We had something hit our vehicle and break our window - Hulk SMASH style! It's a Subaru so it's safety features have safety features, including something to do with the windshield. They have one overnighted and we were back driving the next day! I believe they had it replaced faster than the automated answering system and redundant questions from the non-local human, even though you call the local number, at Safelite. I highly recommend Martin Glass Company in Collinsville.

I ve used Martin Glass twice now, once for a windshield repair, and most recently, a replacement. Both experiences were top notch. The replacement went through my insurance and they handled everything for me! All it took from me was a 10 minute phone call with Martin employee Sarah and the insurance company. The tech came to me, showed up within the promised timeframe, and switched out my windshield in my driveway quickly. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. Martin s glass did a great job with my windshield! Sarah was always nice and informative on the phone while setting up my appointment and rescheduling my appointment. The morning dropping off my vehicle to worked on, Martin was very fast at getting back with us to get everything situated very earlier in the morning! On the road and a giant rock meant I needed a new windshield. State Farm set me up with them and they were perfect. Dropped my car off early and picked up after hours, great service, and window looks exactly right.

Top notch customer service and glass installers. I asked Ernie, who Installed last how many years he has been with them and he said over 28, seems common for them. Multiple locations which is helpful since one time I had my windshield replaced in STL by them.Update 3/2/19-Visted showroom in Belleville. Lots of displays. I'm thinking about remodeling a bathroom. Rep was friendly and knowledgeable.

Called on a Saturday morning, part was ordered and installed the following Monday morning. Kevin and his co-worker were professional and went above and beyond. The cost was 200$ LESS THAN another glass place. No fees for mobile repair. Go with Martin you won't regret it.

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Jorden and she was very sweet and courteous. She got my vehicle schedule for repair the very next day! The repair and service from beginning to end was top notch. I will make recommendations to Martin Glass to all my family and friends. We were very pleased with the service we received from the team at Martin Glass. Jean was very thorough in helping us to get the correct windshields for our vehicles (3 different vehicles). Who knew there were so many choices for windshields? They scheduled the Installer to come to our location and fix all three at the same time. This was extremely convenient and we didn't even have to be there while they were working. We had called a different company earlier and they were going to schedule us one at a time, not to mention we had to bring the vehicles to them. When we arrived with our first vehicle, they said it wouldn't be done until a later time than they had promised, so we chose not to leave the vehicle then called Martin. Jean made the process so easy and pricing was very fair. Considering we didn't have to take off work, nor be inconvenienced by bring in our vehicle, we feel we received exceptional service for the money spent. We will use Martin Glass again for our future needs...both for our vehicles and our home. Thank you Jean, Kelli, and the Martin team for a job well done!

Sarah set our appointment up she was awesome. Matt and Spencer did the replacement and did a fantastic job. They were professional easy to talk to and understand. I have used Safelite in the past but Martin Glass were just as professional and offered a better price. I originally had a rock chip that spread once the weather got cold. I contacted my agent and told them I wanted Martin Glass to do the work. They called me within a half hour to set up an appointment. They also called me the morning of and let me know a two hour time frame. Cordell came out and did the work and did a great job! My windshield is the original glass with the Jeep emblem on it and everything. Martin Glass never disappoints! Always a pleasure working with them!

I recently had to have my windshield replaced and Martin Glass did an excellent job!!! From the time I went in to let them look at my damage until it was fixed the very next day!! No hassles. They took care of everything. The staff was professional and very friendly!! Thank you Martin Glass for a job well done!! Highly recommend them for any of your glass needs!!!

Called to get a small chip repaired, was told it could spread but it was "highly unlikely". Well it spread to half my windshield and now they want to charge me 450 bucks for a whole windshield replacement. Service tech was very young, not sure if he had the experience. Will not be calling them in the future. Do not recommend.After calling around to get other quotes because now i need a new windshield, I found better pricing elsewhere.

Amazing and fast service!!!! I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and the technician was punctual. Keith, the technician, addressed all of my concerns and provided a thorough inspection of my windshield to make sure I wasn't overlooking potential issues. The service I received exceeded my expectation and I will definitely use Martin Glass Company for my future glass needs.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Martin Glass! My windshield and sideview mirrors were replaced at a very reasonable price and within a timely manner. The ownership and staff provided top-of-the-line customer service and followed-up to make sure I was satisfied with the installation. Martin Glass exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Great fast service. Very friendly atmosphere. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I highly recommend to anyone looking for any glass work done. They had the job done within the day and were very flexible with my schedule on when I could pick my vehicle back up. Again I highly recommend.

My back glass was broken out from storm debris on Friday. My insurance gave me a long list of glass companies so I went with the first listed. That company could not get to me until the following Tuesday even after I told her we were expecting lots of rain over the weekend. Fortunately my boss recommended I call Martin Glass who is local to where I work. Called them about 10 am, they said they had my window in stock and could make it out there the same day before I left work. They were so polite and helpful making the changes with my insurance company. The tech (Roger) arrived that afternoon, cleaned out all the glass in my car, hing my belongings that were soaked from the rain out to dry and warned me about how wet everything was so I could get it dries out when I got home. The install looks perfect and he was done before I needed to leave. I cannot thank them enough for getting out so quickly before the weekend and more rain.

My son called and spoke to Kim in the Collinsville, IL, location about a week ago. My back glass on my 2002 Trans Am, was broken and needed to be replaced. My son spoke to her and she told him they had a warrantied glass and it was new. I called my insurance and got that part underway. Then, I had to call this company back and spoke to "Jean", apparently she is the owner's wife and was difficult to deal with, I explained that I own my business and need the earliest time available to replace this glass and asked if they could call be back the night before to confirm the appointment, she said the router goes in at 6am and if they did not call back the night before they would call very early, guess who did not call. I even gave her an alternate number to call if they could not get in touch with me. Someone (Ernie - installer) did call at 8:27am the day of the job, today, but he did not call the secondary number. I called today and spoke to "Jean" and she did not act like she even knew who I was or what was going on and I had just spoken to her 2 days before. She was hard to deal with and made excuses for no one calling as requested which I felt was reasonable due to my business circumstances. I asked her to speak to the owner and she absolutely refused, I asked for him to call me back, guess who NEVER called. Jean made this more frustrating than ever due to time sensitivity. When I spoke to Jean today she said it would be 10 - 10:30am, that he had other jobs before mine???? seriously???? They also wanted a huge charge for this almost $600.00 for it to have been used and no one told me that it was used, I feel very frustrated by this company with trying to try to sell me used items as new and not keeping their word on my time sensitivity with my work schedule as well. In my opinion, if the owners and the office staff can't be truthful about time restraints, and the type of equipment they are selling, I have to look elsewhere.I did listen to my voice message left by Ernie and he stated he would be here between 9 - 9:30am, today, he was on time.Ernie explained what took so long was he was taking extra time to look for the glass with the "least" damage to it. I was shocked, it was not suppose to be a "used" glass and then even the seal that goes around the back glass must be replaced was damaged and had already pulled apart while it was still in the bag. He looked at mine in the car and stated it was one of the best he had ever seen for no damage. Ernie called his company to see if he could get another seal and was told by Kim that it would take a week, my son who was here also called Weber Chev., Granite City, IL, and they could have it the next day for about $50.00 less money. ???? I can't believe this company, whom I have never done business with, would pass off a "used" back glass, a damaged seal as new as a good thing.Great installer, Ernie, awful owner's wife and Kim by lying to us.No thanks Martin Glass... your company is not good for me...

A business that lies about the time their "professional" should arrive is not a business that I would ever consider professional. I do not live in Collinsville, i only work here and I was in a very tight timeframe to leave at 4 in order to make it back to St Louis for a meeting. I called at 730 in the morning and made it very clear that I needed to leave no later than 4. I scheduled my appointment for 115. At 145 I called asking where their "professional" was, they said he should be there by 2. I called again at 220 asking where he was and they told me he ran into some traffic and would be there by 3. I told them to cancel my appointment. 30 minutes is an acceptable amount of time to be caught in traffic. an hour and 45 minutes is not. The main reason I am giving this place a 1 star is how they lied to me repeatedly. They were insistent, repeatedly, that they would make it by the times they said, even after they missed the first appointment. Do not take your business here unless you have all day to wait. Plus, many other places are cheaper.
