I went in looking for something to help me pass my emissions, the manager recommended that I add a Cataclean to help clean my system. Product helped me pass, and saved me a couple of hundred bucks in repairs. The manager cares about the customers and knows his store/products. He was a very polite and really handsome.

POS Store sold me used brake pads!.. who tf does that!??!Are you guys going to reimburse me the service fees I had to pay for only getting half my service done?! I highly doubt it!...So now I have to pay again to have them put on....

I buy most of my parts there the alternator I don't recommend because I brought one in December and the alternator was making my battery light come on and the mechanic said it was something bad inside the alternator so I had to have it replaced I didn't have to pay for the alternator but I had to pay $100 to have it put back in my car wasn't happy about that already paid 100 to have bad alternator installed.

I love just about everyone's customer service. Except one woman. I noticed that she has favorite people that she's really good with. But, once I come in & she tries to help. She's snappy & is very cold with me. I don't get it. I've been a long time customer of O'Reilly. I visit this store for a few things here and there. But, I mostly visit the one on Harlem & Ogden. They always treat me well.

Santiago helped me change out my battery in my truck. He did most of the work since I don t know much about vehicles. If you see this dude, thanks again, you re awesome and keep working towards your goals man.

Went to oreillys earlier today bought some good ol wipers I needed also some rear brakes with pads from purchasing to installing, Abraham helped me a lot with deciding which brakes to get as well as what decent wipers they had since I didn t want to spend that much on wipers he did help me install my wipers since my dummy self didn t know how to put them on (First timer problems) overall store looked great and the staff is very aware of everything going on in store awesome place to shop at

The only thing I went in for that day was an air freshener, which they didn't have a big selection of. But other than that the employees were nice.

Honestly , this auto parts was really helpful , i appreciate Christian for helping me replacing my new battery . on top of that he referred me to a nearby mechanic since my car was giving me other problems , mechanic came by less than 15 mins and took care of it. Appreciate so much for the service. God bless

Bad experience today the customer service behind the counter did not even know what a key ignition switch was I had to tell him what it was he thought it was something from the starter that's ridiculous only reason why I gave it two stars is because they had the part I need it after I explained to him what the part was and where it went. Not to mention I showed him the part that I took off

The worst place ever i will give them a 0 they do very little to assistance. I was in line for about 15 no one infront the guy was on the phone other employees will pass didnt even bother to say can i help you.. So i left never to come back and my family member also agree so the whole family wont be going in

Placed an order on line with these folks went to pick up parts with a credit card after 2 days had a problem with someone trying to use the card had to close the account, unfortunately not a place I would recommend.buyer beware.

Spoke with a young man name Omar. Which informed me to get a tire pressure sensor to function correctly, I need to drive the car for 50 miles or so. This should fix the problem. I am a professional mechanic in my 50's. And I have never heard anything so ridiculous. And I will never go to that Oriley's/Cicero ever again

Went for wipers replaceSince I wasn't sure what sizeWhere. I looked for a measure tape at the tool departmentThen when back to the wipers area. Suddenly an employee startSearching my packets , like I was stealing something and that pissed me off and never going to come back and spend a single penny in this store.
