I found out about this mechanic gem accidentally when my car stopped running around this neighborhood. I checked with other mechanic shops but from all of them only here they were genuinely trynna help. Xavier is really great with customer service, very friendly right from the point I entered the shop. Mr Frank is an expert of a car mechanics, works fast, meets all the deadlines, goes beyond to help out his customers. They also know people if u need to make a new key, tow the car for a reasonable price.I deal with different types of people and have been in a lot of mechanic shops but these guys give you a real price, which is why they have so many loyal customers, including me now.Thank guys

If u need trusted quality work not cheap work this is definitely the place. I myself wouldn't let any other shop touch my lexus . Great staff ask for Meza. He has helped me with my vehicle since day 1 & have never turned back since.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks at United States Mechanics. Took my 2005 Scion xb there for new front and back bumpers and, wow, they nailed it!First off, the crew was super chill and friendly. They know their stuff but don t overwhelm you with too much tech talk. It was like dropping my car off with a buddy who just happens to be a bumper wizard.They got the job done fast, and I m talking quality work here. Everything lined up perfectly and my Scion looks fresh out of the showroom. And their prices? Totally reasonable. No surprises or hidden costs.Honestly, I couldn t be happier. If you need work done on your ride, hit up United States Mechanics. They re legit and make the whole process a breeze. Totally worth it!

Being a woman, it can be hard to find a trusting mechanic. But with Frank and Xavier I trust my car is in good hands. I got my engine replaced here and they got me a good warranty which I definitely appreciate and they were extremely communicative which put my mind at ease. While this place is a bit far from me I rather go here than have to worry I am getting ripped off.

Frank is amazing!! Had a great experience working with him! Thorough, professional, and really knows what he is doing. He was a second opinion on an AC issue (i should have gone to him first!) and he was the one that found the actual issue and repaired it quickly. He has continued working on my car and has always provided amazing service. Will continue to refer and use United States Mechanics Inc for any car repairs/service!!Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I stopped into this location when my car was suddenly running lousy, and met Frank, who manages the shop. He made himself readily available to look at my car, diagnosing the problem ( dirty wheel sensor that put on abs and brake lights, and bad plug wires) and quickly rectified the problems as well as pricing the repairs EXTREMELY reasonable. I have subsequently went back several times, and have referred numerous friends, and each and every one had the same good experience. I find Big Al (mechanic) and Omar (mechanic) to be extremely competent at what they do, and all the staff to be courteous and informative.I highly recommend Frank and his team for any and all of your car repair needs!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

Been taking my car to this shop and dealing with this staff for years. They are always very friendly and cool. Knowledgeable about what they do and the prices are reasonable!! Compared to other shops, these guys will be up front about the work that's needed but do not pressure any of thier suggestions or any unnecessary work like other places. Highly recommend these guys!!

Have been my go to mechanic, they have been working on my 2006 bmw since the day the water pump burst. they knew exactly how to fix it and the prices dont make you break the bank. Especially since Bmw parts are expensive. Frank and Alex are great guys and make u feel welcomed. Highly recommend them.

I ve been a loyal customer of U.S. Mechanics in chicago since it opened in 2016 and now the new location in Cicero. Very knowledgeable and professional customer service. They re known for their 100% emissions pass rate.

Worst service ever! They overcharge you for everything & charge you to see what s wrong with it, I came in with an engine light on & the man there said it could be the coolant sensor that should be replaced so I let him replace it & the next day it came back on, don t waste your time or money here!
