The tech didn't clean up behind himself; vent hose came a loose while he was moving dryer around and he told me I had to hook it back up and secure with clip; before I could ask any questions he packed up and left the house leaving door wide open, he had already got into service van and started it, drove off.

Terrible experience. First they sent a technician who said the reason our fridge wasn t working was because of the compressor so they ordered the compressor. Then when a different technician comes to install the compressor they say other parts need to be replaced also and they will have to see if they can get them. A week later they tell us they can t get the parts and they were supposed to tell our home warranty company that so we can get a new fridge. 2 weeks and 3 calls later and they still haven t sent the report. The customer service is horrendous every time we call they say they ll put in a request to send the report and never do, even lying and telling us they have no record of our previous call/request to send the report. We haven t had a fridge in over a month because of this.

This company of melded businesses because of Sears bankruptcy is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. My repair STARTED September 2 and just concluded today(11/8). They have an automated process which guarantees you cannot speak to a human. Their customer service numbers automatically go to bots which inevitably do not give you the right option for your issues. The Parts portion of the business sent me damaged parts on 2 occasions and lost a part on another. The first technicians ordered unnecessary parts. Since I had to pay up front, the company has been using my money for over two months while I waited. I finally got an excellent technician who was able to fix the microwave over TWO months after the initial contact. He actually knew what he was doing. Will never use the company again for any reason. If it were possible to give the company a worse review. I would.

Technician Jorge was great! He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. He knew immediately what the problem was and was able to locate the part that needed replacement. He came back later in the afternoon with the part to complete the repair.

He was very efficient - was able to diagnose why the oven wasn t working and replace the needed part. He made sure he had it before arrival. Most appreciated!

Oscar was knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the other problems with my washer that I was unaware of, and informed me that in his opinion the repair would cost more than a replacement.

The service man was excellent, but your communication system is terrible can't get a person only robots and computer generated responses very frustrating to say the least. You had our address wrong on the service order and I couldn't find a way to let you know either on the phone or on the conputer.
