I called looking for a part, Mark said I more than likely didn't need it. Just needed to clean the old one. He walked me through how to do it myself and within 20-30 min my mower was cutting again. I highly recommend you use his services.

Great service. Took my lawn mower in for a tune up. Now, if you take it, like I did, at the start of mowing season, there will be a wait. But I would periodically email him with the claim number to get updates. Price is reasonable, Mark s a great dude. Couldn t recommend enough.

Dealt with Mark for years now. Great guy and very knowledgeable of small engines. Called about him possibly repairing a craftsman backpack blower. Said he couldn't find part and would look into it. I went on the internet and found the part myself. Not sure what sources he uses, but just seems to me he didn't want to work on it. He said he would help me out and gave me a phone number to call, but it was too late I already found the part.

Horrible service! My father who is in his upper seventies, had Mark perform some carburetor work on his rototiller. Although it was originally stated that the required work would take 2 weeks, we did not get the rototiller back in our possession until 1 year had passed. We contacted Mark in excess of 20 times, trying to get the tiller back. We were almost to the point of contacting an attorney. Every time we were actually able to contact him there was another excuse. Do not do business here, you will regret it. The rototiller still does not run correctly, and we will be taking it elsewhere to get it repaired correctly.

picked up both 42 inch riding mowers gave detailed instructions, he does not answer the phone and was promised one of two mowers over a week ago he has had both mowers since 1st of june, he will lie to you and pad the bill this looks like it is going to court, no way to cut grass for months having to pay someone else because of his incompetence, lies, and poor work. marks has cost me over 400 bucks to have others cut my grass because of his lies. he runs around picking up as much as possible because once he has your mower he has your money and will screw you.

This is my go to small engine repair shop! Mark is friendly and knowledgeable, has whatever parts you need! He'll even pick up and deliver your items for repair! Priced are decent! Tons of nicely used equipment to purchase if you need!

This business is now officially the worse business I have dealt with in the QC area. Mark is nice, however, he is unreliable, does not do what he says and will give you a date for competition that he cannot meet. I cannot state strongly enough my recommendation to never go here for service.

In August 2015 I took my riding mower in to get the valves adjusted and ended up with a $400 bill because he claimed he had to replace the oil pump. He didn't finish it until November because he said the oil pump was on back order. Last spring the same issue came up with the engine chugging and not wanting to turn over. I took it to someone else and he reset the valves. I told him the oil pump had been replaced and he said that the engine had never been taken apart. My new mechanic has been working on small engines for last 30 + years and he got it running in a matter of a day. DO NOT USE MARKS SMALL ENGINE unless you have money to throw away. It should not cost $400 to reset the valves.

I think Mark's is a great place to buy refurbished lawn mower's. I have bought two and they are both still running great.

My lawnmower went on for tune-up in June of 2016, now February of 17 still no mower. Had to borrow a mower entire last season. Have called multiple times looking for it and they still cannot tell me when it will be ready. They give you a claim number but then cannot use that claim number to find your job. DON'T trust this business!

This place is a joke, took my mower there in May and tried checking on it 3 weeks later and was told he didn't know where my mower was and was assured that I'd be called when it was done well I finally got that call at the end of October. STAY AWAY!!!

I took him my weed eater 10 weeks ago said he would have it done in five weeks still not done with it. Do not take equipment here to get fixed. Doesn't even call to keep you updated. Poor businessman.Took him ten minutes to find it and don't even know If it was my original trimmer.
