Went here to get a new tire. Got the tire and my wheels weren t balanced. Guy told me it wasn t guaranteed with a used tire even though it was a new tire. Tried to make me pay for wheel balancing when it should ve been done when the tire was put on. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I will not return.

This place is a rare and dying breed a mechanic you can trust who offers excellent service quickly. I was broken down on 290 and his tow guys got to me three times faster than AAA or the dealer tow. They have worked on two of our cars and always offer thorough diagnoses without being condescending- and they are honest and reasonable. And quick!! They will talk you through a problem even if you don t use them for your service. I can t recommend them more strongly. Thanks Junior, again!

Very quick and awesome service for best price.My mom got a flat and needed to change her Tire, all the other road assistance wanted $150 or more, they charged me $60 here. Getting there and getting the job done all took about 20 minutes, awesome.

Bought a used tire for $45 plus a $10 tip and just drive the car home and now I have a flat! Haven t even driven the car any where else. So now I Am screwed and O called the shop to ask What I can do. The lady on the phone gave me the whole political speech. That ended in if you want we can fix it. That of course will cost me money. They didn t tell me I didn t have warranty when they took my money! Horrible service. And the lady got mad when I said I prefer to spend my money somewhere else! Rude! I don t even Live in Cicero! I only went back because the first time I had a good experience. I also paid $45 plus a $10 tip! And returned. But after this experience I will go pay $45 + $10tip somewhere else. If you are looking for a Great customer service I highly recommended Juarez Village Tire Shop! The prices are resonable and they are fast and super friendly, and customer friendly!

They redid the front end of my truck. He let me get my own parts. I saved $500 over autozone. I dropped the truck off with the parts it was done exactly when he said it would be. The price was completely fair. I've used them before and wouldn't think of taking my truck anywhere else. Everybody there is polite and professional.

I don't recommend this place simply because they judge a book by the cover if you know what I mean. Its my first time going here and I wanted to buy a okay used tire they brought one out it was okay decent meat for the type of car I have they wanted 60 bucks for it I was skeptical at first but I said okay so as I'm waiting for them to replace the tire I just so happen to glance over and noticed one of the workers pulling a nail out of the used tire so it automatically through a red flag for me so I approached the guy and said this tire has a nail in it and you guys still want to charge me 60 bucks?! Still I offered to give him 40 and before I knew it a old lady in the background spoke to the guy , now I don't know the Spanish language but I know body language and I didn't like what she was saying I guess they thought I'm there with a flat tire what am I going to do I tell you what I did I took the spare tire out of the back of my car grabbed my tools and put it on myself and they still want to charge me $10 for labor after I asked for my money back so I don't recommend anybody going to this place unless you really really really really really really really have to good luck out there.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT OPERATE THERE BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY. I went to SAUCEDOS to replace my flat tire. The tire that was presented was extremely worn already. The price of the tire was $40 which is fairly priced for my size tire with a nice amount of tread in the tire left. I was assured that the tire was good and would have no issues and if I wanted a better tire it would be $60. After 2 days of light driving I come to my car to find the tire I just replaced flat again. I don t have a spare tire so I had to ride the flat back to the shop which was 2 blocks away. Once there I talk to a man that told me he manages the business. I explained that I was there 2 days ago and I tried to tell the tire person that the tire was no good to begin with. He did not try to take any accountability for the tire and said that I should have put a spare on to bring the tire back. I would not do business with SAUCEDOS they do not give quality work and only want your money.

I have been going to this shop for about three years and enjoy the service they give to my car. I drop my car off the same day and get it back the same day unless the part have not came in yet, but overall they stand behind there work no matter what. Fernado and Jr do a great job. Keep up the service guys.

Horrible service, took my truck to get repaired they had the truck for over a month. Since they COULDNT find the part, I went ahead and started looking for it my self. Just to find out that their electrician has poor experience and rude by the way, the part ended up getting fried and had to get an entire new replacement. My truck was always the last in their list to be worked on, parked on the street since they don t even have parking space for the cars their working on. Can go on and on, if it would be possible to give them negative stars I definitely would! Very negative feed back from relatives about their tire shop as well. Horrible place to spend your money on!!

Had an oil change done on my toyota along with a much needed tire. Service was great and pricess are reasonable. The most important reason why I recommend service here is how honest they are. Will definitely be going back!!!

I went to the tire shop after hours when they were literally closed and the nice guys there fix my tire anyway. Also gave me a good tire for a great price. This place is highly recommended.

Excellent driver, I needed to get my car moved to a different location so it can be fixed and the driver was very professional with his service. Very good service place. If you need a tow defenitly ask for Junior.

They take care of you the right way. I took my truck in for a brake line to be fixed and got me back on the road in no time. Haven't had no issues they do the job the right way.

Spent $100 on 2 used tires and one of them was flat by the time i drove home (about 2 miles from shop). No one answered the phone when I called them, so had to call AAA. Bummer...

I love them... The Service is Wonderful!!!! Honest People!!! I haven't had a problem In almost a year after service... If anything go wrong they'll see ME AGAIN!!

They can't give you a price over the phone you have to come to them and that's probably going to make you damage your Tires more then you going to end up have to pay it on I think it's just a ploy to get your money
