This is the first time using Dan's shop. He came highly recommended and with good reason. He was courteous, professional, price for the work seemed fair, finished the work when promised. Seems like an honest, local shop that we'll definitely go back to.

There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe 3-D Auto! At the end of the day, I carry less stress knowing that if my work vehicle breaks down, I can count on quality, quick, and affordable repairs to get me back on the road fast. I'm grateful for the team at 3-D Auto!!

Dan Doty is very honest! Gets my truck in asap! Diagnosis the problem correctly and doesn t throw the parts cannon at, causing high repair bills. I ve referred many people his way. I had brought my vehicle to a well- known repair shop in DeKalb, where I was quoted over $3, 000 for some work that was needed- and for some that wasn't. Stephan, Dan, and the crew at 3D quickly diagnosed what was wrong - and what wasn't needed. I was so impressed with their honesty, how they communicated the issues, and then, to my great surprise how quickly they repaired the brake issues - while I waited! That's the kind of service that is so rare, but highly appreciated. 3D has now earned my business from here on out, and I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced repair shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I have been going to 3-D Auto for over 7 years. I am continually impressed. They ve done my oil changes, my tires, my brakes(all the fun things that go with that), headlights, heat shield, battery, etc. whenever I have a problem and I call they are efficient and more helpful than I would imagine. I don t know why I m still surprised each time with the quick and great work provided because I ve never once been disappointed. I will take my business here always. Big thanks to Dan ESPECIALLY because he really makes the stress of a car trouble disappear with his knowledge and demeanor and big thanks to Stephan because he is super friendly and has such positive attitude! These guys are great. As a former mechanic, I ve been going to them for years for services that I can t perform myself anymore, since I don t have access to a lot of the equipment these days. They always take care of people fairly and quickly. I just read their one-star review out of curiosity, and I gotta say, that dude seems like a total chooch . I ve dealt with those types of customers in the past, and can tell that he brought in a clunker, and got mad when they tried to fix it and told him it was junk. 3D s explanation of what happened to cause the rough shifting is absolutely the most likely scenario of what happened. Also, I just cannot deal with reading an incoherent rant from someone that doesn t understand the English language, and how to properly insert punctuation in order to purvey their message. It just rubs me the wrong way. Oh yeah, and also these dudes do good work at a fair price. I will continue to take my vehicles, as well as the vehicles of my family and friends there for honest service. Keep up the good work.Services: Tires, General repairs

First experience with 3D today and it was good! They matched and beat the price I got from another shop and applied a coupon to keep cost lower. My subframe was bent and needed to be replaced, along with associated parts. It was a big job, and they had to deal with my insurance too. They did a great job, and they only had my car for two days. In a nutshell, over the weekend I had someone installing new rotors and pads. Backs hit a major unforeseen complication that said person did not have a scanner to overcome. Had the car towed to 3D and was even after hours, left them a voicemail with details. They went above and beyond and offered me nothing but the best customer service I have seen in a long time.They called to update me that they had it in and were looking at it, called back a bit later and advised it was finished! I stopped in after work and was checked out within a minute or 2. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience! AND this was my first time ever here!

3D is top notch on taking care of the customer. Repaired my tire in less than 30 minutes after I waited 2 hours at Farm and Fleet to get an appointment to fix, so much for their road hazard insurance when you can't get an appointment.
