Oh, my what can I say? This place is Amazing & Will who waited on us was so kind. Our ministry, Handfuls of Purpose Homeless Ministry had an incident with a Semi truck kicking back an unraveling tire. It hit us and went under my vehicle and it tore the uncarriage loose. We were on our way to Tennessee for our yearly Mission trip; taking food & supplies to shelters and families. God placed Will in our path and he was such a a Blessing. Had it not been for him we would have not been able to Bless the families and shelters that we did. I highly recommend him and his company. Thank you Will for making a difference in our life today.hcompany

We were an hour and half from home and we blew a hole in one our radiator hoses, even being a diesel they got us in right away and put the new hose on for us, excellent people to deal with, good ole friendly people would highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome service at Roadman. I was traveling from Atlanta and the guys got me in right away, got me diagnosed and got my part next day. I was able to leave the following night as planned back to Georgia. Everyone there was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and great prices. My first knowledge of this shop was their willingness to donate items to a school fundraiser and wanting to give back to the community. That was a great and lasting impression which made me choose to call them 1st when we had troubles with our car.The customer service you will receive at Roadmen Automotive is second to none. Every interaction i had with the team from the first call to the pick up if my daughter's vehicle made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and providing quality repairs. Been multiple times for various issues. Water pump, brakes/rotors, oil etc. The prices are reasonable and never had any issues. My go to shop for auto repair and maintenance

Love supporting small local businesses and usually I know I will be spending a bit more to do so however, this place is a budget friendly gem. My oil change was cheaper here than anywhere else I have went in the area so far and the gentleman was very kind. It's a bit of a wait to get an appointment at times but I feel if you plan ahead for your maintenance then it is well worth it.

Brendan and his crew have done a SOLID amount of work on my vehicle & without them, I would have had to fork out money for a new vehicle. They are very reasonably priced & work SO FAST! 5 stars isn t enough. 10/10!

I needed an oil change and was looking around for a reputable place that would not charge me nearly $100 for a full synthetic oil change. When I came across the reviews for Roadman, everything I read was nothing less than glowing, A+++ service. I wholeheartedly agree with everyone else that have taken the time to give this place a glowing review. Excellent & quick service. They advised that my brake pads and rotors needed replaced and gave me the total cost of doing the work, told me to go home and call around to cost compare but they would guarantee no one could beat their price. I highly recommend the great people at Roadman Automotive.Service: Oil change

Found these guys about 2 years ago on accident. Been bringing everything from oil changes to suspension work to them ever since. Oil change prices can t be beat. Every estimate I ve received is reasonable and more than competitive. This is a true auto mechanic shop. Will is the man, always provides quick estimates and won t pad it with BS. These guys are great! I've had several things done from oil change to front end work. They have always been professional and personable. I have been satisfied with every job they've done and if I had any concerns about something, they address/fix them. My GOTO PLACE for repairs on the 5 cars I manage! Reliable, quick, friendly and the lowest prices around. They did a full brake job for half the chain store price. And they offered me homemade pie when I first walked in the door when they 1st opened! These guys are fabulous! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have taken my car in thinking I needed work and upon inspection they came back saying everything was fine. Instead of just taking my money they assured me everything was fine.. I have been paying Valvoline over $100 for a synthetic oil change and today I paid Roadmans $49.50!!!! I recommend them as often as I can.

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop for a lot of people but I have had Nothing but that kind of experience Here And would highly recommend it to anyone.

I got my oil changed here for the first time because I was given a discount on Groupon. The service is really fast but there is something that I am surely unhappy about. After I got my oil changed the guy gave me a diagnosis on my vehicle saying that I need to replace my frontend tie rod. I paid money to get a diagnosis at my dealership and there was nothing wrong with my tie rod and they said there was nothing wrong with my vehicle at all. Hearing the dealership tell me that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle even though someone at the oil change place said there was, makes me wonder if he lies to his customers to get more money and better Business, if that is true that is terrible & and wrong. If you are getting a simple oil change go for it! Yet I don't think it is wise to get repairs done by him because he maybe lying to you.Service: Oil change

My experience was very positive....the customer service was 2nd to none. I will return and refer this shop to my friends and family. They took care of my breaks and also noticed a problem with a tire and made a recommendation to replace it. Over a month ago, I took in our vehicle for repairs. I was surprised by the great customer service I received that day. I was told the repairs would take all morning because of a part they would need to pick up. Luckily I live near the shop, so I was offered a ride home and when the repairs were done; they picked me up and brought me back to the shop.On July 1st, I needed a wheel alignment on another vehicle. It is an older Toyota model. The vehicle has a substantial amount of rust that has build up over the last few years. We have encountered other local shops refuse the repairs because of this problem. I guess it's a hassle for them and not worth the trouble.I had a great experience at Roadman's so I decided to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. They not only fix the wheel alignment, but they also fix the steering wheel rack and aligned it as well. All of this at such a reasonable price!Our family's go to auto shop from now on !!

I have been to alot of different shops with my car. Their prices are hard to beat in this area. They are friendly , professional, and fast. They had me back on the road the same day I dropped my car off. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I have lived in Collinsville for twenty years taking my cars to a variety of automotive shops. For the most part they were all just ok and got the job done. I tried Roadman mainly because of the reviews and I am SO happy I gave them a shot. Friendly? Absolutely. Honest? When they were changing the oil, they noticed the cap had been over tightened and caused some damage to the screw and oil pan. Instead of just ripping it off and charging me about $400 for a new oil pan, they very carefully took the time to slowly screw it off minimizing the damage. How many other repair shops would do that?Good price? You bet. They shot me a quote for everything that needed to be done, then gave me a LOWER final price! What? How many other repair shops have EVER done that? Time line? I told them that they could have the car for four days and work me in if they needed to. The car was finished in just two short days.Yeah...the owner and manager just started about a year ago...they are kinda young...not a huge shop with a whole bunch of workers. NONE of that makes ANY difference! These guys are simply GREAT! I never thought any automotive repair shop could actually be an enjoyable place to go. Still hate spending money on a car but now I feel really good about HOW and WHERE I spent that money knowing that I got the job done at a fair price by some good professionals. If you're looking to get your car fixed, stop looking.

Took my Honda Odyssey 6/2/21 to get fixed because it was loosing power while making a noise. Not only did they forget to put the cap of the engine back on but they somehow manage to cut my power steering hose. I also noticed that they ended up replacing my good front wheel tires with old used ones. Dont waste your money here like I did. I LOST DAYS OF WORK, TIME AND MONEY! My car is still not fixed so now I am stuck taking it elsewhere! Thanks Roadman Automotive you have managed to screw me over $687.12I honestly dont know how you managed to have 4.8 starts when your service doesn't even deserve the one start I am giving you.stay away from this place and spend your money elsewhere!

I went to Roadman Automotive and left a very happy customer! I was impressed by the quick quality service they provided. All the employees I had the privilege of meeting were extremely charismatic and knowledgeable. From now on I will only be going to Roadman Automotive. If you need car work done, I would go there. I m confident youwon t be disappointed!

I went to their open house and was impressed with Brandan, Peter and the rest of the crew. I took my son s car there for an oil change and the passenger window didn t work. They where very professional and completed the job on time as scheduled. I even had it detailed when it is there. I own several cars and plan on going back.

Great Work, Affordable Prices Considering ALL the Work they Done on My Truck! Will Keep Using Them for My Repairs Needing Done in Hopefully Long Way From Now But I Found Them Through Groupon with a Coupon I Bought for An Oil Change! Check Them Out! If Needing Something Simple or Complicated!

Always get my oil change here. You can use the groupon coupon and but don't buy it from Groupon. Just show them the Groupon price and they will honor it. The guy's here are great

Collinsville and surrounding area. If you need work done give roadman automotive a call in collinsville. Fast friendly and reliable. Not even going to lie. Fair priced and honest employees. My opinion they are excellent. I was referred by family member and I was not disappointed. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you can't stand shops telling you we can do this or this without adding this.....give them a shout. Truthful and straight forward. They sure do care about their customers and that my friends is rare in a good shop!
