Matt and Jon were awesome to work with. Matt did great work building my Jeep. Had an issue with one of the parts causing vibration. Matt work tirelessly trying to figure out what it was. Found it and replaced the part. Road tested multiple times making sure the issue was resolved. I HIGHLY recommend these guys when doing any kind of lift mods.

I have driven by Cassidy Tire for years and I never ever thought of utilizing there services. HUGE MISTAKE! This business and their employees are definitely hidden gems!!I recently required tires on two vehicles I own and upon a friend s recommendation, I decided to see what s behind the front doors at Cassidy. Well I can tell you this. I was treated so graciously by everyone. Folks, this is a rarity these days. Appreciate it when it s offered.From start to finish, I realized that my decision to come here was the absolute best!A special thank you to Chris. A true gentleman and a wealth of knowledge.Going to them with your vehicle repairs is by far the best decision you good make!

6 new tires for my RV. John helped me choose the right tires for this part of the country and the type of driving we do. He gave me an appointment time for 10 am and said it would take 2 hours. I departed at 11:54 with all new tires for exactly the price he quoted. The drive back home was excellent. I could tell there were new tires on the RV. It was so smooth. I also know that I have a tire that is better suited for my vehicle and the weather we encounter here in the Midwest.

Cassidy Tire and Service is my go to shop for my tire needs from repairing the wheel on my dad s old, old wheel barrow to fixing my tires when the tire pressure light goes on. Their prices on tires and services are excellent; and, their service is always professional and polite. I trust their expertise on any of my tire needs! Cassidy Tire was great to work with for the maintenance on our Class A RV, for an oil change. Their availability was an ease to work with to get it scheaduled so much faster then dealerships or RV service centers in our local area. would highly recommend them for Oil Changes, alignment, or tires.

Best experience ever with everyone at Cassidy Tire in CL! I got a flat tire driving into work and after frantically calling around to a few shops nearby work, I had to go with Cassidy. The prices were fair, the tires my car required were in stock, and the friendly customer service over the phone was hands down the best. They had no problem taking me after I got off work at 5 - I was in and out before 5:30! I didn t even keep them past closing Will definitely be returning for all my repairs and maintenance.

Asked for new tires, brake check and oil change. Was given a quote for $800 for tires and $90 for oil change. Picked up my car and was given a bill for $893. Paid and left. Noticed that my change oil light was on. Called and was told that the oil wasn t changed. John called the next day and offered a free quick oil change at my convenience. Will recommend Cassidy. If you re not satisfied, they will make it right! Not many businesses will do that these days.

We have been using this location for the last 7 years. Jon, Eleazar and the team are great. They provide amazing customer service, great follow up and are easy to work. Very competitive pricing and quality work on every service we have had done. We won't go anywhere else in Crystal Lake.

I made an appointment with Cassidy to remove a set of used tires from one set of wheels and put them on another set. This was discussed in detail when making the appointment: moving my lightly used tires from one set of wheels to another.When i dropped the car for the service, Cassidy Tire explained that they will not remount used tires. If this is their policy then okay. It is not okay to schedule the service and have me waste an hour of time for dropping the car, and waste an hour of my wife's time who followed to pick me up.

My first visit last year with Elazar was outstanding, amazing effort to get a problem tire/set resolved. Yesterday Chris?? Was amazing getting me a new trailer tire very promptly got me back in business. Amazing team!!

Satisfactory work. The tire change was done quickly & efficiently. The price however was higher than expected because it wasn't mentioned when I called about the balancing fee, but in all I would recommend.

The staff is absolutely amazing and they took great detail with our LOF and making sure our tires were safe, especially as we enter the winter months and putting in a much needed new battery! The customer service and care is excellent!

We came in without an appointment and was able to be helped right away. They fixed our issue in no time which was wonderful since we had two younger children with us. They treated us with respect and didn t talk down to us because we were women! Major plus in to me. We will continue to use Cassidy Tires for all our tire needs.

the first time I came here was to balance all the wheels and replace one with a new one that I bought myself in another place and accordingly check my wheels for defects, they did everything and said that everything was fine, but the vibration remained in the car, and I drove to another service to check and it turned out that one wheel was very deformed and swollen in one place and a large (very large lump) formed, but no one saw this at this service and I had to repair my wheel again.... the second time I did the wheel alignment on their car, as it turned out, they simply adjust the error to the green zone for you, and do not make it zero, that is, if 6 is the green zone, and 7 is red, then they will not make 0 as it should be in the middle, but will leave 6 , at least it was like that for me, but the most annoying thing is that I can t ask for it to be corrected because it s within the tolerance, but the limit. I m a mechanic myself and I know what I m talking about, good mood to everyone) pay attention to these things... Most likely, because of these nuances, I will no longer go to them and recommend them....

Great service! In the last couple of months we have had tires repaired on two different vehicles and needed a new battery in one. We also use Cassidy for our oil changes and other maintenance. They are honest, prices are fair, and they do quality work.

I had a slow leaking tire on my primary vehicle. Made an appt and I was in and out within 30 mins for less than $50. Very professional staff, spacious and clean waiting room. For what it s worth, I saw 2 different women come in and treated professionally as it should be. If I had the staff they have at the CL store in my business a few of my problems would be solved. Maybe I can steal one or two? (Joking)

This visit was my first service visit to Cassidy.I had originally planned to go to Costco for 4 new tires. I called Cassidy and saw that they offered the same or better warranties and had a specialty on 4 tires comparable to Costco. Cassidy also had appointments available that aligned with my schedule.The main aspect that tipped me towards Cassidy was the customer service, even over the phone.

Staff was great! They acknowledged me right away and were able to take care of my need just as quick. I had my young son with me and they set up a movie for him to watch to try and help keep him occupied. Everyone was friendly and down to earth. They were busy and still got me in and out in record time. I definitely recommend Cassidy AND this location.
