Dont not go to this place. Durty politic and if ever a police tow in tinely park dely them. And call your own towing company. Buy law its your decision not there are tinely park police department despite what they'll try to tell you. Read up on your rights everyone.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I wasn't exactly a fan of the prices or the fact they were closed on the weekends (In which my car was towed there) thus leaving me to pay for storage (which I understand I guess) for 3 days sat,sun, and pick up mon. But the help that I received was really good and they tried to help me out in my situation the best they could which I appreciated

Terrible Service!! They Give You The Run Around To Get Your Vehicle. Horrible customer service, very un organized and unprofessional!!! They tell you to leave a msg to set up a release for your vehicle, Just to block your number. All the operators are ignorant and disrespectful. The People That Actually Tow Are So Rude And Careless. If You Can Avoid These Scam Artist, Please Do. They Only Accept Cash There Isn t A Place To Walk Into. All Of The Business Is Handled At A Booth. Save Your Time, Money And Energy. 0 Stars If Possible. Extremely Ridiculous Prices As Well!!!

I called to ask why are they charging for my son to get his plates off his car. Ok I understand policy but they should be charging the idiots that totaled my sons caron Christmas Day. But as I was asking the worker hung up on me because I asked the name of the facility. Bill needs to hire someone with great customer service skills.

Didn't use them but the receptionist was very polite and helpful, patient I might add as well. If ever needed, STAT will b my first call.

Get your car asap, Saw them towing fwd cars from the rear of the car. 50$ a day storage? That is Ridiculous. I understand that have to charge a storage fee but that is absurd and 250$ for the tow, madness. Also they are closed on weekends and out by 4:30 Mon - Fri ...they have they're times set up to get money out of you. Business is business but that doesn't mean you have to be a scam artist.

Ruined my car! Called for a jump start put cables on backwards and fried my electrical. Won't pay to fix. My cars ruined and they blocked my phone number when I asked to speak to a owner. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They charge an EXTRA $100 if towed by police.... then rude when you call 2 ask questions. They never returned my calls (I left multiple messages) and I FINALLY got them to answer after 9 am.... would not recommend!!

Horrible people! Will tow your car and give you the run around to pick it up. Even going as far as blocking your number. They don't have any consideration for people who need their cars or how they'll get home. Why tow a car if you're not going to allow the owner to come pick it up? Total scum!!

Attendant was prompt, polite and professional, and helped make an unpleasant experience a little bit better after a crash. Tow yard was orderly.

THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE !!!! THE LIES YOU GET TOLD WHEN YOUR CAR HAS BEEN TOWED THERE AND THE FEES THEY PUT ON ! DON'T GET IN ANY TROUBLE IN COUNTRY CLUB HILLS AND MAKE SURE YOUR CAR NEVER COMES HERE ! I DO MEAN NEVER ! I WOULDN'T HAVE GAVE ANY STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE !
