It was my second time coming to this place. So, when a customer returns it's because he liked the service . This time I decided to take 5 minutes to thank them this way. They are professionals, the office workers are friendly as well. Mister Manuel is simply the best.

They did a great job on my car after hail damage, they took my car for 3.5 weeks while I was on vacation for me not to worry since I don't have a garage. I even had a few hit n runs including 1 where someone left a big dent in the back of my car and Ignacio fixed it so fast with nothing but a blow dryer and good buffer! Excellent service and good quality, the paint totally matches the sides that didn't get hail and I haven't had any chips or paint peeling issues.

I have been taking my personal vehicle s and business vehicles for years to Cicero and Berwyn auto body. I have received top notch quality service from them at a reasonable price! Nacho communicates very well and almost always gets the job done on time! I highly recommended Cicero and Berwyn auto body to everyone.

Worst experience I ever had, my car has been in the shop over 2 months. Every time I call they give me an estimate on when it would be ready then they put a hold on the release. There is always an excuse why my car isn t ready. They lost the key to my car!! Now I have to wait more time for them to replace the key and release it. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEMService: Body & Trim

They are Completely Unprofessional and give you A half Done job they tell you 4 days and it turned out to two weeks.I go and check on my Car and they have it parked on a side street Doors unlocked and hood of Car was open with no one Attending it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Service: Painting

They had my car for 2-4 months and my back seat keep flooding with water! They did a horrible job. I had to constantly call for updates. They act like they don't know English so its frustrating talking to them about concerns. They didn't wash my car neither. I wish I could give a negative star.

Great service from beginning to end! Poor customer service and be aware of the charges that are placed on your invoice versus the work that was truly warranted and completed. They also collaborate with the insurance company to hold you accountable for the charges that you are not responsible for.

Did a great job on the body work on my 2011 SUV my rear end was all smashed in! An now looks good as new! A few issues with the mechanical work but the boss gave me no issue to fix! And yes a lot of parts are USED!

Insurance clain..front fender replacement took longer then I thought.. but two weeks I guess was ok.. had full tank of gas.. and they used little more it more then I thought.. since i don't think it needed to be moved much.. has was used..

These guys put up a lot with me though I had a very bad accident on the bus and I had some serious situations going on with my income my job and my health to where I had to get legal advice and help but they were very patient and enduring and kind and accepting of my situation I think all of those who was involved doing my terrible distress at a moment of my life thank you all you did a great job for me appreciate it by the grace of God bless you all and for the ladies they are wonderful and virtuous thank you most of all and may God bless you and your families

I took my car there through an insurance claim from the person that hit my car, and it took them longer than what they told me. And they couldn't even match the paint. The paint on the inside of the door is all grainy and rough with a couple runny spots.

Had to go to get my car inspected from a minor accident , really quick with the pictures and just gotta call back for estimate and see about scheduling any repairs needed .

three months ago my car was taken there by insurance and since then i dont know whats going on i need my car back and everytime i call ,they ha ve a poor excuse making up stories about the car i am at that point of just forgetting about the car and call back the insurace and tell them don"t want that total loss. YOU DON'T NEED THTA HEADACHE FIND ANOTHER BODY SHOP

I have been getting the run around for the past 3 weeks so I finally went to the shop to check on the progress of my car ( that I was told would be ready last week) and saw that they had not even gotten half way done). I would not advise this shop to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed in a timely fashion. Worst shop ever

Repairs were precise. Very neat and fast work. The initial estimated time of completion was 1 week but it was complete no longer than 3 weeks. Worth the wait.

I have a 2016 Nissan and it looked a mess... when the shop called me and told me my car was ready I didn t know what to expect do to the comments on this site... excuse I French I don t know what the hell these are talking about... when I went out and seen my car I fell in love all over again they made my car beautiful again they got tears .. I thing they are amazing .. Thank u so much .. hopefully I will never see u again for me but will most definitely send customers your way

Dropped off part to get painted, price was very reasonable and was ready in 4 days. Everyone was very nice and part turned out great

First off paint job has runs and orange peal painter must be a noob or a fool that doesnt know the first thing about paint 3/16/19 and someone swapped my expensive l.e.d lights for cheap halogen bulbs... do not recommend enter at your own risk.........Para empesar la pintura esta choriada y parese como la naranja, el pintor no a de saber lo mas basico de pintar 3/16/19 y para el colmo me cambiaron mis luzes L.E.D por luzes chafas, no puedo recomendar este lugar..

They're not organized. My truck was all dirty with grease from the mechanics. I was called and i got there and the truck wasn't ready i had to take it back three times. Will i ever go there, NO WAY

This place sucks! I been waiting 6 weeks for them to fix my car! The first week they said it would take 2 weeks and I called 2 1/2 weeks later and said next week and every week since it's been the same crap!

Bad job, time is some kind a decent but they have to calculate the real time , the finish Jon some kind a hurry because they don't wash your car or detail it. I don't recomend this place.

Horrible work on collision repairs my car drives terrible and is in worst condition than when I brought it to them. DONT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR !!!

poor, horrible, thIS PLACE USES JUNK YARD PIECES AND PART AND TELL YOU ITS NEW BY YOUR INSURANCES....THEY PAINT THE PIECES LIKE NEW ONCE THE PAINT PEELS OFF YOU CAN SEE THE ITEM NUMBER THAT CAME OUT OFF YUNKYARD WHEN THEY MARK IT WHEN YOU BUY !!!!! THIS PLACE IS FALSE!!!!!!!!!!!NO NO NO NO NO NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

To much time with car all my parts were used and bad paint job over 5k for front end no engine repair needed got took!
