My sales person, Ryan English was easy going, friendly and very knowledgeable. No high pressure sales just an honest guy. However the finance guy was the typical push to buy the extended warranty and anything else he could add on. But I guess that's his job.

I was extremely happy with Ryan English. He was very knowledgable, answered all of my questions and was helpful with explaining all of the features of the new truck that I purchased. Kyle Buss is absolutely the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I hardly had to tell him what I was looking for and he matched me up with the perfect car in just a few minutes. He does such a great job of figuring out the best financing options & gave me the best price for my trade in. He also has so much experience to find every possible rebate I qualify for to get me the best price. I didn t have to ask- he just seemed to know exactly what I wanted & made absolutely sure I had the best car and the best deal. I don t think I will ever go to anyone else but Kyle for all my future car needs. I will definitely refer everyone I know to him. Thank you so much Kyle! I love my new car!!

Purchase a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Ryan English. Found car online and was skeptical about driving over an hour to dealership but the way I was treated by him certainly made it all worthwhile! Freddi was very helpful and patient as he helped my son navigate purchasing his first vehicle, a used Mercedes sprinter van. He took us out to dinner while we were waiting for the paperwork. Freddi Alvarado was the sales person who helped my family purchase a vehicle this afternoon. Our experience was very positive. Freddi was patient and polite. He went over the vehicle in great detail and explained all the controls and history of the vehicle. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this location in the future.

Matt Darbro Was my sales person and he made the entire process move quickly. I had taken my car in for maintenance (2012) but after the night to think about it I called the service center and spoke with Todd Morrison and explained that I was really concentrating just trading it in, Matt called me right away and I was there in the next hour test driving cars. Once I found what I liked Matt explained everything well and I was knowledgeable on setting up everything. Im so happy with my new car and love the Napleton family!!

One of the best experiences at a dealership that I've had. Kyle Buss was our salesman and would like to say he made us feel right at home and did everything he possibly could to get us a vehicle that was perfect for my girlfriend Kayla and I. I was very happy with Kevin Ruiz, who helped me with my purchase of a GMC Yukon. When the Bank of America next door was closed, Kevin rode with me to Carpentersville, navigating me there to get a certified check for the purchase. He also helped me set up the MyGMC app and explained the features of the car. Napleton was fair with price and financing for the vehicle. All in all, it was a good experience. Love the new Yukon!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and engaged in fun conversation while we were working on paperwork. Almost every employee there congratulated me on my new car. And even though this might seem trivial, what I appreciated the most was that no one made snap judgements or snubbed me because of my appearance (non-traditional hair colors). There were some other local dealers that were rude or dismissive from the moment I showed up. But not here, they greeted me with a smile and were respectful and kind the entire time.

I took my car for a check engine light, they charged me a diagnostic fee of $180 supposed to be the problem was a software update needed, I approved that and they worked on that and at the end of this solving issue I paid almost $1000. I picked up my car the next day. But the light came back again, they said that the problem it was totally different, the new problem is a diesel pump I m very disappointed with them because they are a bunch of people lying. They just want the people money even though if they can t afford it. Never go there, I don t recommend this place, they are not honest persons.

Primarily, I worked with Ryan English. He came out and greeted me when I was looking at some vehicles on the lot. He was very helpful and eager to answer my long list of questions -- even if he had to go find some answers elsewhere. After months of research, I had nearly decided on a GM vehicle. Ryan helped to provide the input that made my final decision. If the experience had been unpleasant, I would have kept looking. I did not have to talk to five different people, as I had at some other dealerships, and this was more relaxing in making a decision as well.

While I did not purchase my Buick here this dealership and the service center at this location have truly earned my loyalty. Specifically with their service department the bottom line is this they do what is right and that goes a long way in earning and retaining business. There are far too many shops out there that are just trying to make a quick buck but this service department clearly understands that doing what is right over a long period of time burns a lifetime of loyalty. The work that they do is top quality and I know every time that I get my car back that it is in top shape. Their opportunity in becoming a five-star facility fall short with regards to two main areas The reception area and the overall attentiveness of their cashier staff. Simply acknowledging the customer's presence is powerful and I can tell you on several occasions I have been annoyed standing outside of the cashier's desk not being acknowledged by a person that is not but a couple feet away from me. It has a few times now put a very bad taste in my mouth but thankfully the service advisors are the ones who shine and bring me back every time. This dealership and service center clearly show its age as the facility despite their best efforts to maintain it well is clearly showing its age as it lacks modern amenities and comforts. Not sure what napleton's long-term plans are but if they intend to remain at this location there needs to be a serious investment in the facility for customers who have purchased and pay for service of a premium vehicle.

Worst service ever. Took our car there to figure out why the car sways. We specifically told them they have to take it on 90 and hit 75-80 mph to feel the swaying. We took a picture of the odometer when we dropped off the car. We got a phone call a few days later stating that the car was driven on the highway and couldn't diagnose the issue. We checked the GMC app and the car was only driven for 7 miles. Correct my math if i'm wrong, but from the dealership to 90, is 11.2 miles, one way. We were told if the 1st technician couldn't figure it out, another technician would test drive it. They took the car down Virginia. I'm sorry, but there is zero way you can drive 75 mph on Virginia. Then we were also told the manager took it for a ride on the highway! Great, but the miles on the car still say 7. So please explain to me how you all took it on the highway, when it's 22.4 miles round trip, and you would have to at least put 4 or 5 miles extra on the car when you drive it on the highway, to feel the swaying. 100% liars. Picked up the car and will never go there again. Horrible. Make sure you trust your service techs, because there are definitely shady techs working here.My reply: 1st off, I'm not reaching out to you. You want to talk, you call me. You have my husband's number. 2nd: there is absolutely zero way I'm bringing my car back to you. You could give me all of the cars you have on the lot for free, and give me free repairs for life, and I would still say no. You lost all trust. When I told Todd that the miles don't add up, he looked at me like I was stupid and he sat there still telling me that it was taken on the highway. 7 miles on the car and IPass don't lie. It doesn't matter if you take it on Virginina Rd and Teckler. I guarantee you, no one hit 75mph, even for a second. You have to maintain a highway speed to feel the issue and that has been told the entire time. You wasted our time and the biggest problem is everyone lied. Especially your technicians.

I had made a 8:00am appointment, online, for Saturday 2/10/2024. I received a confirmation email and text message as well as a reminder email and text on Friday 2/9. However, when I arrived at the dealership Saturday morning, my appointment was not in your system. I had to wait over an hour and a half for my oil change because my appointment was not in your system. This needs to be looked at since most things are done online. Thankfully I did not have anywhere to be on Saturday.Sincerely,Maureen Hinz

He works for you throughout the process, including the much loved negotiations.
