Wow, wow and wow! Mark and his team are incredible. They not only did a great job repairing the damage to my car, but cleaned it, replaced my plates and basically went far ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thanks again, Crystal Auto Body! You're the BEST!!!

Great place. Mark negotiated the repairs with my insurance company and repaired the car. Paint quality was amazing. They always returned my calls and even had my car detailed inside for no additional costs. This was my 4th time having Mark and his team fix a wrecked vehicle for my family.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent experience with Crystal Lake Auto Body. My car was repaired in a shorter time than expected for the extent of damage. They were helpful getting me a rental car. The owner, Mark was honest, polite and helpful in every way. When I picked up the car, he went over everything with me to make sure the repair was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company. KM

I got in a car accident in Naperville and the company who towed my car quoted the repairs at $3,500. Mark quoted a third of that and I couldn't be happier with the job. Everything was finished in about a week and you could never tell the accident even happened.I'm extremely satisfied with the service, price, and family vibe this place gives. You won't get ripped off here.

Very unprofessional. They Constantly lie. Blames issues on each other. When I went to speack to the manager and owner about the problem I had with them the owner couldn't even leave his office. Extremely disrespectful. Also very over priced, adds additional charges with no aproval. Terrible communication problems.I brought my car in, paid up front and they had the car for a month. Never called with updates.I had to call multiple times for updates and most times I was told I'd get a call back, but never would. From the outside they seem like good people then when the work starts it's all excuses and lies from there. I strongly encourage you to read all reviews before making the choice to work with them.I learned the hard way.

Excellent service! Mark went above and beyond to take care of us. The truck was done on time and it looked absolutely perfect. I will definitely refer him to all of my family and friends.

***ATTENTION***ATTENTION*** ATTENTION*** Never ever take your car to this place, and I say place because it is far from a well functioning business. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced at any place in my life. I took my car in at the end of February and got a estimate of $1,400 which I then paid upfront and in full. Now it is a month later and they still have the vehicle(my wife's vehicle) and during that time i NEVER received ONE phone call from them EVER. Then when I called them once I couldn't take it anymore they say it's done and try charging me 300$ more dollars when I never received a phone call about more charges, nor did I ever approve the extra charges or work to be done because they never called me!! I never even got one call from them for the whole month. So, they just did the work anyways without my approval and then they all lied saying they were calling me everyday. If I paid 1400 and it's been a month you best believe I would answer any call from them so I couId finally get my damn car back. Then I tried to confront the owner but the owner wouldn't even come out from hiding in the back and they just kept trying to blame each other. Pathetic. I contacted my lawyer and he said we would most likely win the case but it would be a process so i chose to just get this place out of my life and hopefully out of everyone else's life as fast as possible. I also am in the process of contacting the BBB, to hopefully inflict the same hardship on them that they inflicted on me and my wife. This place is as low as it gets. Straight scum. I wouldnt even recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yourself the head ache and don't even consider this place. They couldn't even call me one time in a month and what place takes that long for paid work? Very bad business. It took so long that my wife lost her job. Yeah NEVER EVER give this place your hard earned money. You will greatly regret it. This review is serious and anyone thinking of going there needs to read this and reconsider there options!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This owner, Mark, will tell you want you want to hear initally but then that changes real quick. Good luck getting a call back and when you go in to find out about your vehicle watch them scramble like roaches. Oh and be prepared to cough up additional money above and beyond the insurance money. Half ass repairs and broken recycled parts added to car. I d rather have my private parts stuck in a meat grinder then walk into this shop!!!

Owner Mark is like a lawyer. Great while getting your business, makes tons of promises...but never delivers...just try and get hold of him afterward. Ducks calls, refuses to return calls....waffles on delivery dates. Not reliable.No way I'll ever do business with this guy again. Ended up costing me more than the job did, which was not 1st class by any means. I would never recommend this shop to my friends, family or neighbors.

Mark at Crystal Lake Auto Body fixes all of our business and all of my personal vehicles. He does great work and is one of the most honest business people I know. I recommmend everyone that needs body work to Mark and his staff.
