My Christmas gift. I spoke t with the dealership explained what I wanted not just in a truck but also in the sales representative. They matched me perfectly with salesman Ed and I even spoke with the finance office prior to the paper work and received up front information. No surprises. I will be back!

Martin Chevrolet has been taking care of my Colorado since it's purchase 4 years ago. My confidence in their ability to keep my Colorado in top running condition has always exceeded my expectations. I do not worry that the Colorado will ever leave me HI & DRY on the side of the road. And this is due to the excellent Service I get from Service advisor Ralph and the whole Service Dept.Keep up the great work.

The service team has been excellent every time I've taken my car in for oil changes and warranty work. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Plus I always get a free car wash and they leave a bottle of water in my cup holder for the ride home. Top notch service all around!

For close to 10 years I ve been using this dealership. Recently the experience has went downhill. Most recent experience: Scheduled a appointment for 8am Monday morning. Arrived at 7:50am, explained what I was there for. I was told diagnostic charge and it would take 1 to 1.5 hours so I waited. Slightly a little over 3 hours later I was informed of what was needed, the approximate cost and was told specifically it would take two days. I agreed and asked if they would call when done or if anything else changes. Answer was yes . I received a text telling me to let them know if I needed anything, great I responded twice to the text with no response. Called and was transferred twice. On Friday, yes four days and four hours after leaving the service department I was informed that they finished without so much as an apology. This was not the first time that I have experienced something similar from here. It is too bad that they just don t or won t set proper expectations up front or at the very least keep you informed along the way. Had I known this up front I would ve made arrangements for a rental car. I can no longer in good conscience recommend this service department.

Went in for an oil change and filter replacement. Spoke to Aaron and he got me scheduled for the next day. Everyone there is very friendly and the process was quick. I got a call saying it was ready and to take my time if needed to pickup. Always great service anytime I ve taken my car there.

Was unhappy with results,as I feel I was sold a lemon had the car for barely a year and I spent more money trying to get it fixed then I paid to pay off the car which is 50,000. Then only to told that I can leave the car and they will flush it out for $120 an hr and they may take days to flush.. Very disappointed in a place like this that I put soo much trust in. But I understand once you leave the lot it s not their concern anymore but I m stuck paying a car that I can t drive in only a year time frame.

Every time I come in for an oil change appointment I gotta wait like 3hrs for my truck to be ready. Went in on Mon 1/22/24 for a 4:30 appointment. Didn t get a call or text so I texted service at 6:30 and they said they called the wrong number. That was annoying. Otherwise, I think they re a solid service team. Just wish I didn t have to wait 2-3hrs.

Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated or aired up to spec even though the bill says otherwise. I called the service manager to discuss and left a voicemail. Still waiting a couple days for a call back!

Won t return for service. Bring a trail boss in for their free oil changes to get my truck back with foot prints on the bumper. Instead of them using step stools they stand on your truck to fill with oil cause they can t reach.

My husband and I have vehicles from Martin, and now our roommate does too. You guys are the best, honestly. I had my annual oil change this past Monday. Even though we had to go back again that day, Blake went above and beyond to make sure he could squeeze us in (the 2nd time) after discovering an issue with my TPMS. He s always so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Blake and staff.

Was due for an oil change. Called in for the appointment and was able to get in quickly. Finished oil change and tire rotation sooner than expected. Even got my car washed. Great service all around.

OC is my favorite service guy. He is so professional, he calls me before doing any extra work to my car. I had a battery replacement and he cleaned the acid and corrosion off my battery cables and he explained to me everything that was done and I didn t have to wait all day.

Martin Chevy helped out when my car broke down on a Saturday. They were very helpful and friendly as they fixed what needed to be done. It is not quite time to replace my current car but when it is, I will certainly be back!

The problem I came in with was not solved. My hood wouldn't open, turns out cable broke, they could have gotten under and released the blatch and also changed my oil. But they wouldn't listen and only wanted to sell me the $399 part which could have been done at a later date and I could have still gotten my oil changed.

I ve had nothing but great experiences with Martin Chevrolet and their service department. Aaron has gone above and beyond my expectations. Very honest and transparent, will do everything he can for you. Everyone in the service department is very kind and professional. I d definitely recommend Martin Chevrolet for any service you may need. They put a new engine in my car and I m very pleased with everything they fixed.

Did a great job with my brakes but, they have still not fixed my faulty emissions control which is a recall. Every time I go, the part is not ordered or I get some other type of excuse. It s frustrating because my check engine light is always on and I can t tell then if there s a legitimate issue with my car.

Adam and the rest of the staff were awesome! No pressure, honest answers, worked with us to get us the 2 vehicles we wanted in our price range. After the sale, they are great about addressing any concerns we had about the vehicles pre-purchase, took care of all the paint chips/dents on both vehicles and ordered a new windshield to replace the damaged one. My wife and I love our new vehicles! Looking forward to working with them in the near future, my daughter will need a vehicle in the next few years, she's NOT getting either of ours!
