Scott has replaced several transmissions for me over 25 yrs and the very first one was a mini van I used for my paper routes. He replaced it at 120k miles. I loaded it down with papers for years after. The engine finally blew at 260k miles and transmission was still strong. I have had 3 more done since then and never had any issues. Highly recommend!

I received a diagnosis from the dealer that my torque converter needed to be replaced and the cost was quite expensive. I took my truck to Marshall's for a second opinion and was told that it was not my transmission at all. He looked at my vehicle and didn't charge me anything for his diagnosis. I took it to a third place to be fixed (not transmission), and they agreed with what Marshall's said. Marshall's Transmission is an honest and professional place for service.

I've had my van back for a tad over a week and my transmission is messed up again. I was told this was the best company to go to and well I guess not. It's expensive to fix a transmission and now I have to put out even more money

Wonderful customer service. Always a nice price with quality work. Love how they can fix anything. ANYTHING! warranty is great they also worked with my insurance agency to get my warranty paid for. The people that work there are truly a joy all of them!

Marshall's Transmission is the place to go, very knowledgeable with all transmissions. Laura answered the phone and all of my questions. Well I got my 2000 F250 back 2 weeks ago and it just towed another work truck back to my shop on a trailer from Oklahoma 450 miles non stop no problems.

Got my transmission done there on my wife s van spent over 3500 bucks. Then it started pouring out transmission fluid. Dropped it back off. A few days later I went to rual king and almost got hit by a car then realized it was my wife s van. I hurried up and fallowed the van. The guy driving was all over the road and fallowed the van back to his house where he had the same exact van as my wife s.he started getting tools out and walking back to my wife s van.I told the marshals employe to give me her keys now. I went back to marshals and told them what happened. They told me the owner was out of town and would call me. That s when the employee walked in and started cursing at me. Saying he couldn t believe I made him walk back. And slamming door after cursing at me some more. This was last year waiting for a phone call. Never received one.Service: Transmission

Went to several shops to get my 2015 Toyota Tundra worked on. Every shop recommended Marshall's because they couldn't do the work, but Marshall's can and did. Truck is running great! Thank you all it the Marshall's team you guys are awesome!

Friendly, timely service. A few shops around the area weren't able to get my car in for about 2 weeks. Marshall's was able to get it looked at in a week. Very happy with their rebuild job!

I have a foreign car and I was having problems with my transmission. At Marshall s they were able to get me the right fluid and fix my car. I have been there twice and the service has been great! They were very quick and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Scott Marshall and his team were great to work with. After the transmission rebuild, there was a small, hard to diagnose issue but they graciously took the time necessary to find and fix it under warranty. I highly recommend Marshall's Transmission.

I would drive half way across the country to have Scott ( Marshall ) fix up my car. Great people, professional, and excellent at what they do. I needed my transmission fixed quickly and they did. That was 3 years ago and the transmission is running fine. The problem is now that it's getting time to do maintenance, I found that they cross threaded 3 screws in the high dollar aluminum transmission oil pan and 3 out of 6 bolts in the cross member support. They probably don't start screws by hand. Plus they used blue locktite and then torqued front drive shaft screws higher than they should have, stripping the heads. This has extended the time and expense of doing maintenance, increasing the original cost of the transmission repair, which was not cheap. My take on this is that they are good transmission re-builders, but terrible mechanics.

Tried to rip me off .Told me I needed a new transmission but couldn't tell me what was the problem .Tried to charge me at least $4500. Was also told that my transfer case was bad as well! Turned out to be a shift motor and a little bit of front end work!! It was a couple hundred dollar fix! Guess he saw the USDOT number on the truck!!!!!

I took my car up to this place and the guy told me I need a transmission for the problems I was having with my car. I took it to Dobbs and a pigtail sensor came loose. I knew it wasn't the transmission but he insisted I needed a transmission. I'd highly recommend not going to this place.

My vehicle sat all day and didn't get worked on after making an appointment. Checked back on the vehicle and was told will have to try to get to it tomorrow. Poor business sense.

Highly recommend just had my transmission rebuilt very professional people awesome job and got it done quickly.very friendly if you have a problem after it gets fixed they will bend over backwards to make it right
