Was having problems passing the emissions test. Had several repairs done to it with no success. Took it to Buzz's, they found the problem immediately, did the repair, and my vehicle passed emissions. Very grateful. Highly recommend them.

Great service. They have helped me out at the last minute before vacation with my A/C the other place down the road by O'Reilly's messed it up and wouldn't fix the problem they made.

They said I needed a master cylinder put it in 4 days later they said that's not the problem charged 500problem not resolved. 2010 Cadillac SRX

I've been taking my old Jeep Cherokee to Buzz's for years and they always take care of me. They fix what needs to be fixed and never pressure me into anything unnecessary. Great work and honest people.

Great local car repair. We always take out vehicles here. The staff is really helpful. They even offer advice when we tackle repairs ourselves.

They helped keep my old camry I got from Gordon alive, not sure how much longer its got but this place will be her final destination now he's semi retired. Sounds and feels so much nicer. Even showed me the giant part they replaced. Tried Buzz's for the first time this week for a mechanical issue. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. They were knowledgeable and professional. The price quoted was reasonable and accurate, work done in a timely manner. Very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

I absolutely love Buzz's! Not only do they have amazingly fast service they are extremely friendly too. I always feel like I'm more then a customer. They are also very knowledgeable and explain the problem with your vehicle in a way that you understand it.

Called around for a timing belt and water pump replacement and Buzz s was the only place that would do the install with the kit I ordered online. They offered a quote over the phone and stuck to the price once the work was completed. They also checked out the kit with me before hand to ensure everything was there and showed me the worn out parts after the install was complete.Fair prices and nice crew. Honestly feel they are trustworthy here which is rare in the automotive repair community. Thanks guys!

My car broke down, I has it towed to Buzz's. He got it fixed very quickly and at a fair price, too!! Scott is an amazing mechanic and a wonderful and polite person! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!!

I've been going to Buzz's automotive for 30 plus years. The guys there always take good care of me and my families vehicles. Their the best and wouldn't dream of using anyone else for my vehicles.

Very polite. I had to wait, because I wasn't able to just find someone to take me home and bring me back. What impressed me is there was no cursing, there may have been back in the garage, but I didn't hear it. I believe that people don't think about cursing; they feel as if, unless they were specifically "cursing you out", whatever, just put up with it. I will highly recommend you. Thank you.

The thing I like the most is that they're N honest shop. They tell you what's wrong, what needs fixed, and what can wait. They don't upsell anything unless it's something you really need, and I really appreciate that. Good shop, honest people, and reasonable shop rates.

Had a small issue with my car and called them, and even though they were booked the gentleman Jeff took the time to help me and my family out and I am so very thankful. Thank you again!! And if I am in or near this town and have an issue I will definitely go there for sure!

I was passing through Collinsville when I realized I had a flat tire. Buzz was able to take a look at it immediate and patched it so I could get home. He insisted that I not pay, which was very generous. I look forward to doing more business with Buzz's in the future!

Having taken my car and truck to other places in and around Collinsville, I m glad that a friend suggested that I try Buzz s Automotive. Scheduling work done is hassle-free and the shop rates charged are reasonable as well. The construction being done on Vandalia Street made it a little challenging to get to, but it was worth the minor inconvenience. Try Buzz s Automotive and compare them to where you now take your vehicles.
