There online auctions photos are deceptive. I purchased a piece of farm equipment that showed good tires, aired up. When I got there on pickup the 2 outside dual were flat, 2 inside were completely shredded. I had to spend $600 for a local tire company to come put tires/ tubes on it before I could move it. When I confronted them about the misleading photos on Hibid they barked that I should have come seen it in person. You can clearly see the tires in the photo were in decent condition. There was not 1 word of the other 2 tires being ruined in the description. There is not a single camera made today that is as low resolution as the photos they post on their auctions. Do they intentional upload low resolution so you can't see an item? IF this is the kind of stunts they pull with their online auctions, maybe they don't need to be hosting them!!

If I could give Martin Auction Services zero stars, I would. Between this company and the shipper of their choice, neither took responsibility for items that arrived damaged. In place of a simple apology from the auction house, I was instead told of their impeccable professionalism since 1947. Communication between both parties was poor, unless of course they needed your money. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the price that I paid. In a world where integrity doesn't seem to matter much anymore, you can add Martin Auction Services to that ever-growing list.

I've bought several things from Martin Auctions over the past few years. They take good pictures of the items along with good descriptions. You don't feel like you are being cheated like others do. Friendly and helpful staff as well when picking up my items.

This place is always amazing! I love every experience I have purchasing here! The online auctions are always well put together with great descriptions that are very accurate and good pictures of what you're buying! When you come to get your stuff the staff there is always super helpful both in the office and out in the field!

If I could give zero stars I would. In the last year I've had 2 interaction with this facility and both were garbage. The first I bought a piece of equipment on site and tried leaving with it. Realized that the tires were rubbing and it needed to be adjusted had the 1st employee tell me I didn't know what I was talking about as he kept dropping it on the ground. Ask 2nd employee Clayton if you don't believe me. Second experience was today when I purchased some things from the son in laws online auction and they charged a 15% buyers premium. Oh I'm sure it was in the fine print before bidding but its low class that you'd charge that much for a family member to sell things if anything they should absorb that cost. I will never do busy there again and will tell everyone I met not to either.

Have been dealing with this auction house since the early 80's. Have never had a problem, never felt I was being "hustled". Good people.

The Nord family run a great auction service here. All auctions are smooth and the over all process of buying and selling is seamless. Very fair pricing as well. Will be back.

For the most part, they have a fair share of vehicles every time we've been there.It would be nice for them to have a better bathroom situation for women for the fact that we do come to auctions.
