Ben and his team at Take 5 were awesome and informative! Super helpful and recommend 100%!! Informed us about the LLC small business program they offered and took their time to show us what they did to my truck and what they would recommend. Explained and educated us on what we had under our hood, and took the time to educate us with what could be done. Thank you to Ben and his entire team at Take 5!

Fast, detailed and well kept. Made sure to explain everything the car needed and also changed my air filters, did my tires and my windshield. Well organize and everyone was welcoming and kind. Recommend these guys! 10/10!.

I love the welcoming of all of the employees. Friendly staff, big smiles(: I like how they offer options and what best for your vehicle. Communication is awesome. Joel even informed me that he didn't have any more some type of filter for my vehicle, which he removed from my bill before i was charged. When he gave me my receipt he also explained what I was charged and what was removed. Also, he informing me about my next visit for my oil change. Thanks to everyone for the amazing service.I highly recommend this place. Awesome staff. I'll will see y'all on April for my next oil change.

Very great and fast service love the way we were greeted and how they were even straight forward with prices and what we needed done. I believe each individual here did their part and gave very friendly service they each were working as a team to get the vehicles done in a timely manner and even gave us the moment to look at the clean oil they put in the car for us. They are amazing I fully recommend them. We were in and out and they even wiped are front window for us nice and clean. Thank you take 5 team workers and manager.

100% recommend y'all come and get an oil change here! They are all very kind, attentive, and informative. They will not upsell you or make you feel pressured to buy anything.So happy I came here and I will be returning!Thank you, Ben, Ramon, and Damian! Y all are great!

My experience was pleasant I got in quick and out fast.my only complaint is no one asked me for my email address and when I brought it to the managers attention he said oh well that's something the service technicians should have asked you for. and I then asked him was my email address already in the system through my license plate or my VIN number?he didn't answer he said don't worry about it I'll make sure I get your email address before you leave but he never got my email address he just finished up the last little details of my visit and proceeded to exit me out of the stall.(so he lied to me)and I thought about it and I said he never did get my email address. but then I look up here comes the email survey today.When customers have a question concerning their email address and how a survey may come through, managers of this establishment or the employees of this business who are knowledgeable of how this process works need to let the customers know that their email is automatically in the system through either their license plate or their VIN number. because no one asked me for my email address but I look up this morning and here's the survey. that's kind of creepy to me, and technology is just really taking over and it's invading people's privacy as well as their ability to be abreast of what's going on in as well as their ability to control what email and information they may want to give out as a customer.the system we live in now makes me feel as though I'm being spied on that is my only complaint. Please inform the customers how information is gathered and from what source so that people are not taking advantage of or preyed up on by a Ever Changing world.

I went there today and I could say they help me out alot the whole staff themselves are wonderful . I will be back again for an oil change. They recommend me which one they think was best for me and it was for a reasonable price. I really appreciate it

I'm giving this five stars because Miguel was very nice and pleasant. And Fernando was great too! Very good customer service and that's rare these days! Miguel...don't forget if something falls off I know it was you!! I'm kidding. But seriously It was different for me sitting in the car while getting my oil change but it was nice! I was cold though.

Great service. Made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Ben and his team made sure I was aware of what was going on as well as keeping a conversation going. It's great to be in and out of a place with friendly customer service. Makes you want to come back and not dread taking your car in once in a while.

The manager Ben and Junior were so helpful with my Smart Car.They were short staffed and worked fast to get to me. They were very upfront with me about the parts for my car might not be in house and they worked thoroughly to make sure they had the right parts for my Smart car.The manager Ben went above and beyond not just for me but to ensure that the Take 5 at the Cicero location can service a Smart car on the day I was there and in the future.

I went on Feb 24th and had my oil changed and though I was there a little longer than I anticipated, I had great service and the gentlemen working there which was the manager on duty, I can t recall his name, Joel and Ramon, all did an awesome job. Made the experience pleasurable. Will definitely be back! Keep up the awesome work guys! See you all soon from the Nurse who knows about cars! lol

The gentlemen in this establishment were all very polite, kind and patient with me while servicing my beat up car. The took time out to explain what was needed, showed me the oil stick before and after the oil change, they were not pushy when I declined the upsells and I love that they offer a bottle of chilled water to you upon arrival. I will definitely be back.

A trusted auto shop for an oil change. They are very informative and let you know exactly what s going on with your car. Ask for Ramon or any of the team members. They are very helpful and friendly.

The wait was a little bit long it we were offered water as we waited . And the service was exceptional. The service was thorough everything done was explained beforehand and the fact that I can come back and get a top off of oil and coolant if I run low is a good deal

Ben, manager, was very respectful and came out to greet everyone waiting in line and offered bottle water while we waited. The best part is before your next oil change if you are low on oil they fill you up to 2 quarts at no additional charge. Thanks Ben. I will be back.

Horrible customer service that a water bottle can t fix. Miguel needs some tips on customer service, proper verbiage to use with customers, & how to properly approach certain situations when he s having a bad day or under pressure. I will not be recommending this location to anyone nor returning for services myself.

Id like to give a shoutout to an employee there by the name of Miguel I believe who helped me find the best oil for my car, he took his time to describe each one and their effectiveness. Was able to give me a small discount which is greatly appreciated as a returning customer. I had previously brought in my Kia Soul and I liked how easy the process was and I was allowed to remain in my vehicle(: I don t like getting out so that helped. And I was told by the employee he was also new so I felt like the atmosphere was completely safe and comfortable for my 4th time coming here. Which is why I keep on returning as they always find answers to my questions. Definitely would say is worth the time and $ as you won t be disappointed, I d give my service today a 10/10 and know they will help more customers and their vehicles run smoothly(:I did Oil Change & changed my vent filter

Ben was very helpful, honest, attentive, and polite. I won t be going to any other location but this one because of the service I received. Hands down the best oil change I received from Ben and his team. They didn t try to push me into purchasing anything extra however told me the importance of the things they were offering.

Take 5 Oil Change recently opened up in my Area wanted to give them a try. And I'm happy I did I love that they open early 7AM Don't know of many places that open that Early. I love their attention to detail besides offering top of services they even make sure to wipe you car down from any grease stains they might have left behind while changing my oil. Both the technician and Manager were very courteous and professional. As of Now I'm gonna make Take 5 Oil Change my go to for Oil Changes.

Bad service. The staff here is not professional to say the least. Pretty ghetto here overall with the staff. These guys don't want to work. Didn't even give me the oil change. After a few minutes of being parked in the bay told me we can't do your oil change, they made up some excuse. I left here and went to a Valvoline instead. Was treated much better and actually received the oil change I was looking for. The staff at this take 5 location made up an excuse of my car having a leak. Was not true and unfounded. As soon as I went to Valvoline they took care of me and found nothing about this leak! So glad I went somewhere else and got a second option. Beware of this take 5 location. Will never go here again and they just OPENED!!

Great customer service and staff. This spot on Cicecero Ave is a newly opened location and the wait time was a bit more than I would have liked as they are , my guess, still ironing out the kinks with new staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and aren t pushy about upselling services or stuff that you don t want or maybe don t need. I m not a car guy so I asked a lot of questions because they told me a few things I never bothered to educate myself about one of which is that I have a separate air filter for the air breather by the passengers in the car. They checked it and it was FILTHY! They didn t even have to sell me on replacing it because the need was pretty clear to me just looking at it.Short of the wait time not being as tight and quick as I d like, I ll definitely go back the next time I need an oil change.

My boyfriend went to get an oil changed, and told me to tried this new place. I m very picky about letting anyone changed my oil. Great Service friendly and polite. I will be back. They most definitely deserve a 5 point stars.

First hats off to the crew. The two gentlemen handled the shop flawlessly while keeping customer service a priority on the coldest day of the year might I add. No extended wait times I was right in and right out. Will definitely return for services

There were only two techs there at the time and vehicles in front of me, so I waited longer than anticipated. However, once it was my turn for service, Roberto and the other tech (red beard) were very polite and accommodating. Thanks!
