I was recently in an accident that left my car totaled. Ormsby was called by local P.D and they came to tow my car. The next day, I had called them and asked the next steps and how I would come clean out my car. They had me come in to follow them to the building that that store cars in located a mile away. I cleaned out my car, thanked them for their time and went home. As soon as I pulled into my driveway, I realized I left my garage opener in my car. I called them and asked if I could come back tomorrow in efforts to not inconvenience them as it was close to closing time for them. I promise you these people are so nice...the lady told me to come back right then if I was able...she offered to drive back to the building, grab my garage opener and meet me at their office. We pulled up at the same time. She was all smiles and SUPER happy to help. While I did not buy a car from them and I didn't rent a u-haul...I recommend this family ran business based on how they treated me. Thank you Ormsby for being the light I needed after my horrible accident!

The guys don't sell you a car they stand behind it. They help my dad with a car and lower the price so he was able to drive it off the lot. Now my son his going to get my grandson 1st car from them

Rented a U-haul truck here. When trying to check in to start our rental, after selecting check in with a person on line .we entered the building and stated our business. The person at the desk said, well, you are on your own. He said we really don t do anything with in person check in, you should use the app. He then called U-haul offices and they had to talk us & him through the process. They made us move our vehicle from the handicapped parking space (even though we have handicapped tags) so their mechanic could park there. The guy helping us said he would be mad to see someone parked there. I told him he probably already is, cause as we were getting out of our vehicle he asked if we were handicapped. I said obviously, that s why we parked there. After all that fun, the truck we were given rode horribly. Clearly the service they are reporting to corporate is not being done. I say that with confidence since we rented the next truck from a larger service center down the road and rented a similar vehicle which happened to have the same mileage on it, and it rode like a dream. Would definitely say stay away from this location for renting a U-haul vehicle. Not at all customer focused here!

My car was towed last night. The owner was the nicest man! He opened his shop to let me get my car out of impound. It could have cost me an extra day. It was already a very expensive evening. Thank you so much for being a nice guy and not charging me an arm to get the car out.

No matter what issues I have with my car they are always able to fix it even though I have a mini and they are harder to work with they either help me or tell me exactly what is wrong to take to the mini dealer. They are able to pick up my car from home when it isn t running and get their jobs done quickly. When buying a car, getting one fixed, or got into an accident they will be the first number I call every time!

They were out in a decent amount of time to tow my car however the driver was incredibly rude. I appreciate the tow but also appreciate customer service

This place has nothing but overpriced vehicles purchased from auctions... Example the 97 red ford ranger currently just listed was purchased for $6,900 from Obenauf Auction Service and was a municipality vehicle for Countyside Fire Protection
