know they have me under 2 accounts, one with my name spelled wrong, so maybe there's something else misentered. He told me he "has the vin right there, so it's either a 2013 or it's a different car." I said of course it's the same car, a 2015. He said it doesn't matter to him either way. The next day I asked to see the diagnostic results because I had just had the part he wanted to replace done. He got very huffy but produced it. I accepted his diagnosis but also asked him to fix my accounts so they're both correct. He became very arrogant and said fine and crumbled up my diagnostic paper (which had my name wrong) , jumped on the counter, and threw it on the floor. I then tried to address how he spoke to me the day prior, explaining that I just wanted all my information correct in the computer since he was so demeaning towards me yesterday. At this point he got angry and refused to speak to me and began to address my bf. He got quite arrogant that I wanted my information correct and that I wouldn't drop they way he talked to me the day prior and now today. He finally said he is not changing my oxygen sensor and don't come back. I called him a sexist jerk. Ladies, if you do business with this place, be prepared for some arrogant, degrading, and dismissive treatment if you encounter this mechanic.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Personally know nothing about cars my husband handles taking the car in. And we have been going to here for at least 10 years. Always have done a great job on our vehicles. Will always look for the problem and fix it right the first time. He took a loss today on his service and did us a great favor that we will always appreciate and makes sure we will always got to him for our service needs. Thank you Gary Dodge

Good work, very good quality left no loose ends. Got in at my appointment time and work done in timely manner, only drawback is they are pricey and dont offer any discounts.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. The tech who ran my diagnostics took extra time to search for the correct issue. And he did not charge me more than the $50 diagnostic fee. Cudos. My ram1500 was throwing codes left and right. Turns out the problem was 02 sensors. Could have been a lot worse. Thank you, Conner, Gary, and Eric.

Just wanted to give another shout at to Danville Diagnostic and Gary Dodge. Great Mechanic and staff. After today and the favor he did for me and my family. The man has a heart of gold. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended, they do great work at decent prices. I have gone to other places in town and have gotten shafted. I had my A/C compressor replaced along with charged and also belts changed. They also replaced the A/C relay switch. I have an 02 Lexus and would not really trust any other place in Danville, unless I would have no other choice. I have known the owner since he first started and he will do his best to get to the root of a problem. I had a Pontiac that he spent hours on to try to figure why it would not keep running and he did not charge me anything because nobody could figure it out and solve the problem. But it was the motor, I had bought the car at JD Byryder and should have just let them have it back. Do not go on the bad reviews here, I am sure that all the information is not in their posts. So i tried to get them to come check my car the guy on the phone was very rude at first. The. Scheduled my appointment for a week later, the date comes i calle them to asked them if they are going to come check my vehicle the same guy says, "i meant to call you sorry we got busy but we are not going to be able to go check your car" then i ask him ok so when can you guys do it? His response was i really don't know i will give you a call. I said no thanks don't bother!...The bad reviews are true.. They are very unprofessional!... I hope the owner knows what is going on... Remember the customer can make you close down your bussines just by taking his money somewhere else!

After reading review here at auto Mobile diagnostics we take pride in repairing customers auto at a fare price.sometime we do not receive all the problem on the auto we are trying to repair or told only to do part of the work needed .we at auto Mobile diagnostics being a triple a repair shop with a 98 percent rating. Are sad we did not 100 percent help both customers. We get most part from Napa the look up and send the part to us. Thank for taking the time to read this. And we will continue to keep are standards high to repair your auto and treat you like a friend .Thanks again. Gary Dodge owner

Plain and simple these guys are crooks!! Wired up my vehicle and connected wrong colors, just because a wire is black and a wire is red doesn't mean those colors indicate anything. Have you ever heard of a multi tester? Also damaged my vehicle and Flatly denied it, like I said...CROOKS!

Was in town doing business when truck battery died. Was referred to these guys.. They brought me a battery & installed it and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. Thanks guys, ya really saved my day!

Only give one star due to the fact that they have extremely rude staff and horrible mechanics i wouldnt recommend anyone using this service. Not even for a childs bicycle

Told them to turn off my air ride before lifting it up. After they told me they've never done it before. Now my car has problems with the air ride. This is the second bad experience I've had with this company.
