Chad was my salesman and he was very nice and helpful! He approved my application as well and I don't have the best credit so I'm very happy with that! :) the payment plan Is perfect for my budget, so I am happy. I definitely recommend this dealership for getting a nice newer car! Thank you again everyone for helping me get a car when I needed it most :D

Bought a new (to me) 2013 ford edge sel today 4/17/24 im in love with my new car instacredit automart is amazing was a very quick and easy process affordable down payments and car payments my car came with a free oil change and warranty plus best part was it is already licensed and plated so no having to hassle with the dmv! and my salesmen Devon Was amazing to work with would definitely recommend and buy a car from here again in a heartbeat!

I bought a car from them in December. It has 115,000 miles on it and it burns oil, runs hot, has a bad wheel bearing, leaks radiator fluid at water pump, the truck would not shut, the transmission slips and the undercarriages is very rusted. This car won t last even a year most likely. The car was over priced, you can t trade it in without coming out of pocket. DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE SELLS JUNK!

First let me start of by saying I love Devin as my salesman. I have shopped w/Insta Credit twice before this experience & never had problems with the cars. Purchasing the car wasn't the problem it was the after matter. The car check engine like came on the next day after I purchase it then 3 weeks later the batter light & another light came on. That's to many problems for a car aleeady.

My wife bought a car from here two months ago, and they keep deliberately overcharging her and not following the contract. She has spoken to their office manager now three times, and it keeps happening. Today, after double charging us for the month, we received no apology, and initially they would not immediately process the refund. The office manager acknowledged this occurs on multiple accounts but they continue to allow it to happen.

This is a bad dealership , do not buy from them. Get a second opinion before you drive off the lot. I got a salvage car from them. The car ran only for 3days and I kept taking it back. They do not fix it the starter didn't work. The motherboard went out. Running quick!! Or you will be in debt forever

So I suggest you do not buy from instacredit. Cindy the office manager went out of her way today to let me know that they realize their system overcharges customers outside of what is contracted and double charges them. Today I was double charged. In this email, that she sent reluctantly, to I guess the only employee in the building who could maybe help as she put it. She wasn't going to let him know about the full issue or admit they know this issue happens to customers and will do everything they can to avoid preventing the fraudulent way their system works. I'm paying this car off as soon as possible. Don't buy here. Save yourselves cuz now I'm hoping I can jusy pay rent this holiday weekend.

Would not recommend unless desperate. My initial vehicle was stolen and affecting my credit. I needed a vehicle to go back and forth to work and school I went to the collinsville location and paid $2500 down and within 2 weeks my vehicle starting running hot on me. It was covered by warranty but when I brought it in they kept it for a month stating the parts were not in. They expected me to continue to make a $600 a month payment without offering a loaner vehicle or a definite date on how long it would take to fix my vehicle. Therefore I had to pay for rentals and pay others for rides. I got my vehicle back a month later and it had an overwhelming smell of gas within the 6 months I had the vehicle I had to take it back 6 times for the gas smell which was never fixed. Jane was wonderful with working with me and my payments due to me having to bring the vehicle in so much for the exact same issue that was not getting fixed. However Robert who is her manager was extremely rude, very unprofessional, a liar, and definitely thought he could take advantage of me because I threaten to take legal matters considering the fact I had the vehicle for 2 weeks and afterwards they had it for a month giving me the run around. I decided to stop dealing with the headache and promises they were making and voluntarily gave the vehicle back. Just a heads up if you see a silver and black Camaro there be sure to test drive it and make sure the gas problem has been fixed. Bc that was a life threatening hazard that they did not take serious they only care about the money. I would highly recommend Kennedi across the street if your credit is not that great the payments you make bi-weekly at insta credit you would pay once a month at Kennedi the service is better and the vehicle quality is better!

I have been a customer with Instacredit for 3 years now. Never had any problems because I never had to directly talk to management for any reason. One of the Account Managers Jane and her superior supervisor Robert are very rude, and disrespectful. They like to get aggressive when calling out their problems. Bruce is a horrible accountant manager who does not know how to answer his phone line. Everyone else in the building I have no problem with. These 3 people should not be in customer service .

Was approved late on Friday came in Saturday did all paperwork and found the car in the price range they gave us, I can't express enough how quick and easy everything went as it was busy. Devon was hoppin from 2 other customers besides us, and gave us nothing but over and above excellent satisfaction. He really deserves a lot of credit. Thankyou for the wonderful experience. Will continue to do business with this company.

Went filled out most of the paperwork, paid money and was told they didn t have title to the car. Went back for a different vehicle. I ve had it for less than a month and already having issues. The vehicle is EXTREMELY overpriced for its value. No longer want the vehicle after 2-3 weeks.UPDATE: I almost lost my life today due to underlying issues with this car! I ve put more money into fixing it than actually driving. Also something is wrong with their payment systems. They wanna blow up your phone to fix their mistakes involving money but don t answer when you return the calls to fix on the car.

Bruce is a horrible account manager. He always has an attitude, and doesn t help. I will be up there Monday morning to speak with a manager that is actually knowledgeable. It s a shame that I even have to do this in order for my payments to come out when they are supposed to.

This place is really cool I took my mom to get a car and the experience was great the salesman Chad was a great help and he was pretty fast any questions we asked he answered with no problem and seemed well informed he took really good care of my mom and he got her in a car the same day in little time I've never went to a car lot and got out with or without a car so fast overall this is a great location the staff is really nice an it was cool seeing the dogs from the commercial if you need a car I'd recommend
