I purchased a pre-owned Corolla from Pauly 2 weeks ago, and really enjoyed the experience. Not only is the car a great car and just right for my son, but the buying process with Dago, Paul, and Victor was just fantastic. Open, friendly, and pressure-free. They were able quickly answer my questions and presented me with a price and extended maintenance plan that fit my needs. Very happy for the time they spent with me. Thank you!

While I did not end up purchasing from Pauly Toyota due to something out our control, I would like to say that we his whole dealership and Junior specifically were wonderful to work with. While it didn t work out this time, I would not hesitate to give them my business in the future. Couldn t recommend more!!

Came in today for my duplicate key on my New Tundra. I must say it was a low stress environment people were extremely cordial and I was able to get in and out within 25 minutes thanks to my service advisor Alec Hargrove. Thank you again Alec, I will be returning for all further maintenance.

There s nothing that grinds my gears more than non transparency or businesses not adhering to services they offer per their website. I had my assistant schedule my husband s car for this facility s point inspection. Per their website it says: Fluid InspectionDuring the multi-point inspection, all of your fluids (coolant, brake, power steering, windshield washer and transmission) will be checked and replenished at no additional charge. They called my husband to confirm his appointment, and just by sheer curiosity he confirmed all the inspections that are to be done. She told him only 2-3 of the fluid inspection aforementioned would be checked, and that their website is incorrect. I m unsure how their website can be incorrect if it s been there for years/months. If my husband never confirmed beforehand, he would ve just gone to the appointment assuming these services would be rendered per their website.

Best car buying/ leasing experience ever. My interactions at all levels were straight forward, comfortable, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Dago. He was so helpful and a really good listener!! I must also gives props to Jeff and Art who rounded out the team that made this experience stress free. I am very grateful!

I took my car for a service today. It was very easy to schedule. The whole experience was reasonably quick and simple.Additionally I had a problem with Android auto. Jason Gomez was very knowledgeable and patient. He ran some troubleshooting steps and was able to resolve the issue in no time. I'm definitely coming back to this location for future car service.

Friendly and helpful staff! I called to get my car in prior to the holidays, about a week and a half in advance, and Matthew P. was very accommodating on getting me in before Christmas. He gave me honest feedback about my car, answered all my questions, and was great to work with. Second time going here and working with Matthew, very happy! Matthew was also able to arrange a loaner car for me so I didn t have to miss work. The gentlemen working when I picked up my car were all helpful as well!

We worked with Bob L. to get our new Rav 4. This was the first time I had purchased a car for myself, and Bob made it a painless experience for me. I had given Bob (and a few other dealerships) a call months before I even knew I'd be going with Pauly. When he called back, he said that even if we went with another dealership, he wanted us to reach out to him with any questions to ensure we'd get the best deal for the car we wanted. We chatted over the phone a few more times. I was very upfront with him about what I wanted, didn't want, how I planned to pay for it, and when I would like to get the car. This was to make sure that we weren't wasting each others' time. Bob was very supportive and friendly the entire time, completely the opposite of what I had heard about car salesmen. He worked with me to find the exact one that I wanted and my fianc� and I love the new car. It was worth the drive from Chicago to Crystal Lake to find a dealership and salesmen we could trust!

Purchased a pre-owner car from this dealership. Dago, my sales rep, was sociable and eager to help me find a car I liked. Jeff was great at connecting with me on a personal level which ultimately was the reason for me leaving with a car that day. Overall, satisfied with the experience but wish I wasn t asked multiple times to write a review, left a little pushed to write one. Next morning, I noticed stains on the driver seat which I thought were gone since Dago said the car was cleaned while I was signing the papers. That s my bad for not checking more thoroughly before leaving. Thankfully Dago was great at fixing this. Would recommend the dealership for your future car purchase

We had an excellent experience here purchasing a vehicle. Bob was incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. He made it an easy, fun transaction, was kind to our children as we worked through the paperwork, etc. The facility is clean, organized, and well run. We felt very confident with this dealership, and would absolutely purchase another vehicle with them in the future!

We recently purchased a Venza from Pauly Toyota, and we had a very nice experience. We worked with Dago and Brian as our salesmen. Both Dago and Brian were very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. They worked to get us a car in the color that that we really wanted, through the allocation. We put down our deposit and we waited for the vehicle to come in. We had great communication during the process letting us know where the vehicle was in transit. The vehicle came in � the time we thought it would take. The purchase process was good, and we appreciated that Pauly had no markups or dealer add-ons. Working with Dago, Brian and Donna was a very nice and pleasant experience.

I took my GR Supra here for a simple oil change. When I returned to pick it up and was preparing to leave, I discovered that they put 38 miles on the odometer during the service. I was furious and went in to talk to the service manager. He tried to explain to me that sometimes they have trouble resetting the oil reminder and they have to "drive" it. I have changed the oil many times at other Toyota dealers and only had 1-2 miles on the odo each time which is completely reasonable for a road test. Either the service techs are totally incompetent and can't follow the simple procedure to reset the computer, or they are lying to the service manager and playing Ferris Bueller with customer cars on their lunch hour. This car isn't some exotic car and the oil change procedure is like every other car I've ever seen. I get that it's a BMW under the skin, but you've had 4 YEARS to figure out how to perform maintenance on this vehicle.First of all, my service advisor should have called me and told me there was an issue and to expect those miles. I should not have to find that myself. Second of all, they put 0 miles in and out on my paper work which looks like they are trying to hide something. This is not a good way to build a relationship with a new customer. I will NEVER use this dealer to service my car or even consider them for a purchase of a new Toyota because of this poor experience.To the owner, or whoever reads this at Pauly, this is every sports car guys worst nightmare! To anyone with a Supra, do not bring you car here for even basic maintenance.

Dago did a great job going over our car functions. We had to wait a year for our Sequoia, but not Dago s fault. He kept me informed monthly. I would gladly use him for future purchases.

I have been a customer at Pauly Toyota for years. I have never left disappointed in any services I have had done. Today, I left in absolute awe of the customer service I received from the Manager Russ, the service techs Justin and Alec and my mechanic Tommy that did an absolutely unbelievable job. Without realizing my used 2022 4 runner had a wiring problem from the previous owner trying to add smart features it needed a complete wiring overhaul. Tommy worked all day and fixed all the wiring. Russ went above and beyond to accommodate me and is continuing to help with the necessary phone calls to find out exactly what had been done by the previous owner. Justin continued to follow up and check on me and to keep me updated with the process. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service that I received after a pretty upsetting reality of a new car sold to me by Oakbrook Toyota with issues like these! I left with a renewed faith in good people like Russ! I will forever continue to be a loyal customer and would recommend this team to anyone that is looking for good and honest people! Thank you all at Pauly Toyota

I've been serviced here twice now for new vehicle checkups. Each service has been informative, friendly, and fast. This is understandable due to the newness of the vehicle. Until trying times come, I have nothing negative to say about Pauly. They have treated me very well.

This weekend we bought a 2021 Toyota Highlander in AMAZING condition from Pauly. Our experience from beginning to end was SOO much better than any previous experience we ve ever had buying a car. We worked w Bob Langenberg in sales and Victor Shariati in finance. Both men were WONDERFUL, listening well and giving good information WITHOUT pressure! In our minds, dealerships have had a negative reputation of pressure and deception (sorry), but we experienced neither w these two. They spoke about the dealership s desire to earn our long term business and our experience w Bob and Victor has made a huge step In that direction. Thank you Bob and Victor for the refreshing change you brought to our car buying experience!

Tom explained the process, the wait timeline to be expected and pricing which included no market adjustments or add-ons. It was a seamless process from purchase through finance/warranty and we couldn't be happier.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Pauly yesterday. Paul LeRose did a great job assisting me. I will never buy from another dealership or brand ever again. Fair prices, great staff, and a clean facility. Their certified used car selection is the best, they also offer a great warranty. The financing department gave me the best rate, and it took almost no time to get approved and the paperwork signed. Was in and out with a new set of wheels in two hours. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. Great job Pauly Staff!

Went here to ask a simple question about a car and we were treated worse than dirt. Absolutely shockingly unprofessional behavior from a guy with a beard and tattoos covering his arms and hands (didn't get his name) who was working in the main building. He's a horrible reflection on this dealership. It was very clear to us that this company doesn't want our future business.

I purchased my 2022 Corolla Cross XLE back in the spring, & Steve Robbins was extremely kind and helpful through the whole purchase process. The car was sold at MSRP and came right when they said it would. Once the car came in, Steve & Dago were very helpful in showing me the new features of the car, and made the paperwork seem easy. Art in finance was very patient and helpful with the paperwork and warranty. My family and I have bought many cars here and come back for a reason. We felt like we got a good deal and a beautiful car on top of it.

Sales is not open to negotiate and condescending. I called in to compare prices on Tacomas and the salesperson laughed at me when I told him the other options on the table. He said You re dreaming about those prices. We ll be here ready for your business when you exhaust yourself looking for a better deal than us. Bought the exact truck with more accessories for over $4,000 less than the best price at Pauly. Not worth your time to visit.

Bought a 2024 Camry TRD from Paul LeRose. He was awesome and got me what I wanted very quickly where other dealerships told me that it could be months, we cant custom order cars, and some couldnt even tell me the msrp on the car and were more concerned how I was paying, so they could mark up the car. The process was very easy buying my first new car and no dealer markups. I will def buy another car here.

Don't take your car here for maintenance. Totally scamming everyone. They tried to sell me a mirror turn signal light when my car doesn't even have turn signal lights on the mirrors and tried to pressure me to buy them anyways saying "it's illegal to drive without those mirror lights" then for the orginal reason I came in was for my car not starting and dieing after starting it with a jump. They said well it could be a lot of things we'll just try changing the battery and bring it back if it still happens. I left without buying any of their services and later found out it was a bad alternator not battery. They were going to sell me a battery I didn't need then sell me a alternator when I came back. When my friend checked to find out the issue it took him 2 minutes to figure it out with a multimeter. Either work on your own car or go anywhere but here!!!!

Tom was willing to help me order a new Tacoma with the features I was looking for without adding on huge bogus dealer charges unlike several other Toyota dealerships I had contacted. I ended up having to cancel my order because of unforseen changes to my vehicle needs, and they immediately refunded my deposit with no questions asked. When I do end up getting a new vehicle they will absolutely be the first place I go to. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a Grand Highlander from Pauly Toyota and had a great experience. Dago, my salesman was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured and had good communication from the time of my deposit til the day I picked up my vehicle. Very honest dealership and no markups or dealer add ons.
