Just had one of the best experiences with Bob Brockland. Their customer service was outstanding. Had a warranty issue which was lengthy and potentially expensive. Tim and the service crew were very helpful, making the experience very easy. Bobby Brockland was very considerate with our situation as well. Thanks so much to the whole team.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning. They closed and did not call me to let me know I would not have my car for Wednesday. They did not have a rental car for me so I had to miss a full day of work on Wednesday since I did not have transportation. I had a noise coming from the back of my car and they charged me for diagnostic and still did not figure it out! So very frustrating! Will not return for any type of services or future purchases.

The service department was awesome! They were very prompt and got on my truck right away. They knew I needed it for the weekend and they got it done! Tim, Paul & David was AMAZING!My service Tech, Alex is UNBELIEVABLE! He fixed everything I needed to perfection. What a team you have!!!!!!

I bought a Hummer EV SUV November 2023. I drove from out of state to purchase this vehicle It stopped working a week after I bought it. I contacted the dealership for information to file for the lemon law, I never received the requested paperwork. When I told them of my problems all I got was sorry this has happened and good luck . If you buy a vehicle from this dealership and things go wrong, good luck you are on your own.

They were great!I worked with Scott Degroot who has been here for 19 yrs, which is unheard of in the car business. He couldn't have been more attentive and concerned about my needs. The paper work was fast and he did everything he promised plus he even checks his email at 11pm Thanks Scott for making my purchase a very enjoyable one!

I had lost my ignition key to my 2002 Buick Century and had called another dealer and was referred to Brockland Buick due to them having the key machine to make it. I called ahead and was informed if I brought my title and license I could have a new ignition key made. I went there 9/13/23 around 9am and went to the parts counter. I was greeted by a very rude individual informing me that I "didn't talk to him on the phone cause we can't do that" and "this is all he needs today he is so shorthanded" He then takes the title and my license and looks it up, comes back and says he cannot see the chip code and it could be any of 11 or so. "like I said we can't do that". I call another dealership who says they dont have the machine to do it but then reffered me to Jack Schmitt Chevy. 10 mins at a their parts counter and they were able to look up the code and order me a key they can cut because they didn't have it in stock currently.

When I called and scheduled my appointment I was told I could leave the vehicle or stay with it For diagnostics and that it would be about an hour or so. My appointment was for 10 o'clock and I arrived at 9:20. When I met with the service adviser he informed me that it would be a couple hours before they would have an opportunity to take the look and do a diagnostics. I never heard anything and at 4:45 PM I called and it was told that there was still a couple of vehicles ahead of mine. The next day went all day without any kind of notification. Called again at 445 only be told the vehicle still had not been looked at. Receive call late morning the 3rd day telling me that they could not get a replication of the issue. Was told I should come pick up vehicle and $175 for diagnostics. Problems still exist and are only replicated when vehicle is being driven not sitting in a service center Which is apparently how it was diagnosed.

Johns auto body shop is amazing! I have a 2015 Chevy Malibu that was hit pretty bad by a big truck, almost 9500 in damage estimation but she looks good as new thanks to John and his crew! They worked with our insurance, kept us updated and got her back at our deductible price. Hate that the accident even happened but the body shop and auto body guys did amazing work and repairs on my car.

When I came in for an oil change and tire rotation I was advised that the sensors sensed that I needed a wheel alignment but they didn t have time to schedule it that day. Great $119 now worries we ll get that scheduled next to round.My car was done in a decent time frame. Which was great. But then to drive it off the lot and onto the highway for the front end to start vibrating really bad.This was not something that my car has ever done. I called and spoke with the same guy that assisted me and he said well you need a wheel alignment and we can rotate your tires back. I then told him my car was not doing this prior to coming in here. He insisted that it was my tires. Again my tires are just a year old.I drive to far on a daily to have my car driving like this. And I don t like it. And now I have to wait to get it fixed because I am a full time mom, worker and college student. That never gets a break!!!

The service staff makes every effort to accomodate the needs of the customer. They are a topnotch customer satisfactiion machine. I had significant work done on my vehicle and it was completed on time as promised. The service department has earned an A++ from this customer. I will continue to patronize Brockland for service and vehicle purchase when that time comes. Highest grade possible.

I bought my car from here in 2016 and finally paid it off this year. Of course the car started to have problems so I took it to Bob Brockland and they did a diagnostic test and said it was the turbo. I brought my car in and Bob Brockland had my car for 3 weeks and after previously having it for 2 weeks for a different issue. Neither time was a loaner car available as promised. I spoke with the manager of the service department and he was very rude and unsympathetic to the fact I had no transportation and two young children one who is school age with no ride to school.. When I finally got my vehicle $2000 later, the problem still exists! I have 2 recalls on my vehicle and the two issues I brought my car in for are not fixed. Horrible customer service, I have left voicemail for General Manager and no one has reached out and meanwhile I still do not have reliable transportation to work because BOB BROCKLAND took my money and didn t fix the problem.

Although the website won't allow me sometimes to get appointments made, I know I can send an email request, which will be answered promptly. Because I live several miles away, and a loaner vehicle does not always make sense when I get certain maintenance procedures done on my Verano, I always prepare myself for waiting and bring my books to read and puzzles to complete, so the day never drags. The guys at the shop are caring for me, and I don't rush them or complain about the length of time they are taking because I know that my Verano will be stronger after the work is done. Everyone, including Paul, Duane, Tim, and all the mechanics in the shop whose names I don't know make me a part of the family, so I always make sure I am prepared for anything that they bring my way. I love this place!

Within hours of my review I received a phone call. They had apologized about my mispelling and have agreed to correct it with the title company. Paul was very kind on the phone and was sincere to my concerns. He also had brought up my concerns of servicing my car's AC to see any options how that could be handled since I had just purchased my car 5 months ago and had no luck with other service departments.It shows a lot for a company willing to right their wrongs and one phone call has turned around my whole review for the company. I am thankful I choose to purchase my car from Bob Brockland and hope to keep any service or maintenance with their team as well!----------------------------Went to purchase my car and right away brought to their attention that my name was misspelled on the paperwork. They apologized and said they would fix it in the system to be correct. A few weeks later my title came in the mail with the incorrect spelling. I called multiple times to get them to fix this and got bounced around different phones until one team member told me it did not matter. Great to know my name doesn't matter.Also the day before purchasing my car I asked to address a foggy headlight. The next day I found they had just drilled a hole to temporarily fix this issue. After having to raise concern again they finally agreed to fix. Not sure if they were just trying to take advantage of me as a young girl not knowing much about cars but it was great for the sales team to not care about my name or concerns.

Your employees are very helpful and are very easy to work with. Thank you! I will buy another car at Bob Brockland because of your service department. I know that if I ever have an issue, I will be well taken care of. I really appreciate Duane and his assistance. He knows that if I need a loaner car, I have to come at 7 a.m. to get it in order to get to work on time. He's always ready to go and I'm always on time to work, even with the extra stop.

I have a 2016 encore. Had an issue with a flex pipe not covered under warranty. 4 year old car having issues with only 55k miles. Makes me leery on how dependable the encore is for future purchase consideration. Nothing on the dealer. They do a great job delivering bad news.

Your salesman, Terry Funk is the best. We have known Terry since 1997, when we bought our 1st Buick from him while he was at Laura Buick in Collinsville. We then purchased our 2nd Buick from Terry in 2007, while he was at Wagner Buick in Belleville. Now, in 2022, we were in search for a Buick Envision Avenir. We contacted Terry, because there is no one we'd rather buy from. He's cordial, generous and straight forward. Finally, at the end of December, an Envision Avenir, like the one we have been looking for, arrived at Brockland. We immediately called Terry and secured it. Every thing went smoothly that next day and we happily drove off with the car that we sought.

We became a customer of Brockland's Service Department a year ago, following the horrible Service experiences we'd had at the dealership where we originally purchased our vehicle. Because of how well the Service Department at Brockland treated us, it made sense to check with them first when we were thinking about purchasing a new vehicle.We stopped by yesterday to take a look at the two models of SUVs we were considering, and although we had researched each extensively, we were unsure which would be most appropriate, and feasible, based on our budget. Dan from the sales team provided excellent insight about each vehicle we were considering, and even introduced us to other comparable models for consideration. More importantly, at no time did he pressure us, or try to "up-sell" us into something more expensive...instead, he was very honest about which options and packages would be most beneficial based on our needs, and which just didn't make sense to spend extra money on.Once our decision was made, and it was time for the dreaded financial discussions where you expect price-haggling and cheesy sales tactics, we were again very impressed with the way everything was handled and how we were treated! The conversation was extremely up front and candid, which was not only very refreshing and respectful, but also allowed for a full understanding of what was and was not feasible for everyone involved. As promised, they were very fair in finding a way to make everything work within our parameters!As we were about to leave with our new vehicle, we ran into Bob Brockland, Sr. and spent a few minutes talking to him. We filled him in on what lead us to our visit, and told him how appreciative we were for the great experiences we've had with every aspect of his dealership. He was genuinely grateful when thanking us for our business, and was very matter-of-fact when saying that he's just always wanted to be sure they treat people well, and treat everyone fairly. Because they truly seem to do business following those values, I don't know why we'd ever go elsewhere! Thanks for the great experience!
