Been coming here on and off for a few years now after a friend referred me here. Just decided a few months ago to stop going to other local parts chains at all because every time I end up coming into bumper to bumper I receive great help from many of the same people and they have a good variety of parts for a fair price. Other chains - the service is more hit or miss. I ve received excellent service from both Kevin and Randall - both good dudes that are easy to work with and helpful. I am an experienced (home) mechanic and have been to every parts store in 60014. These are good people. I help a lot of friends fix their cars in the area and will continue to refer people here as well.The store feels a little dated and the parking lot could use a facelift but still didn t ding them a star because the parts and service are still awesome. Great local places like this is why I don t shop at the latest new chain store.

I've been doing business with these folks for a very long time and the crew there is simply the best. Knowledgeable and friendly counter people, courteous service, fair prices and all backed by a responsive and culturally conscientious corporate/management team. All around just a solid company to do business with. Kevin, Frank ,Randall and Dan are the nicest guys you could ask for. They are LGBTQ friendly and inclusive and I sincerely appreciate all you guys do to help me keep my fleet on the road :)

Absolutely the best at finding the right part the first time at an excellent cost. I drive my car every day, and when I need to repair something it needs to happen yesterday. Bumper to bumper makes sure I get the right part so that I can get the job done that night so I don't miss a day at work. The right part, the first time. No one else can really claim that, while simultaneously not breaking the bank- even for those hard to find Subaru parts. These folks are awesome, don't even bother anywhere else.
