Our sales representative, Matt, demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the car-buying process. He provided comprehensive information about the vehicles without employing any aggressive sales tactics. We were able to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Matt also ensured that we received all applicable discounts and provided assistance until the vehicle was delivered to us.The dealership thoughtfully offered snacks to customers during their wait.One area for improvement is the thoroughness of the vehicle cleaning process. While I understand that the cars are parked on a dirt road, it would have been preferable if the vehicle had been meticulously cleaned before delivery to give the impression of a brand-new product.Despite this minor issue, I was highly satisfied with the customer service provided by the dealership. I would not hesitate to return for future purchases of GMC vehicles.

Laura Buick has fantastic service. My salesman, Jeremy Morris, went above and beyond to help me and make sure that (even with sub-tier credit) I got the best deal I could possibly get. He even came in on his off day to seal the deal. I couldn t be more pleased with the entire experience!

I live in California and I just bought my second truck from Laura GMC. The price, and the experience of working with the team at Laura GMC makes the plane ride out and the drive back well worth it. Both times have been a great and flawless experience. They even picked me up at the airport. I plan to keep this truck for a long time, but next time I am in the market, I will be back. We stopped by Laura GMC on "a very busy" Good Friday, March 29th, traveling from roughly 2-1/2 hours west of Collinsville IL after visiting a local travel trailer dealership in the morning. Zac Vetter assisted us from start to finish and went above and beyond to make our sure the purchase of our new 24 Yukon XL went effortlessly. Jason Galeski worked with us in financing and was very courteous and professional! Zac even texted us this morning to make sure we had a safe drive back home and to reach out if we have any post purchase questions. Thank you Zac, Jason and Laura GMC for the excellent experience! Very pleasantly surprised by this dealer and would 100% consider doing business with them again. I purchased a used vehicle from them with high mileage. I put money down on the vehicle so they would hold it until I could make the trip. They contacted me about a few dings before I looked at the vehicle. They sent pictures and even discounted the vehicle a little. The vehicle was serviced and a few items fixed on it before I took possession. I flew from Alabama to pick this vehicle up. They picked me up from the airport. The paperwork was very quick. Salesman was Bryan Garner and I would deal with him again. They also sent a Purchase Order before I went up there, and the price stayed exactly the same, no bait and switch. I wish this dealer was closer to me. I felt appreciated as a customer and this dealer made me feel like I could trust them. I drove the vehicle home the same day over 400 miles and it didn t give me any issues.

I shopped online all over the country and they had the best prices of anyone. The salesman, Bryan Gardner, was great. He stayed in contact with me, working to find just what I wanted. I ended up taking a day and driving from Memphis to the dealership. It was worth it! Bryan was ready when I got there. I drove a couple of trucks and made my decision. The sales people were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience easy, and they have arranged to have the truck delivered so I don t have to drive all the way back up again.

This is the first time I have ever ordered a Brand New vehicle. Thru out the process, all my questions were answered, details were discussed and pricing and delivery met my expectations.My sales-rep, Jim Oakley was always available via e-mail, text or phone to handle any of my concerns. Living 250 miles North of Laura GMC, I heard about them by word of mouth and I will also be passing on favorable recommendations.

I would give current sales 0 stars if I could. My mother purchased a vehicle from Laura Buick GMC years ago and I watched an awesome experience. I placed a deposit on a SUV last week and due to a non responsive salesman, they sold the vehicle despite my deposit and didn't tell me and now they are holding my deposit and no one is communicating that the deposit has been returned to me (despite reaching out to a manager, general manager and finance person). This has been by far my worst car purchasing (well non purchasing) experience. Would not recommend.

I emailed Bryan Garner 4 times throughout the day on Friday. We were set up an appointment to see the truck Saturday at 9am. I asked specifically Friday if the truck was still available. He said yes. In one email I gave Bryan my cell phone number and said text me, it s easier than email. I never received any texts, only emails. In one of our first interactions I explained I live 3 hours away but I had bought a vehicle from this dealer in 2016 and was pretty satisfied. I leave at 6am Saturday morning to get there by 9am. I get an email at 8:13 am that the truck sold yesterday! I continue and get there about 10 minutes early. Bryan tells me sorry that truck sold yesterday. Apparently appointments don t mean anything. He lied and said he tried to call me, but I had no missed calls. He also lied and said he couldn t text me because I opted out of text communication, but I specifically told him in the email to text me because it s easier. He also lied and said the person who bought the truck had been looking at the truck for abouta week. Why didn t he tell me that in one of the four emails on Friday? This dealer is more interested in numbers and moving vehicles than they are about customer service. Pretty much a wasted day and about $200 wasted in fuel. They won t be getting any business from me in the future. I would give zero stars if I could.

Laura Buick GMC is the gold standard of car dealerships, this was unlike any other experience I have ever had. From start to finish the entire process was efficient and the staff was the utmost professional. No sales gimmicks, no back-and-forth, just the best price and great service. My sales representative, Justin Sandbach, could not have done a better job, I would highly recommend asking for him to assist in any needs you have. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. During our conversation both the sales manager and the owner came over to insure my satisfaction was to the highest level, which was a very nice personal touch to the over experience. Let me save you some time and a lot of headache, do not go anywhere else for your automotive needs, I can't express how great the team at Laura serves their customers.

I worked with Greg Semanisin to purchase a 2020 GMC Yukon remotely. He did an amazing job reviewing the condition of the car with us. He was honest about every little ding/scratch and made us feel very comfortable with buying the car unseen. He kept in constant communication with us throughout the entire process, and once we received the car, followed up with us several times to make sure we were completely happy with it. I purchased a vehicle from Laura which is about 6 hours away from me so I did most of our deal via phone and text. I feel they were fair and Chris did what he could to get the most for my trade and worked a fair deal. Coming from 6hrs away the vehicle was as advertised. Chris was polite and they seemed get us in and out fairly quickly not much chit-chat. I would recommend Laura Buick GMC. They seemed to be a pretty busy dealership.

I used to be able to get the same Service Clerk every time I came in for appointment. I even select his name when I make my appointment. I have not been able to get him on my last 3 visits. I was early for my scheduled appointment. Service Clerk was very preoccupied with other things. I have several small issues with my truck. I was told they couldn't even look at them because of time. I was in the shop for over 2 hours and agreed to other services at my cost and they found a problem that could be corrected under warranty. When I asked for a follow up on my issues, I was told they had forgotten about it and I would have to schedule another appointment. I will be contacted about an appointment for the warranty issue but still do not know if my nagging issues with truck will get addressed. I want to go back to my original Service Clerk.

I had a great experience at Laura Buick! Mike was super helpful from the very beginning when we called about the car, until we bought the car. He was very patient with us and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way. He also made sure that the car was in great condition and had all the servicing done before we bought it. Bobby in financing was also very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them!

I went in to get an oil change and a recall fixed on my newer GMC terrain on 2/7/24. The service technician came out and recommended I get my filters replaced since they were dirty. I agreed and they did the work. 3.5 hours later for my SCHEDULED appointment I left. About a week later my car starts acting funny and jerking as I m driving especially when I accelerate fast. I was thinking maybe I got some bad gas somewhere. Fast forward to 3/23/24 my check engine light comes on. My car is a 2021. I take it to a local auto part store for them to run the code and they mention something about a filter. I pop the hood and lo and behold my air filter that the PROFESSIONALS put on back in February didn t even screw it on. The whole air filter was cocked to the side! Tons of leaves and debris got down into the cabin area. I spent 3.5 hours there and $230.00. Hopefully no internal damage to my engine or transmission has been done. This has been almost two months I ve been driving around like this. So I call first thing Monday morning to speak to the manager of service but he s in meetings . This is unacceptable. I would understand if maybe they forgot one screw but how are you going to release my car back to me with the whole filter not secured on? All 4 screws NOT screwed on. 0/10 Don t recommend.

My sales associate was very nice and easy to work with. The test drive was great and figuring everything out with Justin went very well. However, Corey, the finance guy was very rude! He made sarcastic comments to me when I refused the extended warranty like I was stupid because I was a woman and didn t know what I was doing. There is NO reason to treat someone like that. It was very upsetting.

Laura dealership was fantastic to work with! Chris Carr was beyond helpful in helping me find a new car and the right fit for me. He was very responsive when I reached out and had cars ready to go when I arrived on site to test drive a few out. He knew right away what I was looking for and helped me find the right deal and within my budget. The process was extremely easy and straight forward with no gimmicks or sticker shock at signing. I tried finding a somewhat specific truck. 3/4 ton, snow plow prep, 5th wheel and camper package, 4wd, and diesel. Laura had a few units almost exactly what I was seeking. I made a choice and picked up the truck a few days later. Great communication Chris Foerstel. Thank you. Oh and never thought the range on a pickup would be so far.

I love my new 2024 Denali GMC Terrain. I had a great experience at Laura Buick GMC. My salesman Jason Davis was so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of my vehicle. It was hard here I thought I had an extended warranty because they kept saying I had it in the department of finance but I didn t even have it. I thought I was cover. I even called a week before I put the car in to get check. Grasie was helpful in service but I feel like they should have cut more off money since they kelp telling me it was cover. I am satisfied with the work but I am not with the amount that I had to pay 5400.00 plus more isn t easy to come by. This makes me a trust issue. Thank you for letting me use your car.Terrie Brown

The sales man was awesome, the financing was easy. Only negative was when I picked up my new truck it was not cleaned very well. Maybe I was expecting more from the detailing group. Bed had dirt in it, backseat of truck needed to be vacuumed. Dash needed to be wiped down, instrument cluster was dusty. Great experience besides the cleaning.

I was traveling in your area from Chicago when my check engine light came on. I stopped in to your dealership because the person I was traveling with purchased a company truck or two from you. David Day was sensitive to my time urgency and did a wonderful job taking care of me. His sense of urgency and attention to detail is second to none.
