Nothing but a great experience with this location! Everyone was very professional, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. (Particular shout out to Joe, who took excellent care of my case--above and beyond!) I got my car back looking like nothing ever happened to it, and within the predicted timeline. Definitely appreciated the 2x/weekly quick updates. I did find a minor issue that needed attention after I got it back, they took my car back on my schedule and made it right. I wouldn't hesitate to return or refer a friend to Caliber--though, you know, hopefully I won't have to!

Update: It has been a couple months here since Caliber claimed I made and "incorrect estimate" regarding my initial review here. They asked me to email them. I have since emailed them 4 times and left my phone number to discuss this "incorrect estimate" and have not received any follow up. Add poor follow up and communication to my review. Again, I would not recommend this place for any vehicle body work. I wouldn't let them do paint work to a $100 bicycle much less a $30,000 vehicle. At this point I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. Please call me if you have credibility and you actually want to follow up with a disappointed customer. Lesson learned to support a local body shop instead of a franchise. Still a couple months later have not heard back from them. Guess my "incorrect estimate" was not so after all. Thank you.I unfortunately cannot say anything positive regarding my experience at Caliber Collision over the last couple of weeks. About 4-5 years ago when it was Quality Collision they took care of some rust that had developed under my wheel well on my truck. Since State Farm guarantees lifetime work here I thought I would give Caliber the business to repair the rust that had reappeared. They had my truck for the week I was on vacation and said the work should be done by the time I return, which it was. Given the truck was there all week I thought I could have them take care of a few other dings. They were not able to give me a price on this as we had discussed when I dropped it off. Not a big deal as they said they would give me the PDR guys number to arrange a time for me to meet with him at my house but the point is don't say you are going to do something then not follow through with it.Upon inspecting my truck after the job was done I was more than disappointed with the amateur hour paint job that was completed to the drivers side bed of my truck. The area with the rust was addressed but as you can see in the pics other areas were not. There was also an area on the gas cap that had paint run which was not there when I dropped it off. On Monday after picking up my truck over the weekend I called Joe who did not seem to believe the mistakes. Now I don't expect the truck to look like it did the day I bought it but to have several areas look worse than when I dropped it off is unacceptable and in my line of work would be considered malpractice. The gas cap and picture with 3 "spots" were not there prior to dropping it off. We all make mistakes but the biggest issue I have with the whole situation is no apology was ever given as Joe and I had multiple conversations and texts regarding the work. A simple "I'm sorry for this inconvenience" would have gone a long way in owning up to these mistakes but unfortunately this was never offered. I had to find a vehicle to use a couple days upon returning my truck to the shop. My mother in law was nice enough to loan me her SUV which inconvenienced us both. The response I got from Joe was "Yea, we should have spotted that. Focused on the wheel lip. We need to take care of it."Yesterday I picked my truck up and yet again am still not 100% satisfied with the work. The area is still not fully covered and looks like some protecting film in the area was haphazardly thrown on. See 3rd pickIf you're wanting high quality repair work on your vehicle, this is not the place. One should not have paint blunders (gas cap and 3 spots on bed-see 1st pic) on their vehicle that were not there at drop off after having it at a body shop twice over the last two weeks.Next time I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.If I am missing anything here to contradict what has been stated I welcome it. Thank youI reached out the morning to discuss the "incorrect estimate" but did not hear back. It has been 4 days now with no call back. Please call me to discussService: Painting
