Nick was able to fit in my vehicle for service. The careful inspection revealed a need to replace two filters. They were able to get my battery replacement and other work completed and my car returned the same day. Great work My Mechanic team!

1st time customer at the Clarendon Hills location. Serviced for check engine light. They provided a detailed report of their service with recommendations. Nick and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this auto repair shop and I plan on utilizing them for future car maintenance.

I recently used My Mechanic for the first time. I can't say enough good things about them. They did a great job on my car, explained everything very thoroughly, did not try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary service, finished the work quickly, and was very accommodating when I had a scheduling mix up. Mike and Nick are great guys and honest mechanics. They took care of some serious work needed on my older Honda model. My husband and I have taken both of our cars here ( Clarendon Hills location) for service several times and have always had great experiences. They are polite, professional, honest, convenient and reasonably priced. Mike even checked all my tires recently before i left on a driving trip and put air in them for no charge while i waited. Just very nice people to work with. Very professional and very friendly services are provided here !Located in the middle of the neighborhood and next to the train station for a convenient conveyance !One will be greeted friendly and will get the feeling like your car is taken care by your own family care taker. Of course, it's a family owned and the same family run service center. You will be surprised by being greeted with your name when you visit next time.Even more, the owner is a qualified engineer and a certified automotive specialist.Amazingly attractive prices amidst big name car dealers in and around the local area.No sales pitch and no scary marketing. Truthful proposals and trustful services.

Had to replace axle shaft since tone ring was broken and was making my ABS system go wacky. Service was easily explained and I was able to schedule my repair in my own timeframe. My car even feels like it drives better! I would go back if I needed more work done in the future.

Stopped in for an oil change and general inspection after recently moving to the area. Service was quick, pricing was transparent and the staff were kind. What I was most impressed by was that when my inspection report was given to me, I didn't feel pressured or like anyone was trying to manipulate me into spending more money--just an honest evaluation and an offer to fix what needs to be fixed IF I wanted to do so. This was an exceedingly refreshing experience compared to what I've dealt with at other auto shops. I'll certainly be going back when it's time to do some more intensive repairs on my 2009 Subaru.Thanks for the great service!Service: Oil change

It was really great to be able to book ahead of time online - I was able to drop off and then got a call with diagnostics (full report!) very quickly! Nick was very responsive and the assessment was fair/reasonable. They were able to fix my brakes in the same day.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I have been taking my cars to My Mechanic since they opened. It is a local family-owned business. The owner's son Nick runs the garage and Mike the owner has another shop in Elmhurst. Both are very professional and friendly. Every drop off includes a thorough inspection and associated email/text with link to the recommended work that is either regularly scheduled, recommended or critical in nature. My son's car had a bad leak on the driveway, and he was headed to school the next day. It was leaking in a couple places and Nick had the work done in a day ready for my son to head back to school. I drove over a pile of snow at the end of my driveway and it peeled back the plastic shield on the bottom of my car. The guys welcomed me in and took care of me right away. Nick even offered a check-up to be sure everything else was fine (it was... he didn't try to upsell me on anything, thankfully!), and then I saw the wiper blades and asked if they could change out mine. Nick and the team do a great job taking care of our family's cars. I love the digital report cards with each visit - easy to go back and look at previous visits. I used My Mechanic in Clarendon Hills for the first time. It was so easy to book online, receive appointment notification, and appointment reminders. I only had an oil change but because it was awhile since my car had been serviced during the pandemic, they also did a complete vehicle inspection.. The work was quickly completed and I was texted when it was ready. I definitely recommend this business; customer focused and great service!Service: Oil change

My car was stalled with a battery issue. I called MyMechanic as they were nearby. They sent someone to jump my car, and I followed them to the shop where they inspected the battery (it was bad) and installed a new one. All of this done in less than an hour of when I called. No charge for the jump. Staff was super friendly. They did a great job.Service: Battery

It is great to see that garage location running again. I pulled up with a cracked radiator and was able to get it into My Mechanic right away. Mike was professional and courteous. I called around a few places just to get a price baseline, and they are very fair. They sent me an extensive overview of potential problems for free.
