Received a new catalytic converter; no problem here.My issue: I originally received a quote of $1,100. In addition, I showed them my front right bumper area which needed a minor fix. As my older brother and I were preparing to leave, Tony came out and dropped the quote to $950 and said they would fix my bumper area at no additional cost.I checked out two other shops recommended to me by others. One quoted me $950 and another even lower at $850.I decided to go with Tony's shop because he said he would fix my bumper area for free. Which I thought to be a nice a gesture and respected that. I solely choose his shop because of this, otherwise I would've went with the cheaper option.When I picked up my car however, my bumper area was not fixed. I'm really big on honesty, integrity and principles. I did not have to choose their place of business, they were other and better options. The favor they promised, they did not do. Which to me is doing bad business. If they couldn't/wouldn't do it, then just say that. I could've went elsewhere. Don't promise a nice thing to get business and fail to do it. Lack of respect and honesty.When I brought it up, the receptionist gave a sorry excuse that Tony failed to communicate with the mechanic. But neither her or Tony tried to rectify it at all. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Word of mouth is powerful. That's how I found this shop.

Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and not once have I left dissatisfied. I always ask for Tony and he's always gotten me right, customer service, pricing, and explains to me whats wrong and why in detail. They get you in and out SAME day. Great and knowledgeable team. I recommend all my friends with sports cars to come for any work needed and they all leave satisfied and always came back. Exhaust, brakes, suspension, anything. Do not used this place they over charge, I went in for one thing now I have two more things wrong. Now the manager trying to get attitude because they messed something up on my car. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place..

Great people! They were able to fix my car the same day! They answered all my questions. Mario, the mechanic, was very attentive and generous. Highly recommended them! Not to mention, the front desk person was super nice and friendly!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! THEY ARE A RIP OFF, I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM FOR A MUFFLER AND A CHROME TIP MIND U MY CAR WAS QUIET WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN I JUS CHANGED THE MUFFLER CAUSE MY FACTORY ONE WAS CRACKED AND RUSTY ON THE SIDE. WHEN I GOT MY CAR BACK MY CAR WAS LOUDER THAN IT WAS WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM, COME TO FIND OUT THEY USED A CHEAP MUFFLER ON MY CAR. MIND U BEFORE THE WORK MARIO TOLD ME THE PRICE WAS $280 FOR THE CHROME TIP AND MUFFLER. I ASK CAN HE DO $200? HE STATED NO THE TIP WAS $80 ALONE BEST HE CAN DO IS $240 SO THATS WAT WE AGREED TO. ONCE THE CAR WAS DONE I DIDNT NOTICE IT WAS LOUDER UNTIL THE NEXT FOLLOWING DAY. COME TO FIND OUT HE PUT A CHEAP MUFFLER ON MY CAR I GO BACK HE S SAYING BRO THE MUFFLER NOT CHEAP I GAVE U A DEAL AND THROUGH THE TIP IN FOR FREE, SO NOW I ASK U CHARGE ME $280 WHICH I GAVE $240 JUST FOR A MUFFLER! NOW IM MORE PISSED, THEN I TELL HIM U NEVER STATED THAT FROM JUMP U WAS CHARGING $280 FOR JUST THE MUFFLER IF THATS THE CASE I WOULNDT NEVER GOT THE MUFFLER PERIOD! EVEN THE GUY TONY STATED IT WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION ON MARIO S END AND THEY STILL DIDNT WANT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM WITH A UNSATISFIED PAYING CUSTOMER! TAKE THAT CRAP OFF MY CAR AND GOT MY MONEY BACK! LIARS AND DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORD. OVER CHARGE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. OVERALL HORRIBLE PLACE AND SERVICE.CONFIRMATION I JUST LEFT ANOTHER SHOP THEY REPLACED MY MUFFLER AND TIP MY CAR IS BACK TO NORMAL QUIET! NOW THATS GOOD QUALITY PARTS.

My first time come here I was referred by someone. My back breaks went out and my flex pipe was bad. They fixed it very quickly and the pricing was reasonable and fair. Tony worked with me and gave me a great deal! Thanks Tony I really appreciate it. Despite the fact that I had never been there before, I had to go because a buddy of mine had recommended it. To obtain a muffler deletion for my Genesis Coupe, I made the decision to check it out one day. They were really accommodating and precise with the time they could take my car in. This is a pretty wonderful location to have your automobile inspected and serviced. Excellent rates and great service. It was my first time there, but the risk was well worth it. just because I won't let any mechanic touch my automobile.

They claimed not to know my truck was 4X4 and dramatically increased the price even though there is no 2 wheel drive version of my truck. I was able to save half the cost by going elsewhere.

My car was making a noise and they told me it needed the belt and pulley tensioner replacement, noise didn't stop and it has gotten even worse. I got charged for their service almost $500 for something that didn't need to be done .Also the stuff drink on the job during lunch.

First time here to get breaks did. When I first walked in I received a courteous greeting and was attended to right away by Valeria. Once my car was on the rack Fernando took his time and explained everything to me until I understood what I needed. I asked about aspecial on my breaks and found out that the special had expired, but was given the special anyway. The staff is courteous and professional. The waiting area is clean and peaceful. And they did a wonderful job on my breaks.

I ve personally never been to this particular location before, but It had been recommended from a friend of mine so I had to go. I decided to check it out one day to get a muffler delete for my Genesis Coupe. They were so friendly and accurate on the time for when they were able to take my car in. I got a new battery for my 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible. Everything was fine for a few months and then my car wouldn't start at times so I took it back here. They looked at it and told me that I needed another battery and a new alternator. Gave me a quote for about 800 bucks. I chose not to use their service because it didn't seem right. My alternator wasn't that old because I replaced it a couple years back. They then charged me 60 bucks for the diagnosis. I took my car to a different mechanic and he told me the wiring going to the battery was bad and thats why the car wasn't starting. He replaced the wiring and I spent about 50 bucks. The reason this place has good reviews is because there's a sign posted saying that, "if you leave a good review, they we'll give you a discount once they see your review. " I'll never go here again! My battery did come with a warranty, but there's no money in a warranty so they made up something else for me to pay for.

This is a really good place to get your car checked out and fixed. Great customer service and prices. Was my first time going there but it was worth the risk. Because I just don't trust any mechanic to work in my car.
