Solid service. They were very detailed and explained their process and reasons for doing what they did. Great customer service and follow up when I needed to bring the car back for a follow up. Really good team.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. You bring the car for one thing and once you pick your car up it s a million other things wrong. I got a transmission put in, Mario messes something up which caused me to have to get another transmission && once I payed for another trans and picked my car up they scraped a huge amount and f paint off my truck ! Mario is lien saying it s sun burned and when I called to make a complaint he mocked me over the phone. I will be calling around to get this place investigated because there s no way I m paying extra money every time I spend money with this riggidy shop.

WORSTTTTT CAR PLACE EVER !!! Don t waste your time !! I put a brand new transmission in and 3 months later it needed to go back because the SHOP forgot to put some type of sensor on it which caused the transmission and radiator to go bad! They re not willing to fix the issue on THEIR expense && proceeds to tell me they ll put the transmission in for $1500 when it s supposed to be $1900 SUPPOSEDLY but I guess they forgot I paid $1500 for labor last time. This place is a rip off. I would never do service here again

I went to this place because I was referred to them and this place is horrible. I took my car to them and was told my transfer case module needs to be replaced and said they have to order the part from Ford and Mario told me 3 days that he would get it so I waited 3 weeks and he told me The part was on back order and I called Ford and they told me that part is not on back order so i took my car to Ford and they are telling me it is the compress that is the problem. They said who told you it that was the problem because they don't know what they are doing I told them it was Trans o mex.DONT EVER GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!!!!!

Roger was extremely helpful from the start. Even the lady at the front was very nice. It's hard for me to take my car to a new shop because finding trustworthy ppl is kind of hard. He answered all my questions, and fixed the several things that was wrong with my car. The turnaround time was exact and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend the shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Very professional! Great communication! Same day service for headlight socket replacement. I was originally suppose to go to CARMAX but there was a month delay so this play was on their list as a secondary option. Glad I came!

You'll only be losing money if you come here, came in to replace my bands, should've been an easy fix especially since I bought everything myself brand new. First I find out they put on old bands not the ones I just bought and to top it all off they messed up my transmission. Regret ever coming here.

Love this place and I trust them with ANYTHING involving transmissions. I got a rebuild done here back in 2016 and they did a great job and have been my go to shop since. I recently got a flush on my trans and they were quick and very professional the whole way.

My family and I have been coming to this shop for years. They do great service at a reasonable price. No stars!I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. Nor would I take any of my vehicles there every again. The alternator was replaced. After the alternator was replaced and after a long wait we were informed that there was a bad signal from the computer. We took a full functioning computer from another business and was supposed to have it replaced here. We would not buy a non functioning computer nor would the business we bought it from sell it if it did not function!They had my husband s car for over 2 weeks. They would call him and promise a time of when they would complete the repair of our CRV but this promise was never kept. They would not call back with a follow up. And he would up calling demanding an explanation. We should not have to call if we were promised a call back time!! Mario never sounded convincing , would talk in circles, when he would explain what was wrong with our vehicle. Too much back and forth. Not reliable at all!! We were over charged and ended up having our previous computer reinstalled and took our vehicle home! What a shame a local business cannot be reliable to its fellow neighbors!When we picked up vehicle it was dirty and not assembled properly. The lever used to open the hood was broken! Danny and front desk are very respectful, friendly and honest. The price is very reasonable. My car transmission is working excellent after they did a service on it. Very good Job Danny and team. I'll come back for more services. Definitely, I recommended this place.

I have been taking my cars with them for years, always great service. Every repair has been satisfactory, and consider that they are honest in regards to the price, and to the urgency of the needed repairs, so in cases in which I cannot get everything done at the same time, they will always let me know what repairs are urgent and which ones could wait. They also fixed the transmission of my SUV over 3 years ago, and still going strong!!!

I bought a car with a warranty on a transmission from them. I waited over a month for then to supposedly put a new unit in my car which I'm guessing they meant another one and this one works, but it still has problems when you shift from park. I had my tires balanced immediately, but within a week or two of driving it found that bolts and retaining clips were missing from the CV axle into to transmission, they put some foreign bolt, nut and multiple washers in my control arm. My CV axle and boot were separated and only the cup was connected to the trans so the axle was just floating in the cup. I was missing bolts also, but even with friendly staff; I'll never take a car there again and I bought a manual transmission that I'm having installed by people who'll let me see the progress they make while installing to assure me that I'm getting a job well done for mine and my families safety!

Got a drain and refill on my transmission here. Front desk person was really helpful, he was able to help them get me quickling in and out. Price was very reasonable for the service and as well. I'll probably be coming here to do my drain and refills here because of the price and good service.

They did a very detailed inspection. Both guys i talked to, Roger and Danny really care about the customer. They are professional and really know their craft. Took the time to really explain and gave me all the options possible. not just the most expensive. Definitely going back.

I got my transcase fixed here to. It took a while but I trust their work and I have 2001 Ford Expedition so those trans case is not easy to find in a descent condition. I take all my vehicles here.Must read!!! If you want positive results try being positive with your concerns it will make your life better. I thought my truck was having a transmission problem it had a slow drag n Kickback. I went to many mechanics and none of them did my truck right. Oh God sent me to this place and it was $1700 worth of work on my 2001 Ford Expedition. They changed the intake and a few fuel components. Mario and my mechanic gave great customer service. Brought this engine back to life and now my truck take off on point. No more jerking or hesitation and I keep my foot on the gas lol. I passed my emissions test and don t have to see them til next oct 2022 yup. Thank brother for your excellent work and expertise.

This place is the worst. Don t go here! My engine light was on & they told me I needed a new trans & they d rebuild it. I told em no, but they reset my light anyway for $95. They said they checked other things which I can t remeber. I was ripped off! Oh & they smile in your face while ripping you off. This was 2yrs ago & my car still runs great!!!

I took my car to get its transmission fixed and for one it didn't get fixed, but the worst thing they used my car to run their errands and a few weeks later I got a speeding ticket from when the car was intheir care. They never actually ended up paying for the ticket and I had to go elsewhere to get my transmission fixed. I do not recommend. This was the worst $2000 I've ever spent.

Look i had a bad transmission on my ford transit and after having 2 different people look at it they said the same bad transmission so they gave me a exelente price and time they had it for 4 days and got it up and running love the service and price it was a reasonable price I'm not saying it was cheap but it was reasonable thank you Trans-o-mex for fixing my car

It took them 5 days and 95 dollars for a check engine light! Just another shop looking for extra money, it's sad when ur own race wants to fudge you over.

Worst place to go to if u have a short on your vehicle and check engine light they charged me $600.00 dollars to fix my check engine and to fix the short. They give me my truck and fixed the the check engine light temporarily I take the to them 3 times because the short keeps going off and at the end they tell me i have to take to the dealership! At my own cost a month later my check engine light came back on worst place to take your vehicle these guys aren't professionals they are clowns do not take your vehicle to a circus.

I love the help i got from them. I am definitely going to keep them as my mechanics and they were all very nice polite and trust worthy people. I highly recommend thise place.
