Jim of Automotive Resource Management is a godsent. When I came to Jim with my car, I was fearful that as a single female, I would be taken advantage of and price gouged by a mechanic. However, my experience with Jim has been the exact opposite. He was open, honest, and kept great communication with me about my vehicle. He made suggestions and was full of integrity. His customer service was superb, and I can tell that he is a stand up man. He has singlehandedly turned my financial nightmare into the repair of my dreams. I am so grateful that I have met Jim and his staff at the shop, and I wholeheartedly recommend his shop.

I have nothing but praise for Jim and Sonny. Best in the St Louis area. They have been my #1 go to guys for several years and have kept my ole gray mare (1998 Seville) running like new. Way to go guys.

Good old fashioned superior customer service! Had my truck shipped from overseas, and it arrived at the processing center with a mechanical problem. I had driven up from Tennessee to pick up my truck and needed it repaired that day. This guy called the tow truck for me, gave my vehicle top priority, and got me back on the road in less than 3 hours. He was knowledgeable, explained every detail, and was able to repair my truck right away. It is hard to find someone who cares about his customers, so lucky to have found this place! Thank you for the outstanding customer service, the great conversations, and the repairs on my truck. Posting for my husband.

This may have been the first time I used a Auto Mechanic shop without feeling like I was taken advantage of. Prices are right, shop is clean, and staff was friendly. Anyone in this shop will do you right. Definitely recommend.

Great group of guys. As a military man I was in town picking up my car that was shipped from overseas and my check engine light came on. They brought me right in and got everything worked out so that I was safe for my drive back to my base in Nebraska.
