This was absolutely disgusting. I was disrespected by the employee and she refused to give me my house keys from my car. I'm locked out of my house and now have to walk hours to my friends house to sleep there or sleep on a towel on the wet grass. I understand not giving me my car or car keys... but this female employee was an absolute sociopath. She had no cares whatsoever. It was as if a robot was blandly telling me "I don't care". Truly hope these types of people lose their job.Let me also add that I am not like Benny. I'm not an alcoholic or drug addict, I don't drink and drive, and I don't drive recklessly. I got into an accident because my older car is too low to the ground and it slides when wet. So please don't listen to the owner when he tries to save himself with an indefensible excuse. He needs to make this one right, get rid of his rude employees, or offer a discount to those that have been disrespected or wrong by his employees.

Best towing service. Was extremely fast when I called. Took only 15 minutes after I called for a truck to get to me. Far better than the 4+ hours I was waiting the day before from another company in town.

Absolutely fantastic shop. Only place I trust with my car. I always talk to Rick and he is always very descriptive, patient, and reliable. He'll take a look, find out what the issue is, and reach out to you to get your thoughts before going any further. Also, the 24 hours towing is fantastic! I keep these guys guessing- from broken control arms due to me doing donuts and finding a curb, to a broken transmission pan from me running over a parking stop- they've diagnosed it, fixed it, and got my car road-worthy ASAP. I've never once had mechanical work get in the way of my day-to-day activities. Today my car made it to a cemetery for a funeral, but wouldn't start when it was over. I called, got a tow, met a friend at RB's, and was at the luncheon in time for the soup and salad. I just got off the phone with Rick and I'll be picking up my car later today.The bottom line is that Rick and all the guys at RB's care and keep you in the loop. When I come here, I feel entirely informed and in control. Rick has frequently taken time to show me the parts and talk me through some of the mechanics, so I leave here with a better understanding of how my car is and how it works. Highly recommended.

My kia caught on fire and they were great help on getting off the street aswell the owner communicated well with my process I definitely will use them again in any bad situation

The worst towing company ever they are scammers and liars the staff was disrespectful and arrogant made us pay more than what we were supposed to pay and he was being racist called the police on us because we were black saying that's how people like us behaveNEVER AGAIN AM I USING THEM OR TELL ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES

Do not trust this Business all liers they told me the only way to recover all my item in this total out vehicle was to bring a photo ID of the owner and a written and notarized statement allowing me to take all my junk out but at first didn t tell me that I needed to pay the storage fee had me running back and forth for nothing the car is junk want do you want with garbage it s minds I call the Markham police and they agreed with them did not ask them who told them to bring only does items if I knew this at first that I would have to pay the storage s fee I would have never came but it wasn t told to me bad business don t be fool by the owners response to my issue

Found the cause of my shaky steering wheel which is under factory warranty. They've replaced my axle years ago and I have not had a problem. Nice people. I'll go again.

Popped a tire on I80 and was in a dangerous situation on the left shoulder. Receptionist was absolutely terrible and made it seem like I was a huge inconvenience to her multiple times. Horrible customer service. The reason this company got 3 stars was because the driver was excellent. He got there in 10 minutes. Hooked up, drove off the interstate and unhooked all in 15 min. No problems once you get through the receptionist.

We use this towing company to do the services for my job. But on a more personal note their prices are compatible with other towing companies and they do a great job. They also have a mechanic shop at their location and they do some good work there. I encourage people to try them out!

My wife arranges most of the car repair. Most often she needs a ride to and from home. RB takes her home and picks her back up with no hassle or delay. My first dealing with them required a tow. We had called around and the tow truck would have taken many hours come, but with RB it was a matter of minutes. Also, their technical expertise and range is excellent just like their customer service. We highly recommend RB's Automotive and Towing!

I tell you what.. the folks down there know how to run a shop. Was having some issues with my brakes and Ricky up front explained the braking system in impressive detail. It ended up being the calipers, just like he had suspected. Friendly, knowledgeable bunch that talk to you in a way you can understand. Fantastic service. Thanks Ricky!

I Always come here for car repairs,and oil changes. Rick is awesome, informative,and professional. there is a younger guy there with glasses at front desk that's is equally fantastic as well.love this shop and all the mechanics there

It was very speedy and their customer service was great. My car broke down and I called RB's to tow. They took my car to the dealership for a reasonable price.

RB Auto has been taking care of all of my family vehicles for the last 15 years. SUVs, cars and pick up trucks all the same they come back like brand new from RB Auto. Prices are fair, pick up and drop off is a snap and things are ready typically earlier than expected. RB Auto also offers a towing service which I have used several times from more than 35 miles away. Rick and Bob are the best.

Mike was the best! I have never had my car towed before and he helped me through out it all. Under the bad circumstances he made this horrible experience a whole lot better!

I was in a car accident April 3rd, 2020 and was taken to the hospital afterward. Once I was out of the hospital I called to find the car because state police said that this is the only company to have it. When I called, "BOB" informed me that they did not have it. Almost 2 months later they send a letter to say that they will be crushing the car. So I call to figure out why they didn't tell me they had it the first time I called they said that there is no record that I called. So not only did they lie they didn't even keep a record that I called. These days the police department can not be trusted nor anyone who has business with them.

Had a truck that I needed to tow from CCH to Joliet. Called all the local places, and RB's was $100 cheaper. Driver showed up in 10 mins, P/U and Drop Off went perfect. Tow Drivers are usually sharks, but RB's was an anomaly! Good Job!!

I was in a car accident about a week ago when I got out the hospital thay were very rude to me on the phone when I called and asked about my car tryed to tell me I only had 1 more weeks to pay for the towe so I went to get my i d out my car so gave me problems then final let me get my i d out the car and all my thing were missing the man that towed my car must thought I was passed when i had the accident because he tried to tell me the police wouldn't let him get my things off the ground but that's a lie because the police was looking for my i d and people that were trying to help me find my phone and that all told me nothing was on the ground everything was still in the car. Thay can't be trusted thay took every thing of value out my car and that's sad I almost lost my life in the car accident and to get out the hospital and find out RB'S AUTOMOTIVE STOLE ALL MY THING OUT MY CAR

Horrible customer service but Atleast they were upfront. Make sure you personally speak with the drivers if ever in an accident and they re called by the police.
