The body work looked great! It doesn t even look like there was any damage.Their communication was very lacking. I had never received an initial timeline after dropping off my car. I had to call every week for an update and even then the update was very minimal. I had left my car seat installed in the car and items in my trunk storage. When I picked up my car, my car seat was in the trunk completely taken apart. Also, my items in the trunk storage were taken out and all over. They had never mentioned I needed to clean out my car or take my car seat out. I would have been happy to take a ride to uninstall my car seat correctly but they had never called. I was very disappointed that my car seat was taken out and taken apart.While the body work looks great, I would not go back due to the lack of communication and handling of my personal items. Especially the way they handled my car seat.

I would never bring my car here again. They didn t fix everything the first time and the lady wanted me to sign off on it and pay before I could even make sure everything was fixed. Took longer to replace a bumper than I ever thought possible. I also never gave them permission to clean the inside and remove items from my car. I assume they threw them away? Who knows! Go elsewhere!!!

Hit a snow bank in my 2021 durango had some front end damage, was under a week turn around time. They were extremely professional and did a great job. They understood I had to get a rental out of my own pocket and got everything in fast and did a great job.

Really bad experience!My insurance worked really fast which it was the only good thing, after the hit and run I got. So they helped me to find a place close to me. So my accident happened on January 30th and they took my car in march 5th and mean while there was no communication at all from the shop. I had to call them and ask about updates which they didn t have an answer for me. On the 23rd my car was Ready supposedly nobody came outside to show me the work that it was done or if they were missing something and that whoever worked in my car didn t tight the battery right cuz as soon as I got out of the shop I got an announcement saying my battery was low. Thankfully my husband checked it and tight it right. I paid my deductible and sign the documents. After I sign one of the guys told me that my door was missing the Shiny part on my door didn t sit well and they had to order another one. I asked him if the shop was going to give a call and he said they would. So all this happened on the 23rd I took my car home and didn t even check anything that day since I had a family emergency. The next Monday I took my car out of the garage when I noticed that the corner of the bumper listed on the claim wasn t fixed so o called my insurance and they said they were going to check with Aaron and they will give me a call back. I even call Aaron to his number leave a voicemail and till today I haven t get a call back to know why the bumper still like that. And the follow up with my Shiny part I had to call them on the 12 to see if they have it whoever that answered the phone said Yeah it looks like we already have it so they had no communication at all again. I took it in the 14 again and I got it changed. So it took too long to get my car fix but it wasn t fix at all. Personally I do not recommend this place.

So far looks good. Last time I went here back in 2018. My quarter panel they replaced was not squared up and started to separate. I'm keeping an eye out this time. Otherwise everyone is very friendly and respectful. Check in and out was very quick so you are back on the road again. Yes I would recommend Fix repair to friends this time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Their online booking does not work. I thought I had an appointment but I received a call to reschedule because I was told "online booking doesn't work and they get overbooked". So I went to my rescheduled appointment on January 4, 2024 and was told I should receive the estimate by the end of the day. That was 11 days ago and still nothing. I don't think they are interested in the small amount of damage I need fixed but wish they could have just told me that.

State Farm brought our car to Fix Auto. They did a nice job with the repairs and kept us appraised of the car's status as we waited for parts. My first EVER 1 star review across any review app or site in 10 years. Here's why:These guys were rude and curt in dealing with me from my first contact with them on the phone. They refused to give me any sort of timeline of when repairs might be completed after I had my vehicle towed there from an accident on 10/12/2022. They became rude on the phone after I called the day after the tow to ask for a rough timeframe on when just an estimate could be completed.When I called to notify them that I'd be taking my car elsewhere, they seemed more than happy to be rid of my business.I towed my newer model SUV to a friendly body shop that stayed in contact every step of the way. Repairs on my car were completed in a professional and timely manner- only 2 weeks after they received my vehicle. State Farm covered 100% of the repairs. I'd still be waiting on an estimate had I left my car with Fix Auto.NEVER put up with rude customer service. It's your choice where to take your vehicle, I don't know why anyone would choose to leave their car with any company this rude and short with their clientele.

I was involved in a terrible 3 vehicle collision on 6/21. I was referred to this shop by State Farm in which was the best direction they could ve led me to. My vehicle went in on 7/7 and just received it back today in a perfect condition!!! It looks as if nothing ever happened to my vehicle. Everyone in the shop is very professional and delightful! Tom kept me on the loop at all times with the status. Definitely recommend them!! I promise you will not be disappointed!Service: Painting

This was my second time using Fix. This time had a valet service wreck my car. Did extensive damage to the front end. Fix did a fantastic job getting every detail just right and done very efficiently. They took care of dealing with insurance approvals and returning my rental car. Didn t think it was possible but they did better the second time than they did the first. The only reason for that is that I have been there twice now and both times they provided excellent service with fantastic results.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

You walk in a customer and leave as if you have made a friend. They are very thorough and upfront about the services needed on your vehicles. The repairs done on my vehicle immaculate. It s amazing you cannot tell there was anything, any kind of repairs done on my vehicle they did a spectacular job. Hit a deer and drove straight here, they were able to start working on the car quickly and we had it back in a reasonable time for how much work had to be done. Car looks brand new, we're very happy! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle repair. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company. Kept in constant contact by phone and text to keep me abreast of their progress and returned my vehicle on time as promised. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
