Worst management. Poor customer service. Here is my experience. I had broken carrier u bearing of drive shaft. Part cost 250$. They estimated whole of drive shaft replacement for 4000$ . mechanics were polite but customer service desk had poor behavior. Wastage of time . Avoid this place

Contacted them about an SCR recall on my motor home and was asked to bring it in to determine what parts would be needed. Parts were ordered and received well in advance of the estimated time and repairs were completed very quicklyThe seats and floor was protected from dirt.The staff is very friendly and professional.Although this isn't a ( RV ) repair shop, they are a Cummins dealer and took care of the issue.I compliment them on a job well done

Great Service for our 2018 Freightliner refrigerator truck.No appt. necessary, 1st cime 1st servedThey repair, test, and report service needed before starting so you know the cost before they begin.I highly recommend these guys & gals.

I called this place I'm advance. Told me to bring my reefer in and they could work on it that day since I didn't have a big issue. Just a coolant leak that was getting worse. Got there at 12pm. Checked in. Took in reefer trailer about 1.5 hours later and I was out by 3:45pm. Super fast. Most places you can't get a spot a couple days out but this place managed to squeeze me in. Friendly staff. In and out. Will come back again for future reefer services. A+

Not a reliable shop. Poor management. They lie a lot. Their work it s good but be ready to deal with a lot of people who will tell you different stories about your repairs. They will tell you that they work on your equipment but they are not.Once again, poor management.

If I can give you(-10), even don t think coming here lazy stuff worst place for delivery , 5 pallets unloaded them for more than two hours. Typical of Volvo Dealer, Junk Trucks, Horrible Dealers across the country!

I am a big believer in leaving quality reviews for places that stand by their work.I am an owner op, I generally try to do the majority of the work on my own, with larger components it is sometimes easier to let a trusted brand to do the work for me.I took my truck here for some parts to be replaced, they did a pretty good job, turn around was pretty reasonable and their staff was on point. Seems like they have heard, or seen a thing or two.After having the work performed on the truck, a few weeks later, one of the parts was found defective. The dealership stood by their word and addressed this issue for me.I am a very reasonable person, stuff happens sometimes out of our control. The staff had no issues getting to me and making me a priority.I wanted to thank Phil, Ryan, and Howard for their promptness and professionalism. I also want to thank Doug (mechanic) for going the extra mile.Happy that my issue was resolved. We will be in touch

Seems to take twice as long to complete repairs compared to other repair shops. Clean place and has a driver lounge. Some staff are very nice and some are very rude. They seem very unorganized and seem to give up on your repair and push it to the next day the moment you aren't looking. I advise everyone to stay on them if you want a timely-ish repair.

I would give negative stars if I couldMy driver stops in for a repair on the reefer and they say it needs evaporator. Don t have it in stock , nothing they can do but recharge the Freon and go. Said it was a small leak should last few days till we get back to Chicago.Next night we stop in again to look again ant they refused. Reefer was to be -10 at this point was positive 30. They still refused to look at it.Give us every legal excuse and refused to look at it since they know exactly what was wrong with itWe go to there other location in Justice IL and magically the reefer was repaired there. It did not need an evaporator it only needed a repair on a pipe. At this point we lost the load and had a claim.Not only did the corporate office miss lead info and did not have proper skilled tech on the job they are giving false info.I asked what do I do with the load I just lost all they said Is that s why you pay insurance they should cover itThey need to train there service guys betterAll this could of been avoidedStill waiting for manager to call me back but we all know that won t happen

This is by far one if the worst carriers . Don't get miss-leaded that they are working on regular hours until midnight . If you go on afterhours call at another place will be way cheaper and faster than here . They are charging us 750$ for Battery (94$ their price ) and alternator belt . Again not actual alternator but just the belt .

Good deal all the way around (I didn't pay the bill). Customer service was quick, friendly, and good. The tech took time to explain repairs as well. @@@@ my company paid for the repair so I couldn't comment on cost, I can say that the place is a class act! Really nice facility, free washer and dryer!! Nice lounge, shuttle service to and from my hotel. Really great folks that did a really great job!!!

Very friendly and helpful. When I walked in the lady at the service desk greeted me and asked how she could help. I told her what needed fixed and looked at and she wrote it all down. They was very informative and professional. Although they was back up and it was a Friday afternoon they got my truck in on Tuesday morning which I figured as busy as they was it would be later in the week. They had it done on Tuesday and got me back rolling. Thanks guys !

Had the truck towed and repaired by Gateway.Excellent 24 hours service, very professional, knowledgeable and attentive personnel.Billy was great! Took my call on the middle of the night and stayed on top of the repair end to end while keeping me abreast. Very uncommon issue was resolved swiftly and reasonably priced. Thanks again

Would not recommend. Prepare to be overcharged. They love to milk warranty work & never seem to find the cause of issue the first time around when it's on your dime.

i feel service writers try to do their best, they get me in and out no problem howard mindy karen they do their best explaining issues and work with us. wish they would get better on calling us back when truck is complete 7 years dealing with them i can count on one hand how many times they called to update me on truck or called to let me know truck is done. But there some of them the other writers that need to work on cummunicatins with costumers they just plain rude and dont care and dont know what they talking about. after all we the customers are the ones making their pay checks, but if there were another volvo within 50 miles radius im sure they would change, there is no competition. but not sure if mechanics are slacking or what. maybe if they put them on flat rate they might speed up. if they already on flat rate then service writers need to get on them. we are loosing lot of money by our trucks sitting there at their shop. just because mechanic is milking the clock.but i dont like the fact that they charge radicicols amounts for shop supplies and technology fees. that just stuff there is theft. $75 for technology fee, are we paying for their phone services internet, that all part of business expense not customer expense.and then they change two simple sensors bill is $2000 shop fee $90 there is no way mechanic used $90 worth of shop towels and break clean.

Awesome customer service! We were stranded 4 states away and they all worked all day and night very quickly and efficiently to help us move our driver the same day! Even helped with towing information! Techs were very patient with our drivers who tend to be very demanding for info every few minutes.

This shop is great. They were very kind, understanding & they figured out what the problem was fast. We needed a new transmission & a head light fixed. They did a great job, for a great price. Mike & Judy. THANK YOU. Keep doing great work.

Driver went in to PU wiper motor and asked the service person how long to replace. He told driver no more than an hour. The service advisor wrote check and advise on issue when driver clearly said just replace motor. Instead they wanted $1500 to replace motor and said that the transmission to wipers is bad. Spent 30 min on the phone with Phil trying to resolve issue because i denied the work so they wanted to charge $250+ for diagnostics when diagnostics were not needed. Finally they agreed to replace just the motor and wipers are working just fine. This shop seems to only want to replace parts to make money. NOT TRUSTWORTHY

This place sucks and Matt the reefer salesperson won't stand behind their product. We have bought 5 reefer units from them never again. They charge you even though the unit is under warranty only 7 months old. Buyer beware stay away!!!

I want to say thank you to the staff. They helped me out with a sensor on my Volvo I had to call after service Dustin k help me out a lot. and the rest of the staff was great the ladies behind the counter are funny and pleasant to speak with and the mechanics are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great Volvo dealership! The folks over in the sales department are good helpful and friendly people. The garage is also great. I had a break down and they were covered up with trucks, but they worked me in and got me took care of so I didn't lose my load. They work with you and do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend Gateway.

If you have issues with the truck I highly recommend you come to this.had a check engine light on and been to about 7 different shops all of them said that they had fixed it they did not finally come here three guys put their heads together and dug deep with their computer systems to figure out what the issue was and got it fixed highly recommended. I went to Volvo in Little Rock highly suggest to avoid at all costs they said they replaced apart only to find out they did not replace that part none of those guys want to work on your vehicle avoid avoid!

Went in to have axillary bunk heater igniter repalce. My service and repair company was authorized to 500 for repairs the shop knew this. They replaced the part and increased the part price more that 100 above the cost for kit and recharged more than 6 hours for a max 3 hour job. Called service manager explained problem said he would call back that was 3 weeks ago and no call. I'm withholding payment until bill is corrected

Wasn't a great experience. Have a Volvo truck, stayed all day (7 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.) and they didn't do half the things I needed. The sanitation lady there is also rude as hell. If she don't want to do her job and act as though she's running things then she need to quit.

Worst experience in service and parts. Called this place to make sure they had parts needed for my repair was told they had all and truck would be done next end of day. Called around late afternoon next day just to tell me they don t have all the parts.
