The convenience of having a mechanic come to my home cannot be overstated. It saved me time and hassle, allowing me to go about my day without any disruptions. He came fully equipped and well-prepared, which demonstrated his dedication to providing top-notch service.But what truly amazed me was his work ethic. He dove into the task with unwavering focus and determination, leaving no stone unturned. It was evident that they took pride in his work, as he meticulously worked through every aspect of the repair process. Their attention to detail and dedication to getting the job done right was truly impressive.Side note great person to talk with as well. Love that we were able to find a mobile mechanic, especially for our 10-foot box truck that needed some work done. Jack does great work, and if it's something that he can't do, he will let you know. Honest, hard-working person that we trust working on our vehicles. Definitely recommend.

Jack was awesome. Super friendly. Super polite. I had a dead battery, and he came and tested it, jumped it, and then told me where to go get it fixed. I'll definitely keep him in mind if have issues in the future.

JET was the best solution for me for sure. What a kind man, I couldn t believe how personable. When dealing with auto-repair, sometimes you might get some dodgy characters. Not here. Literally a better experience than I ve ever had at the VW dealership, and thousands cheaper. Jack was easy to communicate with, on time, fast, and took the extra time to go the extra mile for me. Checking over everything. I was waiting for the catch and it never came. Not to mention, he knows exactly what he s doing! My car is in GREAT shape and I feel confident the work was done right, and I know it was done right because the car doesn t sound like a lawn mower anymore! But seriously, I made the right choice. Go with JET. Thanks again Jack!

Jack was wonderful to work with. He did a great job and his prices are very reasonable. It was so nice that he came to our home to do the repair (rear brakes). He was prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. That s customer service at its finest! I would highly recommend and will be calling him for any future repairs!

I had Jack replace 4 belts and a water pump on my daughter's Kia Soul. His price could not be beat and I was excited to have him complete the work. He was on time and friendly and no crazy hidden fees. He even recommended changing a few extra belts I hadn't considered doing, but made complete sense once he made the point. I'll be sure to use him again if there is a job that is too much for me to handle.

The transmission fluid pan on my SUV developed a rust hole, leaking out so much fluid that it couldn't even move under its own power. Jack replaced the pan with the spare I had on hand and now it's driving better than before! And his pricing couldn't be beat. Started doing a strut assembly replacement on my 2002 Honda Civic. Didn't have the knowledge to completely finish the job. Called Jack. He is very personable and easy to deal with on the phone. He was available the following evening. He came out and finished the strut install I had started in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable mechanic. Had him also replace my passenger's side strut assembly. Really reasonable prices for his work. This is a website and phone number I will keep close by. HIGHLY recommended.

I've never heard of a service like this, but I love it! Jack went out of his way late in the evening to do a diagnostics for me. Instead of having to tow my car somewhere to find out the bad news, he traveled to my car which wasn't running, saving me time and money. He was honest and straightforward. I'll definitely be using him in the future.

Jack has worked on my family's cars and he does excellent work and excels at diagnostics. A quality mechanic not only does good work, but also diagnostics, this is just as important. Jack is a quality mechanic. He does not blindly replace parts, he will find the issue and replace the correct part(s), saving everyone involved time and money. And the best part is he comes to you! No more hassle of driving to a shady shop trying to rip you off, and waiting in thier dirty lobby. You can't go wrong with Jet Mobile Auto Service.

Great experience with Jack! Very responsive, timely, professional and kind! I like that he came to me instead of me going to him- very convenient. He also explained what he was doing, which I appreciated since I m not well versed in car mechanization. Anyways, highly recommend!

Excellent repair and finest replacement part. Arrived as agreed started working and didn't take any of my time. (Waited to drive car 100 miles 3 days before posting review)Hassle free and most important fixed a electrical connection problem that 2 other previous automotive repair shops (#1)would not touch or (#2) fix properly. Fabulous work, in & out in less than 30 minutes.

Called this company after calling many others, they answered the phone right away, provided same day service, fixed my Jeep Renegade rear caliper piston, all at an unbeatable price!!! Jake saved my a$$!!! Summary - I tried replacing my own rear brakes. With the Jeep s electronic parking assist when the brake pads were out the caliper piston electronically fully extended and would not recede. Apparently Jeeps have a service mode you re supposed to put into prior to doing anything to brakes. Oops! Too late! The piston was stuck and would not budge. Mind you, when the caliper piston is out it s impossible to put it back on. When the piston fully extended it broke the seal on the caliper piston leaking break fluid everywhere. I took the entire caliper to a local Jeep dealership and they told me the caliper was busted and needed to be replaced because the seal on the piston was compromised. After asking how much the new caliper was I almost passed out. Not to mention, the new caliper I needed for this renegade was out of stock for 45 days! The closest dealership was 5 hours away. I called JET to see if they had availability just to see if something could be done. Jake came out same day within hours of calling them, he was able to re-seal the caliper piston, recede the caliper piston back into the caliper, and was able to get the job done!!! This man saved my a$$, saved me probably thousands of dollars when all said and done if you were to add all of the costs it could have cost me. A rental Car to and from work, a tow to a shop, new caliper piston, mechanic labor, and saved my car from being useless for over a month! This man and company saved me a lot of money & headache. Excellent Service! Knowledgeable, Friendly, Professional, & Great Service! Definitely USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Service: Brake service & repair
