My wife installed tires on my vehicle that I own under my name but she's the card hold member. They wouldn't assist me with my vehicle cause I'm not the cardholder. That's bolony. Not upset with the worker.

Quick, efficient, and kind! They saw me the same day I came in (emergency), and also gave snacks to my antsy kids. They communicated great and while it does cost, the cost was reasonable.

Difficulty with helping me find information on my tire. He had patience and more knowledge on batteries. Couldn't get anyone else to help.

Zero starts! Do not come here to have your tires installed. I booked my tires and took a month and 5 days to finally get them done. After being rescheduled +6 times. It was frustrating because I missed all those days of work since they promised they would work on my car. And yet they took our money and gave out fake promises. They claimed they don t have techs.. well hire some and stop booking and taking peoples money until you have good techs to take care of your customers. De nosotros comen! If there s no customer to work , no pay. Please treat your customers right.

When the person in service attends you it is easy and simple. Sometimes you are waiting for someone to come and take care of you for like 45 minutes or more. The service is good. But when it comes to buy new tires make sure you read the regulations for the guarantee.

I called and was told I needed to schedule and appointment to replace all 4 of my tires. I was put on hold so long that my call went back to the main line in Sam's Club. I told her what happened. I asked for the Tire Department again. The phone rung a bunch of times and this time someone picked-up the phone and hung-up. That's bad business!

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ISSUES GUIDANCE TO DEFINE VEHICLE SERVICE AND REPAIR AS ESSENTIAL SERVICE..My vehicle is an essential service and the only reason I bought this membership, I m feeling ripoff during this pandemic for the fact, that I bought tires and now they damaged. I can not replace them because your are not providing the service to my satisfaction thus. How dare you tell it is not essential service and provide more staff to other areas that are not essential, you imbeciles.

Jorge at the tire center was so rude. We just had a simple question to ask him about the tire service and he refused to even listen to us. In the time it took him to be a total jerk to us, we would ve finished asking the one question we had. He was very off-putting and made for an unpleasant experience

They have always been the worst. I'm currently on hold trying to get some info on tires. I'm getting them for my dad and need to know whether I need to be present with my credit card as I have paid for them online or if he can drive the car himself and give them my order number. I've been on the line for over 15 mins on hold, from reading the comments it looks like I'll be here for another 10mins.

Wish I never bought tires at Sam's. It's been a horrible experience since I bought them. Free rotation requires a month ahead appointment, then apparently takes over and hour to move the wheels around. Go to a real tire store instead.

Terrible Service when you go back for warranty service the manager in the tier in battery service is extremly rude. He looks gangster with his tattos, But the worst was his rudeness and his bad manners he expressed for me.

Really bad service at the Sam's club in Cicero ill, Been calling .. But Keep getting put on hold trying to get through to the tire shop.. Once l Finally did get through they were so unprofessional l just refuse to spend my money on a New set of tires.. Guess " THEY" figured that there's a "Pep Boys" a couple of blocks down the streets and they're customers can go there
