I engaged Joel s powerbase company to install an upgrade on my Sterio system fora brand new 2024 Chevy Malibu I was given several estimates for various units and ultimately decided on a package for the cost of $1100. I was informed by Joel that the installation would consume approximately four hour period of time and at that sound system would be greatly improved and completed within a four hour period of time. The owner of the shop is short staffed. One employee performed the entire systems upgrade and consume approximately a nine hour period of time before my car was ultimately returned to me, and the Soundsystem quality was generic. I was very disappointed at the ordeal I was forced to endure in order to execute this so-called speaker/amp upgrade. The quality was deplorable and every single person that has driven in my car has indicated that not only is the sound quality poor, but that I was robbed. after my experience with Joe powerbase I wouldn t recommend that anyone do business with this shop

I called and came in same day for a remote starter and it was fast he was informative and vacumed put my car thanks 10/10

4 1/2 stars ...Excellent customer service ..great price...and very clean work...would gave a 5 but it take about 4hrs to complete and no card service str8 cash but other than that gr8 work

They good people, nice to do business with. Bring your pocket book because they're not cheap, but they have great products and service pack your patience bc they're great work takes almost forever but its worth it.

This is the spot to hook up your sounds the right way. The wiring is clean professional and top notch. Good selection of subs and amps. These guys know what their doing.

I just got my sound system installed by Joel and honestly Joel is the most honest person I ve met in the sound system business and when it comes to prices he talks nothing but the truth he is not the type of person that would want to over price you and he is very professional he knows his stuff in my experience I really recommend this place Joel is very honest and that says a lot about a business.. maybe that s why his business is always busy .

Called this place up for a part. They guy tells me to come in when I come in I let them know I just called for the part. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting area and the guy never came to help I will no longer continue doing buisness with them nor will I send anymore customers to them.

Needed an rca and thought it would be expensive. FAIR PRICES is nice to see.These places are normally expensive.NOT here.Good price on the little essential parts.The owner isn't a douch like other places.Will return.

I got an alarm install by this guys 8 months ago and stop working I went there to have it check he tried to program it for 5 minutes and then told me to come back in 2 hours I went back in 2 hours and he said he was busy and to give him my phone# and he will call me back. And I'm still waiting for him to call meI took my car somewhere else and it only took them 5 minutes to reprogram my alarm.

I was hesitant at first to try a new shop. To get straight to the point, I don't regret it. There were a couple of hic ups and had to come back 3 times, but the guys there made sure the work I got paid for was complete and how I wanted it. As for the price, I thought it was completely fair and some of the best. If I get another car that needs a sub instalation, I won't think twice to come back hereAl principio dudaba en probar una nueva tienda. Para ir directo al grano, no me arrepiento. Tuve un par de contratiempos y tuve que volver 3 veces, pero los muchachos se aseguraron de que el trabajo por el que me pagaran estuviera completo y como yo lo quer�a. En cuanto al precio, pens� que era completamente justo y uno de los mejores. Si consigo otro coche que necesite una subinstalaci�n, no me lo pensar� dos veces para volver aqu�.
