My mom brought her car in for a sensor that needed changing (my mom also brought her own new sensor so they d just put it in for her). The guy charged her $140 and didn t even take the man more than 5 minutes to change the sensor. After a day the light came back on so my mom brought it back, the man stated that my mom brought in a cheap sensor. My mom told the man she didn t mind paying for the sensor the mechanic here, used. The man declined and was simply very unprofessional. We had to bring her car in to another place all to find out the man at this shop changed the wrong sensor. Gathering all the comments from this place, safe bet to say these people don t know what they are doing and if they do they are simply ripping people off. After everything my mom never declined or gave the mechanic a hard time about her cheap sensor she was open to paying for the sensor they used. This shop and this man simply do not stand behind their work and probably enjoy ripping people off and expect to charge people more once they come in for a problem they caused and simply never fixed. Save your money and go to a place that stands behind their work and communicates like a professional adult.

Late March I brought my vehicle in for service, Car was brought in for engine service. The car engine seems fine however I now can t get the headlights to turn on and when I turn on the car the whippers front and back won t shut off. Robert whom I believe is the owner, kept my car for nearly 4 weeks and yet was never able to fix the wiring they clearly messed up. Then tried to claim that the issue must have been there before I dropped off the car... as I told him no sir.. I would have noticed if the whippers wouldn t shut off.. I now have to take it else where to have it looked at again.. he charged me over $2200,00 for this.. what a disappointment..

Both mufflers were rusted, and were able to get them fixed in a timely manner. Also gave me a discount.

I have taken my truck in several times. I use to like this place. Ignoring all the bad reviews I would still go there. I got my truck a few days ago. They had to do work on the timing tensioner and change the water pump as well. When I got my truck back it felt like something was slipping when we would accelerate. I took it back immediately and they mentioned it sounded like the motor mounts. The owner admitted that they had to remove at least one to get to the spot they were working on and that it probably just needed to be tightened. They open the hood and to my surprise two of my motor mounts were broken. It was near closing time and he suggested I bring it back tomorrow to get a quote! They were not broken to begin with! He claims I probably didnt notice because of the other problem I had. That's bs because you can clearly feel it when you take off. There is absolutely no way I would not have noticed. I refuse to go back to them they couldn't even admit to their fault. Then the following day I realized they had also dented my truck with some oily hand print right next to it. I'm beyond upset. They could have admitted their fault and I would have got it fixed there but no suddenly they never touched the motor mount at all.

Went there because my flex pipe broke and exhaust fumes were coming in my car the price was very reasonable and I was out the door in 30 mins. Great service and they said by the sound of my engine I should get it checked but did not pressure me to do itService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Lets just say this place is a rip off... I am Hispanic so I can say with certain this place gives Hispanics a bad reputation. Nothing but want to be acting like they have knowledge... NO THEY DONT! Please take your vehicle somewhere else.... This place services Auto Bank Car Dealership another rip off place....

Best muffler shop in the Cicero/Berwyn area. These guys always get the job done right and fast! And always cheaper than other shops. Was quoted 790 for a exhaust at Midas and these guys did it for 200! I highly recommend them.

I took my brother and his car here because his car sounded like a muscle car from the sixties. There was a problem and my brother told me it was with the exhaust and the muffler. The people here confirmed our suspicions and instantly told us what they could do to help us. They also told us other concerns regarding the pushings by the wheels but they didn't push. They offered us information and were easy to talk to. Over all my brother was happy with what they did and the price they charged. Highly recommended and will be returning if necessary for further issues.Contrary to other reviews they do accept major debit and credit cards.

Exhaust was not done right went back owner grabbed a crowbar and went at it. It ended up getting worse owner said to go back in 4 days just ended up going to another shop in the end paid twice for a job that should have been done correct the first time.

Worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. was told it would take 1hour to change a broken brake line. i returned after 1hour30min to find out they hadnt even gotten the line yet and it was goin to take another hour. This has happened multiple times there and they just dont care. Every time i have taken a car there they have had a problem. will never go back there again

I was told one price on the phone and then was charged an extra $50 at the place then what I was told. But they got the job done on the quicks

The owner is a character, very nice guy. Sometimes he doesn't listen and made to feel like ur bothering him but ill definetly go back.
