It is true that if the head of a store is not well, what can you expect from the body!! Today I was in that store and both the manager (Carlos) and the only employee who was there, with a very annoying attitude, even though they did not have many customers, the employee answered rudely every time I asked him something, what rude people Next time I will make sure not to enter the store if they are serving, because when there is a manager who is a woman the situation is very different, she tries to pay attention to any questions you have and answers you very politely as well as employees who are at her command!!

This AutoZone is located on a stretch of Cicero where I probably wouldn't go looking for one. So after years in Cicero this was my first visit to it.As usual at AZ, service with a smile--in this case thanks to Gary--and an immaculate store.

I prefer to shop locally. Stopped by here to purchase something simple. 5 people in line, 1 cashier. Self-checkout not working. Waited in line 10 minutes, not worth it. Shop elsewhere or Amazon it..

Very helpful when my battery died, and the staff put my new battery in...even though it's not their job. Plus it has been a rough week so they were very understanding about that!!!

Genuinely wonderful coworkers at Car Zone. The employees who oversee all of the business orders for the repair shops are constantly on the lookout for their clients and ensure that you receive everything you require to fix that car. They swiftly complete your purchases and are always so upbeat. Outstanding customer service for Junior and his staff.

Phenomenal customer service skills; Manager Candace Ellis is the best! I admit, upon entering the store, she immediately came to my aide. I was a little discouraged of a fact of her being a female that she may not know a lot about cars or parts! Oh boy, I was so wrong! Autozone need more employees like her!

It s 948pm and we were having an emergency and they had already closed and just made signs with their hand that they were closed! Sign stated they close at 10pm, we drove from far just because it said it would be open.

Seriously great people to work with at Auto Zone. The staff that manages all the business orders for the mechanic shops are always on the lookout for their customers and make sure you get what you need to fix that car. They fill your orders immediately and always have such a positive attitude. Great customer service to Junior and his personnel.

Older gentleman we spoke to had kind of a disrespectful tone. He refused my husband refund because it was a different store. He the stomped away.

Very helpful and polite staff, not annoying and genuinely care about doing a good job at work. In and out in less than 10 minutes, and made sure even though I forgot my card, to get me the deal on what I was buying. Great store, thanks!

Not only for card, but with the rise of bike usage, I found myself needing a few select tools to perform maintenance on my bike. The friendly staff was more than able to suggest budget-minded tools which allowed me to also purchase some reflective items to add to my chariot on wheels.

I got a reduced engine power light on my car took it there the guy who was helpfull as fudge checked my battery Wich was good then checked the car with the machine and told me exactly what was wrong or the possibilities of certain stuff that might be affecting it .... All around good stores and was out of there in about 5-7 minutes

Carrie Chapman was very helpful stop in to have my car check two time because my check engine light was on no one else in the store would help she stepped up and said I will help you and smile and walk me outside excellent service person .

Luis Alday was extremely helping in guiding me to the right products I need for my car. Instead of pointing me to the aisle he guided me to each part of the store I needed to get things from. He showed me better options for the things I needed. I appreciate all of his helpfulness. After I had been assisted he eagerly moved to the next customer who needed help. He also assisted me with pouring the antifreeze in my car and checked to see if I needed windshield de icer when I wasn t sure. I really appreciated the way he helped out and asked other customers how can he help them and told them to have a good day after he assisted them with a smile on his face the whole time! This will forever be my favorite autozone!

This chain store has a large selection of auto parts for all of the most common cars, and competitive prices. The thing that I don't like is that their electrical parts like batteries, alternators and starters are mostly junk! They're always an absolute last choice for such parts.

I went in today to get transmission fluid and ask then where I put it and the employee rudely responds look it up on YouTube like oh ok thanks for your help
